The workers are polite and try to make the car cleaner even if all they insisted on was the highest price washing which was detailing, my car didnt need to be detailed, just vacuumed and wiped down and washed outside but the soap was still visible as the sun had dried it up on the car, the car didnt seem like it was vacummed, and there was very visible stains and dirts but when the manager or whoever he is that took money from us came, he was so rude and asked us some weird questions about the car, did the camera behind come with the car, use your hand to pick the dirt you telling about so I can see it, alot more rude stuff and said we should never come there, he said alot of rude statement meanwhile the workers were more polite. We noticed everyone there needed their cars recleaned, the ac vent was still not cleaned out and there was dust on the dash board and several places. So displeased at the manager because of the way he handled the issue. The workers were more decent and professional than he was.

I literally just left and opened my trunk to dog fur and my backseats had obviously not even been wiped down from the leftover dust from my husbands golf clubs. I wiped my hand across it and cleaned it off which tells me they didn’t even attempt to clean the seats. $47 later and I’m not happy :( my front seat also had crumbs and some dog hair. My car is brand new from last month so it didn’t really need a deep cleaning. It looks shinier for sure! And I’m happy with the outside! But as far as the inside I’m underwhelmed.

They did a terrible job on vacuuming my inside! When I pay 30.00, I realize it isnt a lot but it was SUPPOSED to include vacuuming!!! Called to let them know and they did offer for me to come back but who has time for that?! Should have been done right the first time! Will not go back! So sorry!☹

Just not a good job at all really. Didnt even lift up my mats to vacuum under them or go under my seats and I got the more expensive package as well. Broke off my splash shield on the bottom of my car and was dragging when I drove away. Turned around and went back and didnt offer anything or really help at all to fix the problem

Closed during opening hours! I was told that it rained earlier so they sent everyone home. Mind you, the rain had stopped and the sun was out. Then I was told I should call first and he rattled off a number. Really? This is how you do a business? I won’t be back!

I dont typically leave reviews but I have been coming here for years and things seem to be continuing to get worse. To have the free wash be less than perfect is one thing but to pay specifically for a wash and cleaning and have it be less than acceptable is bad business. I came through yesterday for a wash and cleaning before we leave for vacation and I will not be back. I work to hard to waste my time and money. The floor still has sand and the outside has soap residue left on all sides of my car. I dont even know what I paid for since the 2 specific things I asked for were not done.

Amazing service! Moments after dropping off my wifes car, we received a call from the manager. An item of great value was left in the car and found by staff. The manager stated it would be kept safe. We returned following day and picked up the like new clean car, and the valuable item. Absolutely awesome service!

Great place. Wish they did a better job. My small blue SUV Chevy was left with dirt inside and spilled drink on console. I got almost $300 worth of service and I cant even get a decent vacuum and dusting. Not good.

Paid $15 for a car wash that included wax and armorall on the tires. Well worth it. Beats the heck out of sweating my rear end off doing it myself for half the money (without the wax). Highly recommended.

Brought my duelly in to be cleaned found after the service was complete my screen on the dodge had a gap behind it notified the owner he called back to defend his workers or didn’t want to fix it my dodge only has 8000 miles on it I think they use air to clean and it separated the screen. The manager said it was a common problem with dodge I don’t deny that but maybe in a older vehicle that is not well maintained. Just be careful and keep an eye out for the little things in your car paid 100 dollars gave him a 10 dollar tip just next time I might do it myself

Gus and Al are A+. I took them a car with light colored seats that had an oil stain that had baked in. They were honest up front that it may not come out 100%, but when I got it back it was like new. If you’re looking for a detail shop that will deal honestly with you, these are the guys to see.

Worst car wash experience in a long time. Left marks inside on interior that I’ll have to buy solution to get off, owner claimed I was lying. Spent 2 and half hours waiting. 1/10 don’t go.

They did an excellent job on the car. It took about an hour for the Express detail but the car looks great. There are restaurants next door and across the busy street out front where you can enjoy a meal while waiting for your car. Very friendly and courteous. Worth the money. There is also an oil change business on site.

Great service. They have multiple packages to choose from starting at $18.99, which is sufficient enough for me. Car looks great, both exterior and interior. They also have great fragrances to choose from. In and out within 15 minutes today.

When I dropped my vehicle, I was directed to the vaccum cleaners buy a guy smoking a cigarette and the smoke was getting in my SUV when they opened all the doors. The used high pressure air to blow out the dirt, but ends up making things worse. Dirt and dust was spread all over the entire vehicle and especially on the dash. There was so much dirt in the air vents, I had to go back with a toothbrush and clean it.

