I did not realize until I left what a poor haircut I received. Looks like stylist went around my head with the normal clipper guard, trimmed my ears, trimmed my neck, and that’s it. My hair is kinda at uneven depths all around my head. Clumps of hair on the sides appear uncut. Even though she trimmed around my ears the hair looks shaggy. I just hope I can fix it myself since they are closed. Usually I get an OK haircut here - today, terrible.

Being female I would never have gone to Sports Clips except that Katie, my hair whisperer, moved there. Shes talented, skillful and super sweet. You know your hair looks good when during a serious conversation, the other person stops and says Your hair really looks good! This has happened multiple times. Additionally all the staff at Sports Clips is welcoming, helpful and cheerful. Necessity created a great find! Thanks Sports Clips!

Emily did an amazing job! She was very sincere about making me happy and satisfied with my haircut. She took her time and made me feel like I was worth the time taken. She was very focused on detail, that I appreciated, and made sure I was happy with the end results. Didnt make me feel like she was just rushing me out to get to the next client.

Very nice staff. Ashley is very professional and the only person I allow to cut my hair. Everyone there is so friendly and I like the fact that products are available but they dont push them on you. Very pleased.

The blend I asked for went halfway up my head towards the back; it looks like I have a bald spot. I wasn’t asked if I wanted the back rounded or square either (I wanted round but once she finished the square cut it was too late). To top it all off, they charged $20 for such a bad cut. Never again.

Worst haircut experience i have ever had. will never go back here. the lady did not give me the cut i asked for. the other lady did not give my son the cut i asked for. very lousy job and overpriced and they took an extremely long time to 1) give us our haircuts and 2) cut our hair. horrible experience, will never recommend this place.

Great experience with Heather each and every time. Between myself and 2 sons, it seems like we are in here every week. This location overall exceeds what you would expect from any other Sports Clips. It is always clean, well staffed and the girls are very pleasant. Definitely recommend using the app to check-in since they dont take appointments. You can even choose what stylist you prefer.

Not doing for 40$ haircut

I got the haircut I wanted but the execution was horrible. Beth Ann left me with razor rash on the back of my head because of how hard she pushed the razor into me while she was grooming the nap of my neck and was aggressive overall throughout the haircut. Never going back to this location.

Stylist was friendly and did a great job!

The haircut was fine my issue is scheduling. I make the appointment online, it tells me the wait is 30mins and to check in at X time. I arrive and check in but on the schedule board it shows my wait time is now 40 mins so now my haircut time is an hour or more. This has happen the last two times. The cut last maybe 15 minutes once I am with the cutter.

Worst haircut Ive ever received and they charged me for a service I didnt get.

I usually get a decent haircut here. The wait is usually 30min, so call ahead and schedule a time if possible. Get the shampoo and conditioner service while you are there, its relaxing. Everyone is friendly, so dont be afraid to tell them if you use product in your hair.

Rushed across town to get a hair cut after I called but arrive to find they were closed. The hours on the door said they close at 6:00pm but they actually closed and locked the door 20 minutes till 6:00. Very disappointing. Im a loyal Sport Clips customer. All three locations are consistently great.You get a free upgrade on your first haircut; that gets you hooked on the hot face towel. I now look forward to haircuts, vice viewing them as a chore.

Super friendly staff going above and beyond! I was on baby duty a few weeks ago when I needed a haircut. I was hoping she would sleep all the way through but woke up about half way and was not excited about sitting in her carrier. One of the girls told me to relax, picked up the baby and kept her happy until I was through getting my haircut. Customer service over and above!

Ive been going to this location for several years now and they give a good haircut for a decent price in a good manly atmosphere. Up until today I would have recommended this place to everyone, that is until we were ran out for coming in 20 min until close, I thought she was joking but she actually told us to come back tomorrow because they were closing soon and wanted to go home. After being a loyal customer, and a good tipper, for years, we were ran out of the shop. Will not return.

The service here is quick and the haircuts are good. Plenty of sports on TVs all around. The hair stylists are friendly and fun. The MVP cut that includes the haircut, scalp massage and shampoo is really good and a great value. Be careful to use an experienced stylist. I have used a couple of rookie stylists there before who made big mistakes with my haircut. Dont forget that you get free touch up trims in between haircuts.

This is a nice place, fun atmosphere, however the quality of haircut varies, even if you use the same hairstylist. Instructions are never followed in terms of the type of hairstyle/cut one wants. Although the stylists are kind and try to fix the cut/style, I usually end up finishing the job when we get home. Its a step up from Great Clips and similar chains. Do not like that hair stylists smoke as you can smell cigarette smoke on their person. This is bothersome not only to me but to my teenage son and husband. We visit a couple of times a year but I think this was our last visit.

Quick and convenient to get in when I am in a rush, but the haircuts are ok. The staff seems rushed and dont appear to really have an opportunity to take a break the way a traditional appointment system provides.

My blond hair can be very difficult to cut to a military-style skin fade. Its easy to miss things due to angles and lighting. However, I have never had more patient and diligent professionals work with me than the ones that work at Sport Clips. Thank you and will see you again!

Karen is the BEST! Only person my husband will let cut his hair. So now weve brought her our 3 boys and they all look amazing. We will never take them anywhere else.

Like how they cut my hair but the wait is always over an hour. Even checking in online I still wind up waiting. It is also unclear, when using the Sports Clip app, that you also have to also check in when you get there. Frankly it is starting to be not worth my time.

I always bring my kids to get their haircuts here and I waited 70 minutes for the first available stylist and 3 other people went before us who came in after that had the first available stylist also. I complained and they didnt care and just said to wait they would get to us Very unprofessional and rude. Wont be back
