Gothart Homes completed a whole house renovation for us and built a bedroom/bathroom in the second story space of our two story living room. Other contractors shied away from flooring in our 20 foot ceilings, but Chris Gothart made me feel optimistic and confident about the job after the very first meeting. While we were at it, we expanded and completely remodeled the kitchen, as well as the existing 3 bathrooms. We couldnt be happier with our beautiful home! Gothart is very responsive, professional, trustworthy, and just a great company to work with. We highly recommend Gothart for any remodel or new build!

An absolutely fantastic experience. We came to Chris to have him build our new construction home. My wife and I had heard horror stories of how hard building a house would be, but that was not the case with Chris and his company. Chris’ expert knowledge of building and opinions helped my wife and I really create our dream home and make decisions easy. We could tell Chris truly cares about his customers, that they love their home in every aspect when the process is all done, and overall just enjoys building and creating wonderful homes and additions. All of his crews were great to work with and the craftsmanship that goes into every aspect of the build is just amazing. It’s great knowing our home is built to the highest quality and no detail was overlooked or corner cut. I cannot recommend them enough for any type of construction on your home or new build.

Could not possibly be happier with Gothart Homes and the work they did on our home! Our extensive addition is better than we could have hoped for! Chris and his entire team were excellent to work with. AND they completed it under budget and ahead of schedule! Unbelievable! Cant wait to work with them again!

Gothart Homes built a custom home for us last year. We have been in it for 6 months now and we absolutely love it. This is our third custom home and building with Gothart was our best experience so far. Chris is extremely responsive, honest, transparent and a pleasure to work with. We couldnt be happier with the quality and finish of the house. I highly recommend Gothart Homes. I would give them 6 stars if Google would let me.

Gothart Homes remodeled our master bath which included installation of a new tile shower, tile flooring and freestanding tub. Chris and Stephen kept us updated throughout the process and the entire team, from the demo crew to tile installers and plumbers, did an exceptional job. Extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend.

I called Gothart Homes and Renovations on Sunday. they got back to me on Tuesday to schedule a quote.