Fast, affordable, plus you get a free quality car wash with an oil change. They even give 30 day rain checks if theyre unable to wash it that day! A-1.

Hard to find the entrance

I have a Honda CRV, Took it here for an oil change, everything seemed fine until a few days later, they forgot to attach the splash cover that covers the bottom of the engine, it is now all bent up and have to spend over 400.00 dollars to get it replaced, shoody workmanship,

Service sucked! Car wasnt clean and the oil changes are over priced. Love Mike though, always honest and tries to work the best deal. But the service at the car wash is just not what it used to be. Will be going to Jiffy Lube and the new car wash for now on.

The guy Mike that works in the oil change place, who comes to tell you issues with your car, I have personally caught him in a lie. He is telling my insurance company that I hit his car with my truck. The owner has his guy out in front tell me to come back at 5 to get my truck washed. It was his way of telling me he would not wash my truck cause he was too busy with love bugs on many other cars that day. The place closes at 5. So I was blocked in and tried to go over the curb to get out. I accidentally broke a storm sewer and the guy Mike is telling the insurance company I ran into his car. He is totally lying. He moves his car so I could get out. Im going to prosecute him for insurance fraud and I would think TWICE before I choose this place. Go somewhere else. The guy is a liar.

The lube center is always fast and does a great job. I appreciate that they make sure the right oil is being used. They also have a check list they have to go by and I like that.

If I could give lower than a one star I would. When I pulled up one of my request was to have all of the dog hair out of my seats/carpet in the back (I have a lab). She told me that she cant guarantee that all of the hair was going to be removed because I have cloth seats and the hair could be threaded in the seats, which I was aware of and completely understood. I did the basic $18 package and then requested to have the extra $25 plastic of my car detailed. I also picked the vanilla smell in my car (which I never got). When I picked my car up the first thing I noticed was that there were two half drank water bottles stuck in the back of the passenger front seat (not mine) and that they did actually get a lot of the dog hair out of my seats, the only issue was that there was still dog hair all over the back of my front seats and carpet. The front seat of my carpet looked good so I didnt understand what happened in the back... Under my seats were dirty and the $25 package I added on was not to my standards. To say the least, I read all of the mostly terrible reviews and still decided to give them a shot... never again!

I took my truck into get just the outside washed. They let my truck dry with water stains on the chrome. My truck is white so you really couldnt tell it wasnt dried with a towel. My door was left open for about 10 minutes and no worker ever touch it. I finally asked a worker if it was finished and she said no because the paper mate is still on the floorboard. Waited another 5 minutes asked another worker and he said yes it is done. Gave him a tip and left. The antenna was not screwed back on and when I went to clean the inside myself, the door jams had not even been wiped. So NO my truck was NEVER dried off. I WILL NOT go back. This place is a RIP-OFF! You can go to a lot better carwash in Houston all day long for $5-$7 and it looks 100% better than getting it washed at Wish Wash. And the workers that are employed there look like THUGS!

This is the 3rd time I have come here and had to send my car back because they dont clean tour car correctly. For over $20 and a simple wash and vacuum, there is virtually no difference. I could have had my kids do a better job with a wet/dry vac. Today I had send the car back twice because they left for tinder the floor mats and in the seat. They didnt wipe the water off on one side. They are notorious for this because the way the car sits, you cant see the passenger side.From now on, I will just do it myself or visit Rainbow in the Woodlands.They are just awful!

Im giving 3 stars because Ive been here before and not had such a bad experience. I wanted to give it 0 stars because of today. If this was my first experience here I would NEVER come back. An oil change and a level 3 car wash cost me $125 and 2.5 HOURS! And they arent even busy today! There were 2 cars getting oil change and 1 getting washed when we got here. Finally they are done with our car and they didnt even bother to raise the back seats and vacuum in under them after I asked them to do that. So now we are waiting AGAIN.

I have used this car wash once before and they did not clean the plastic thoroughly. I got with the manager and they got my complaint taken care of. I decided to give them a second chance today. I paid 75$ for the inside to be vacuumed and the plastic to be completely cleaned. Once again they did not clean the plastic properly and my car is not clean. I did not bother to complain this time and will not be using this detailing shop any more.

