When my adjuster call them they call back quickly and set a appointment to come out and start the drying process Dennis and his crew was great, so when Dennis suggested that I need a pack out and that his company did them and I thought if they were so good and quick with the drying service I said great but it was all down hill after that! First I was charged double for what I come to find out a lot of the pack out boxes had only 3 or 4 items in them some only 1 item and the team leader said it was because I had a lot of stuff and then there was the item that had been damaged and some things even came up missing and they didn’t want to pay for . This is not a company that I would recommend !!! I would like to update my review Allen from Paul Davis reached out to me and we did get things worked out on my damages items

Had my house flooded Miguel Sanchez and his crew did an amazing job they took care of my furniture very well. They were very professional and friendly. Will recommend them to other people.

They came in after another remediation team did a lackluster job without removing all the damaged materials. They came out the next day for an initial inspection to determine what needed to be done and the next day had a team of 5 people at my house getting it done in 4 hours. Great experience.

The Paul Davis Restoration company is absolutely awesome! They did an excellent job on my house from start to finish, after I had experienced a water leak. They came out to my home and performed the mitigation process and dried my house out. They packed my household goods up and started the reconstruction process. My house looks brand new now! The team had to put in new drywall; pull up and install all new hardwood floors and floor boards; and paint my house. I was very nervous about this project, but they made it so easy for me by keeping me well informed on the entire process. They were very professional; timely; detailed and they all worked well together as a team. I was amazed at the amount of time it took for them to perform all of my work needed. Daniel and his team were amazing to work with. From the first meeting to the last they are detailed oriented and listen to what your wants and needs are and will go above and beyond to make it happen. The contractor used for the repair was CFS Flooring and that team was amazing. The owner was there daily to walk thru with you and let you know what was going on and if there are any issues and fix issues right then. I cant say enough about Paul Davis and their crews. The team at Paul Davis did an excellent job from start to finish. I made the initial call reporting the water leak and they had a team out setting equipment that same day. Drying process took about 4 days. Couldn’t have asked for an easier experience.

Without question and without peer, Paul Davis Restoration of Huntsville, AL and Lead Project Manager Mr. Brian Henson, whom I call Commanding General, and the entire Staff have been nothing but SUPERB for 6 water damage claims in our home since 2017. Every intricate detail from the paper work to the water mitigation, mold mitigation, and reconstruction has unequivocally been done with astute meticulous attention to detail. Every payment is tracked with precision and every aspect of all the six repairs have been done to PERFECTION!!! I had never heard of Paul Davis until USAA recommended them to us for our first water damage claim that occurred August 2017. The most recent one was earlier this year for water damage in the kitchen and the roof. Over 500 sq of ceramic tile had to be replaced and black mold removed from the kitchen and the crawl space due to a break in the water line from the dishwasher and internal water leaks in the kitchen area windows coming from the roof. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They came here late one night after my washer flooded my finished basement. They pumped out the water and over the next few days removed damaged flooring and baseboards, dried everything out, and because of their promptness and hard work my wood floors were saved and only the flooring in the laundry and bath had to be replaced and some baseboards. The construction team came in and got that done and before you know it I had beautiful new floors and baseboards and I could finally put this nightmare to rest. Thankful to Josh, project manager, for all his hard work. He communicated with me throughout this entire process and was very polite and accommodating to our schedules and various needs. We had a water leak in our kitchen. After another company did our mitigation, Paul Davis came out to the house to get a quote of the damage. Daniel Cantor was very polite, professional, informative, and knowledgeable. He told me what to expect in the process and worked around my schedule which was great with everything else going on. Paul Davis contractor did good work, but had a couple problems with communication and timing. Mr. Cantor was quick to get them on the same page. I will definitely use Paul Davis again, and if possible, will request Mr. Cantor again.

