David took us every step of the way from making sure that the insurance claim was accurate to making sure that the shingle replacement was done quickly and in a very professional manner. Lee Brothers converted an attic space into a bunk room by adding a gabled roof dormer. Looks great,. They put in shiplap, recessed lighting custom windows and built in a bunk bed. Professional, worked at pace, reliable and competitively priced. Will use them again.

We are very pleased with the outcome of our sunroom addition. The project took a little longer than hoped, but we started this right as Covid hit so I know that had an impact. The end result was as good if not better than what we expected.I have done other (and far more simple) projects in the past with other contractors and many of the contractors decisions we certainly not how I would have done it myself or wanted it done. Lee Construction did a great job, great choices by their superintendents and very quality work.Quality workmanship is difficult to find on West side of Lake Livingston, in particular Cape Royale. These guys are quality, reliable contractors.

Had Lee Brothers close in screen porch at my lake house. One of the things I liked was that they assigned a foreman who oversaw all of the work and who was directly responsible. Alan did a great job and everyone was very responsive when I had questions on the workI would definitely recommend Lee Brothers construction . Pricing was set beforehand and no surprises. Lee Bros. did a fantastic job with a complete renovation of our lakehouse. They replaced wiring, plumbing, flooring, and changed the interior layout to accommodate an additional half bath. They handled the entire job professionally. Rick was able to give us an accurate estimate and time of completion and he stayed on plan throughout the project. At the end, he even presented us an album documenting the renovation. I strongly recommend Lee Bros.

Large oak tree fell on my house. Not catastrophic damage but needed to be repaired. Also had some water damaged edging that needed to be replaced. Had the roof re-shingled as well. Hurricane Harvey literally sunk our sunken master bedroom. Everything had to be replaced- custom wood trim, carpet, walls, doors, vanities, fixtures, paint, even wall mirrors. Lee Brothers did an amazingly awesome job, even better than original. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is excellent, the job was done in a timely manner and the workers were all very friendly AND very conscientious about getting it right the way we wanted it and not leaving a huge dusty mess every day. I heartily recommend Lee Brothers Construction for anyone needing home remodeling, they actually care about their clients and take pride in their work.

These guys were the most professional as I have seen in a long time. When it comes to general contractors doing construction or a home repair and remodel in may case, it is so hard to find someone reliable and knowledgeable. Many try to market themselves as general contractors in the construction business but are really just handymen. I was thoroughly impressed especially because they were available to answer questions and keep me updated. At the time their business was really busy and they still made time to come and make sure all measurements and preparations were all set before they came out to do the job. Their crew that came out seemed to be organized, efficient, and did great work. I’m glad I found Lee brothers and I have already recommended them to others.

Lee Brothers were a joy to work with. They installed metal roofs on our lake house and boathouse, painted exterior brick, refinished wood floors, removed a wall, installed stacked stone around two areas, had live edge counters made for powder room and bar as well as a mantle. I also requested an outside area enclosed for a pantry, it was executed beautifully. They are very responsive to my requests and do extra jobs when working on site such as installing new ceiling fans, removing a door and installing louvered doors, etc. I highly recommend this company. I already have another request - installing stacked stone on fireplace surround to the ceiling.

We contracted with Lee Brothers to do a major remodel of our home. They were very dependable, always on time, with skilled tradesman... and they kept us informed of progress with no surprise cost or budget surprises... they exceeded our expectations.

Along with many others we suffered damage during hurricane Harvey. We were at a total loss on what to do and who to hire. We saw a contractor at one of our neighbors house and stopped to chat with him. He told us he did a lot of work with Lee Brothers and the homeowner let us see the progress of the work they had been doing. We were impressed and called Russell to see if they could help us as well. Being our second home we were very limited on when we could be there, he accommodated us and we met right away.Richard came by and surveyed the damage and said they could help us. From day one everything was great, the contractors were all very professional and courteous. One thing to note is that we were unable to be their daily to monitor any work performed so we placed all our trust on Lee Brothers. Richard and Russell made an anxiety filled event the most organized one ever for us. Any issues (hardly any at all) were quickly resolved, we had constant communication and use of Portal to track work. All of the contractors - from flooring, bath remodeler, tile layer, cabinet maker to painters were all fabulous and easy to work with! All were very friendly and knowledgeable in their areas and none tried to push things on us we didn’t need nor request. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations! The best part of it all was we were able to get everything done within our budget, just as promised!If we ever have to go through anything like this again, Lee Brothers will be the first one we will call!

The Lee Brothers replaced our roof after a bad hailstorm a few years ago.We were very happy with the work they did for us. They were also easy to get ahold of and responsive when we needed to contact them. Later, when a falling branch damaged the roof while we were out of town, they were able to fix it while we were gone. When another hailstorm damaged our roof again this year (2020), we contracted with them again for the repair. Things didnt go quite as smoothly this time around. The job took longer than predicted, and a couple days after it was finished, we had to call to get them to come by and remove some of the materials theyd left in our driveway. But they remained very quick to respond whenever we reached out to them.
