Cannot recommend Bentley Automotive enough! Family owned business for 91 years and they really are like a family. We live in Georgia and found the car we absolutely wanted. Unaware of the competitive new car buying market, they helped us secure a car that was actually on the truck and enroute to their dealership in Alabama.Because my husband was going out of town the next day and we needed to sign the paperwork to secure the car, we drove 3 hours to Alabama to make it official...(since cars are being sold so quickly and didnt want to miss our chance on this hard to find one).What happened next is mind boggling. The car had not yet arrived to the dealership so we drove home, still happy we officially had the car. What is mind boggling is Bentley Hyundai DROVE our new car TO US IN GEORGIA, so we would not have to drive back to Bentley. How awesome are they?! Truly customers for life!The staff is amazing, honest, not pushy and highly recommend!!

Steven went way out of his way and above and beyond any other sales person we have encountered to ensure our experience was positive. The product is quality as well as the staff. Hello my name is Sedrick Phillips and as everyone knows and is where my vehicle has been returned to me defective. Lori was extremely kind to direct me to her upper management but since that exchange I have been treated disrespectfully.I kindly requested proper compensation for broken parts that were not damaged upon arrival. When a agreement could not be reached I requested that Cary give me the information to his upper management and in return he gave me a nonvalid name and a non-working number I cannot find the name/ number or email on the companys directory.Cary allowed his personal relationship to influence business decision which has added more issues. I informed him that my vehicle was not running properly and he told me that the technician could not have possibly made a mistake because he was a good guy.I had my vehicle inspected and the information that was given to me is sadding. So because proper precautions were not made I now have a six to seven inch crack in my engine. That was replaced but not being installed correctly. I have a bad starter, I had to pay another company to install my turbo so that I can have boost after taking it to the dealership and they refuse to look at it at a time that will not be inconvenient to my work schedule, even though they have had my vehicle for 3 months and I had to make personal accommodations that were sufficient for the time even taking off from work during an ongoing pandemic. They didnt even try to put me in a loaner vehicle. I have full coverage insurance. Because my turbo was not installed properly it caused my catalytic converter to become foul which will now need to be replaced. Also as you can see the amount of power steering fluid and oil that has accumulated over a almost 3 week lifespan is a lot. The inspection showed that certain seals were not replaced properly certain things that were supposed to be replaced were not replaced. And finally due to the crack in the engine it also cracked the bell housing in the transmission. Because of the amount of money that was spent and the amount of time that was wasted I have chosen to secure legal representation. This is in no way a threat Im simply protecting myself. Im hoping that the dealership will do everything in its power to make this right. I asked that we communicate through email for record keeping.I have not left a negative review or anything Im simply contacting those with decision making abilities.

I seen the car I liked. I spoke to Danny about the issue I might foresee about getting the car. And then. Danny got me the car I wanted. Finance manager was awesome. This was a quick and easy process. And Just Like That I taught my kid how to buy a car and we took home a new car!!! 😁❤

This was the 14th vehicle I have purchased in my lifetime, and it was the smoothest transaction I have ever experienced. The friendly and knowledgeable sales and finance staff were efficient and accurate with the paperwork which has been a nightmare sometimes at competing dealerships. The car is for my technologically challenged wife, and the salesman, Victor, spent as much time as she needed to understand the electronics. I am sure she will be calling for help in the future. Bentley Hyundai truly has customer service at the core of their business. They help you find what you need and guide you pleasantly through the rest.

Brought my car to the dealer to fix cracked windshield glass. Upon picking up the car, found dashcam was not installed properly, which is part of the repair job. I already paid for the repair. I asked service representative to offset my cost to get it repaired and he refused. They did not inspect their repair before handing the car back to me. This was an awful experience. I would not recommend anyone to go here for service since this dealership cant guarantee or inspect their quality before charging customer for service.

My sales rep was great and he handled everything quickly and professionally and was even there waiting for us when we arrived! and the gentleman who handled our financials was fantastic and personable! I had a great experience and I would 10/10 recommend!

