Very disappointed in work. Paid $179,000 for add on room and shed. Looks good but materials are shoddy. He used hollow core doors for exterior doors. The gutters he installed dont catch the rainwater from the roof. The wood paneling inside room bows. Even the doorknob falls apart. Wanted him to fix several mistakes, but was told he didnt want to come back out. At first he didnt even put plywood behind the wood paneling. For $179k expected much better work. It also took almost 10 months to complete the job. Very disappointed, stay away from this company. Now I have to pay someone else to come behind to fix his mess. Had attic lift installed, but cant even use it. Yes it goes up and down, but cant even enter the attic anymore. Got the lift to make life easier...