I drive a jeep with a 3 lift so the wheelwells as visible. There was some mud in the wheelwells and the sides of the jeep. They charged me a mud fee and still didnt get it clean. My dad took his truck and paid for the high-end hand wash/wax and they left the bed dirty telling him you have to request for it to be cleaned. I refuse to pay over $20 for such sorry service.

To say Im disappointed is an understatement. The amount of money I paid for the service I got makes me sick to my stomach. I am 40 weeks pregnant and took my car in the get detailed before the baby comes as a gift to myself and my husband. I got their highest level package (base price $80). We have dogs and their hair was in my car. They said it would be extra to remove the dog hair which I was willing to pay because Im a big believer in paying for convenience. That bumped the price up to $125. I thought that was a little excessive for my tiny little car but again, I was willing to pay it! When we came to pick up the car, there was bird poop on the outside and dog hair all over the seats. The seats had not been shampooed and the trunk also had not been touched. My husband complained and the man lied to him saying I had asked them not to clean the seats. He also said they only clean the trunk if you pop it for them, but wont pop it on their own. My husband confronted him on this and he then changed his story saying that when you get the car detailed you have to chose between wanting the seats done or the carpets done and that to do both would be even more extra. He then lied to my husband again and changed his story several more times. My husband later called to check the prices and the woman on the phone told him both were included in the price. Finally, before we left, the man basically told us tough and if we wanted anything else done to the car we would have to pay more. For $125, my tiny little car should be in tip top shape, not just have half way decent carpet on the floor boards and bird poop on the outside. These people are crooks and will take advantage of you... I wouldnt go here again if it was the last place on earth and I needed this service to survive. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Awful Experience! Paid $15 mud charge + $70 & after wash still had mud on it! Spoke to owner regarding wash & he said, I quote Dont be so picky . Really?! Im a paying customer!! Rude & unprofessional owner!! Im a Huntsville native that believes in helping small businesses but I will never use Wish Wash again! I will drive to Conroe or College Station for better service. If anyone opens up another car wash/oil change center in Huntsville, I will be your customer.

If you value your vehicle, I would not take it here. They do not have respect for peoples vehicle. Paid for full wash and clean when getting into my car I noticed large shoe prints on the inside from when they held it open with their feet. Back seat and driver seat soaking wet from were they laid wet towels. They left scratches all over my new truck and my floormat was not clean but soaking wet and put back into my vehicle. When I got home I had to reveal my vehicle and dry off my floormats.

Paid for the top detail job. Truck was already mostly clean when we took it to them but it was left with dirt and water spots all over and windows still filthy. I will never take another vehicle to these people.

Overall, if you need a wash/detail (i.e. anything that costsmore $$$), I would say check them out. If you just want a casual wash, better you do it yourself because you will get a shitshow and your car will be worse off for it.The first time I went I got Pkg. 4 which was around $50 w/tax included. They did an awesome job and I left really satisfied. I mean they did a freaking amazing job! I was thrilled. So of course, I went back recently and my car wasnt super dirty so I got a package 3. The main difference between Pkg 3 and 4 is that they do a more indepth clean/polish/shine of the interior of the car. Really, I just wanted my car washed and vacuumed. Well they washed it but they didnt wipe it down as properly so there were all these soap spots on it. I said meh it still looks shiny. They didnt fully vacuum the inside. There was still noticeable dirt around the carpet edges so clearly it was a careless job. They didnt replace the mats properly, as in, 2 out of 4 mats were not placed flat on the ground. All of this I dismissed since the car did look/feel/smell cleaner if you werent being super picky about it. Not worth the $30 I paid but clean enough that I was not too annoyed and still left a tip. However, after I got home, I saw that they scratched my tint. I wasnt wearing any jewelry that day and so there was nothing on me that could have caused that to happen in the 5minutes after I noticed it. Im really picky about my car and would have noticed that scratch had it happened any other time. Then, my mom gets in my car and notices that the inside passenger door has a whole bunch of scratches and from the markings, its obvious that they used a rag or something with residue from stones/dirt that made those uniform scratches.

DO NOT DO BUSINESSES HERE. I brought my new car in to be cleaned. While in the wash the keyless entry pad broke off the door. The owner immediately took a defensive tone and refused to acknowledge his car wash did any damage to my vehicle and claims the vehicle was damaged prior to his business handling it. Which is false, it still has dealer tags and the car was in his possession at the time. After a heated agruement Ill have to contact my attorney for a part thats probably less than $30. Again. Terrible business practice on the owners part, avoid him and his terrible attitude.
