Asked for help covering part expense replacement of new ac unit because of ground to ground lightening.No other damage to property.Sent a drone to circle house and surrounding.Never inspected info about ac unit.?.....what did I need a drone for.didnt inspect ac unit.Have had only 2 claims with Allstate for many years over 25, never got what I needed.have to wonder what I would do if I had a major problem and needed help.Look at the money I’ve paid with no return.Count your customers that u can say that.Its way past time I got smart and got a company that will be there to help when I need help.Finall happy.should not be so patient I guess.

So I was trying to help my elderly grandmother get things squared away and spoke with James Directly and he answered the phone sounded like a party and then gets an attitude with me when I’m asking questions. My 80 year old grandmother was givin the run around for a month driving around without insurance which they knew and did nothing about they don’t return calls bad bad bad service and they will no longer answer our calls these people will take advantage of you especially if you are older

I was told they inform you when rates go up but they didnt. Probably better to call Allstate customer service to get help. These agent offices dont care who you are.

Worst insurance company ever. Lost my insurance coverage. It has taken them 7 months and now they are not covering me. Lawyer has been contacted and I will be sueing. Again WORST agent and company ever.