Update:There was damage to my vehicle when I picked it up. They did attempt to rectify the situation and fix the damage. However the damage repair did not match the rest of the vehicle. They now have to take my car again for a week to fix it again. I understand mistakes happen, but the management at this dealership couldnt have cared less that I had to have my brand new car fixed 2 times. I sent an email to the general manager and did not hear anything back. I had to go through the person who sold me the car to get a resolution. The sales and finance people at this dealership are great. The management seems to be lacking.Easiest dealership I have ever bought a car from. They made everything quick and simple and there was no pressure. Ask for Chris Knight when you want to buy your car. He is the best!

DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING INSIDE YOUR VEHICLE WHEN ITS BEING SERVICED BY BENTLEY.I had put $300 inside our glovebox when we were headed to drop our vehicle off there. This money belonged to my 3 yr old that sells Little Cars for Little Kids. When we went to pick our vehicle back up after having the A/C repaired, I noticed that things had been gone through in my vehicle and immediately checked the glovebox which had very noticeably been tampered in and $200 of the $300 was missing!! My husband addressed the issue with the service manager and his only response was that he knows the service tech didnt take it because he makes too much money. I deducted 4 stars on this unrelated issue but they did repair my AC so they get 1 star for that.

I just purchased my first Hyundai car from Jasper Blow. I was looking around at different makes and thought I would stop by Hyundai Dealer. I drove a Veloster thinking I wanted something sporty. Friendly team, clean environment which is especially important these days, engaging personnel when you first walk in (for my experiences), and I even got a Christmas card in the mail! UwUHowever, service could be a little more thorough in their diagnoses if a problems root cause doesnt show itself at first. I have had to repay for a diagnosis recently, but thankfully it was an easy fix after being identified.Still a 5-star for me though.

Went to the dealership to get an oil change for 2018 GMC Sierra and ended up trading for a 2021 Buick Encore GX. Its fun to drive, easy to park, and gets much better gas mileage.

My son visited your city with a group of friends and one of his friends brought the keys to the car back to Indiana accidental. The car is in my name.Due to me being 800+ miles away I was unable to prove this was my car in person. So I called the Hyundai dealership here to see if brought in the bill of sale and proof of ownership could they forward information to Huntsville they stated no problem. I then call Hyundai dealership and they stated they our independently owned and couldn’t make a key unless I was there. How inconsiderate. My son spent 2 unnecessary days waiting on a key to be shipped overnight due to this being an weekend. You guys have no compassion. Hope your dealership follows everything in black and white, and their children never travel and run into people like the ones in your parts department.

First time I’ve purchased a vehicle from a dealership. Bentley exceeded all expectations. I will absolutely be a customer for life.

My daughter owns an elantra and we took her car in for the recommended maintenance twice. The first time I thought it was quite expensive but didnt have time to look into it closely. The second time they did the normal oil change and service checks but also called her back saying that she needed rear brakes (probably legitimate), new tires (not legitimate) and had a blown bulb in the back and front. I told them to leave the tires alone. What I didnt say is the tires were not even two years old. I also told them we could change the bulbs ourselves.My daughter gets home, I look at the tires and they are in great condition. I check her bulbs and they all work. So what I have to wonder is if the service advisors at this dealership work on commission. Being lied to really makes me angry. In my opinion telling someone they need an additional $500+ in work done on their car when they dont is robbery plain and simple. We will be shopping around for someplace to take her car the next time, it sure wont be Bentley Hyundai. Trying to steal from their customers is bad business and no way to get return business. I will not be back to this dealership to buy or service another car. Shame on you Bentley Hyundai for letting the people who work for you treat your customers like this. I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND Bentley Hyundai to anyone.

He let me be in control of the car buying experience. He even stayed late to give me my car the day my insurance was transferred - overall great experience.

My experience with Bentley Hyundai was truly exceptional. I was able to strike a deal over the phone, and when I got to the facility, the deal didn’t change. The staff was COVID aware and stellar to work with.My one complaint about my vehicle would be the 2.0ltr motor is not as capable as I intended and for any potential buyer go with the 2.0T-Turbo for the added and much needed power, but that is performance preference and not a reflection of the dealer.
