My son saw the master barber for his very first experience. Not only was he beyond professional, he was extremely patient. My son is high functioning autistic with social, and noise issues. This man went out of his way to make my son aware of his surroundings, what was going to happen, and allowed him time to get comfortable (as he was going to get) with the haircut. Most places want to do as many heads as possible get in and out and make money. This man went over and beyond my expectations for my sons first haircut experience. I would recommend anyone to try this place out. Top notch service, friendly, patient, good conversation, and doesnt break the bank.

Definitely not the look for our community. I was told a time then told Theyre running late and told 2:15 not even two hours before said appointment. At 2:08 they say Im ready for you?? I arrive at 2:26 and am told we gotta reschedule. By his assistant who walked out. As a man in the south I would expect the owner/Barber to step away and let me know. Not your female assistant. I wont return and neither will the six friends who sent to him. You cant move to a community act like youre about community then give people who work in it and have values the run around and not tell them yourself. I was told at 2:26 pm it would throw him off to try and cut my hair. He had no problem telling me they were running late but his next customer I guess couldnt? Definitely other babershops that understand customer service.

Well I wanted to try a barber for my first time and I was reccomended to this place.Anyways to get to the point for this low rating so I was welcomed in at first and there were about 3 people Ahead of me so I’ve been waiting for about an hour which was fine it was my choice but 2 guys come in and sit down and the older guy and the barber were good friends I could determine by how they were talking like they were good friends so the barber lets him in front of me so I’m frustrated but I give it the benefit of the doubt that it possibly was an appointment or maybe it was his friend I was ok with 1 guy cutting in front of me then it didn’t stop there was a young guy Who came in sat down same thing happened again he got in front of me then I just left because I felt descriminated I am mixed Hispanic and white I look more white I was out of place I’m not racist but there was only black barbers and other black customers I was only white I felt like I was put last because of my skin color and the fact that they were friends with the 2 guys he put in front of me. As I said I was sitting there for over an hour even if those guys were which I’m 99% sure they did not schedule an appointment this company is unprofessional did not inform me it was going 2 hours before I get my haircut. Anyways have a nice day.