I was in Florida when I received a call from my neighbor stating that my kitchen was wet and the laundry room looked like a bomb had gone off. The water went into my pantry, under the wood to the great room, and into the dining room. It was mess. I called Paul Davis from Florida and requested they start restoration immediately. Two days later i got home and I could not believe my eyes. There were two large storage pods in the driveway, all the furniture was removed and stored. All the cabinets and cupboards were removed, the place was completely stripped. There were big fans all over, and the rooms were blocked off from the rest of the house. Once dry, they came in with contractors and started to restore my home. The job when finished was outstanding. I love my new kitchen, and flooring in the great room and dining room. the site manager was outstanding, he checked with me every day to make sure I was satisfied. DENNIS MAYNOR and the remediation crew were great on both of my claims. professional and quick with the work. I wish he would have been the project manager on my rebuild. However on the rebuild side.. not so much.. said project manager who I will not mention he knows who he is did not communicate well with the contractors on my rebuild. I had to fix AC vents myself that said project manager had told contractors to fix as I told them not to take down. they taped around them and when they took tape off. they ripped em out... they had no knowledge of it to fix them and were not told.. They damaged my drawer in my kitchen and tried to blame me for it. Broke my kitchen faucet as they should have taken the faucet from the sink.. Instead I find my sink on the floor all willy nilly . On the paint process they puled nails and picture hooks and patched but on other areas they just painted over the pic hooks and so forth. They also painted without using drop cloths on my wood floors and set a paint tray on my wood floor without a drop cloth under it. and I will have to pay someone to pressure wash my front sidewalk as they got paint spatters everywhere when they were cutting and working outside.. They did fix the items in question, drawer faucet and cabinets. but project manager said we will go thru this during the walk thru.. To me it would make sense to take care of this BEFORE THE walk thru.. I am visually impaired and I am glad I had friends to point out stuff they needed to fix.. They got it all fixed but it should have never come to that had the project manager been on the ball. Yall need to put me on the payroll for this job. and he charged me for a Dump truck that did not get used for hauling away debris.. This was a rebuild no debris to haul away. He got snappy and angry.. I am not taking that truck charge off and took it personally when I questioned the Dump truck charge. I am not trying to nickel and dime anyone I just expect things to be as they were before it happened. Said project manager was very aloof and uncaring or understanding. I might be legally blind but I am not stupid. If I was totally blind with no help my place would have been totally jacked up after the sign off. and lastly they put my upper kitchen cabinets in crooked.They had to pull and put in correctly... who does not use a level when putting in cabinets. Very hasty sloppy work that should have been done right the first time. I understand that folks try to get over on folks like yall but I just wanted stuff done right.. Paul Davis did amazing work from start to finish.They showed up the day that I called and got to work on helping with the water leak I had in my laundry room. The water leak was originally in the laundry room from our utility sink. But once all the old tile was removed, other water leaks were found. Dustin helped make sure we got everything fixed. Now our laundry room looks better then it did before. Would not use any other company.Simon Wong and Dustin Hunt were so kind and helpful through the whole process.

I thought I had a small leak but the plumber I called said it was way bigger! Insurance said 14k but Paul Davis was able to negotiate and took all the worry to make sure all the damage was fixed and all upgrades were done properly. After a bathroom flood, we used Paul Davis for the damage cleanup and the remodeling. Dustin Hunt was our project manager. Very professional and took us through every step. I have used Paul Davis pretty exclusively for a couple of years, and I find them to be very responsive, professional and organized in their assessments, scheduling and actual accomplishing the work I engaged them for. They are a bit pricier than going directly to a smaller outfit, but the value in their project management, professionalism, follow-up and warranty on work performed is truly worth every penny when it comes to your home.

We had a problem with mold forming along out dining room baseboards. Paul Davis Restoration was recommended to remove the moldy materials and repair the walls. Two groups of folks with different skills and equipment were needed to effect the repair.Phase 1: Dan Wong came to the house and took pictures and measurements and provided a detailed estimate for removing the mold. Work was scheduled soon after and workers removed the affected materials within a couple of hours and left a very large dehumidifier, four or five air handlers and a couple of HEPA filter units. After three days of continuous noise and tripped circuit breakers the walls were dried out, my allergies started clearing up and I was a happy camper.Phase 2: Dustin Hunt came to the house to survey the damage take measurements and pictures, then provided a detailed estimate for reconstruction of the dining room walls. Work was scheduled soon after and workers arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work over 2.5 days since drywall and paint take longer. Now our dining room is as good as new and most important of all the wife is happy.

Simply the best! We had an unexpected sewage flood inside our house when the motor to our sewage ejection pump died overnight during the quarantine. Paul Davis was here first thing the next morning. I can not say enough about what a great job PaulDavis did for me! On the 27th day of July 2019, my sewage backed up ruining floors and sheet rock through 2/3 of my house! That was a Saturday and by Monday morning they were cleaning the disaster up! I was so impressed I chose them for the restoration! Today is Aug. 20, 2019 and my house is beautifully restored! I received great service and they were so professional.

This company came in to dry up our home after a pipe burst. I was happy for the quick show up so water didnt sit too long. That was the only good thing. The work they did was sloppy and questionable. They also caused damage to non damage areas. I would not recommend using them.

Took 8 months to do their job, and they didnt even finish. We had to refurnish everything they were too lazy to put in.

Took several months to do a lousy job. Took 9 months for a 2 month job.

Took them 7 Months to do a job that shouldve been done in 3 Months

Ridiculously long. Terrible work.
