Checked in online to get my boys hair cut. There was NO wait time. When I arrived within 20 minutes, the lady asked if I needed to get a hair cut. I told her I reserved online for 2. Gave her the info and was told they didnt update our check the bookings and that theyre booked up till later in the day sometime after 4. Mind u, it was 9 in the morning when I booked online.
