Truly talented barbers! I travel a lot and been to dozens of barbershops. I used to think that you can only get an exceptional skin fade from barbers in big cities... I would wait until I was in Baltimore, DC, Atlanta, Detroit... Now I always get a haircut here at Distinguished Clippers before leaving out of town!

I called to find out if they were open and if I needed an appt, to which I was told no, not necessarily. I got there and didnt even get in the door properly and the guy approached my children b4 me rudely. I was told, he wasnt the one I talked to and he cant have too many people in the shop.

I have been seeing George for over two years now, and with most barbers in the past I’ve always had to go home and finish up, due too missed hairs on my neck, beard ETC..WITH DISTINGUISHED CLIPPERS, that does NOT happen.. I leave thrilled with my new haircut every time I walk out of his doors. I will never go to another barber again

Hands down the best barber Ive ever had in my life! I met George (the owner) 3 years ago and NO ONE else has cut my hair since we met. No one can meet the quality and attention to detail that George has shown since I have known him. I always get compliments after leaving Distinguished. I go about every 2 weeks and get the full service, hair, beard, hot towel, and carrot oil. George is a professional that gives the customer exactly what they want. Keep it up G!

As a woman, I absolutely HATE taking my son to the barbershop thus my son has not had a haircut in FOREVER. But I met the owner of Distinguished Clippers and he assured me that this shop was an environment that I would feel welcomed and a shop that would provide an amazing haircut for my son.... and boy was he right!!! We were approached in the parking lot by the owner (going to the convenience store) and the gentlemen made comment to my husband to come try them out. We had no idea there was a barber shop there. So he decided to go a few weeks later and I cant Express the gratitude we have for the treatment and service given. Ive been telling my husband for years a barber is where its at and true enough. Hands down best haircut I’ve ever gotten. Went to George about a year ago for the first time. I had never had anything done with straight razor. This isn’t your in and out in 10 minutes quick cut. You will be looking in the mirror after you leave admiring the detail that goes into it. I’ve sent a couple people up to distinguished clippers and will continue to do so.

Well, today was my first time at this shop. I received the worst haircut I could have gotten for my first experience! The staff is super friendly but being friendly dont get peoples hair cut properly. Im a white guy and I mention this because I never let white people or women touch my head. Well, when I walked in there was a black dude (Tony), and a white lady (Ruby). Tony had one guy in his chair and one guy waiting on him. Ruby asked if I needed a cut and I should have told her, no offense, but Ill wait on Tony and then explained why. I thought about it for a second, and if I hadnt been in a hurry to get to a job interview I would have waited or went somewhere else. So I said sure. As soon as I sat down, I told her that I wasnt trying to be rude in saying this, but I havent let a white person touch my head in 18 years, and I havent let a woman touch my head since I was a kid. Obviously she covered both categories. I told her its because black and Spanish dudes can fade hair great! Now, shes already gotten started at this point and she proceeds to tell me that she probably isnt as good as the owner, George and Tony. -RED FLAG- (the only two black guys that cut here) She follows that up with, Ill get you Tonys card, and you can call him for a cut the next time you come. -RED FLAG- She even told me that shes good with lining up beards as well. Spoiler Alert!!! She lied about both!!! Again, shes very nice, but being nice doesnt get my hair cut correctly! Well, I guess you know where this is going! She Fd my head up son!!! And my beard, mannnnnnnn let me tell you. She must have closed her eyes or something when she was lining my beard up. I literally had to tell her that I looked like I had a bowl cut, that she needed to fade it better and more on the sides. Told her I hadnt had a bowl cut since I was a small child and my mom couldnt afford to get me a real descent haircut. She tried to fix it with no luck at all. (Because there was no skill!) She finished that and then moved on to my beard. This woman put a hot towel on my face, which felt nice, but Im at a barber shop, not a salon, to get my damn hair cut! She then proceeds to attempt to line my beard up, and she must have closed her eyes, took her glasses off, or just looked away when she got to this part because my line on my neck seriously looked like she held me down and trimmed it with a weed wacker! She put a different hot towel on my face and then told me we were almost done that she needed to put a cold towel to close my pores and I was like, No maam! we are done! Now Im at the point where I am to pay for my services, or lack thereof, and she proceeds to tell me that my hair cut and beard line up was $40!!! Needless to say, she DID NOT GET A TIP!!! Needless to say, dont let her even look at your head, and get Tony. He at least looked descent from what I could see while sitting next to him getting mutilated! Im sorry, Im not trying to be mean, but I take my hair and beard cuts VERY seriously!!! (If you couldnt tell by now) Enter at your own risk. Oh, I gave it two stars because theyre really nice peeps but some should seek out new professions. Peace. Sorry Tony

It was a fairly good cut, but not worth $20.

Walked in. Needed last minute cut, couldnt get my barber, and was recommended by a friend. I recieved a fade and straight razor shave by George. It was a subpar cut and shave. Wasnt worth 40 bucks. Said hed been doing it for 28 years. He made me realize how good my other barber actually is at fade factory 256. I get an amazing shave and fade there for 23 bucks. I wont be coming back to distinguished clippers again.
