WARRENTY ** Very polite, quick response.. had cool air within a matter of days. friendly experience with technician...I didn’t need to be patient this time & wait three weeks, because my warranty didn’t have to order any parts from a manufacturer to save a buck.

Robert @R&M has been servicing my HVAC home system for over 15 yrs. Serviced a TRANE for over 10yrs and replaced with a GOODMAN once TRANE parts were hard and expensive to find. We all struggle with finding honest service people we can count on. Robert is the most honest technician Ive met, highly experienced and installation (small or large) is 1st class. Very happy with Goodman HVAC. Very responsive to his customer base - I always know he will minimize any downtime. Prices are fair and reasonable too. Hes the reason I quit using home warranty companies - no more getting the run around, saved time and money ever since.

First read their reviews and he treats all home warranty claims like garbage and they aren’t a priority because he isn’t getting paid as much. Two days of waiting for a response and he never responded to the ticket. He wouldn’t answer our calls and wouldn’t reply to our voice mails. Unprofessional and a little advice from a business owner if you don’t want to do a job quit, and if you don’t want to do warranty work then don’t it’s that simple.

My home warranty attempted to use them twice but theres no response from them. When myself and the home warranty attempted to call the only published number it rings twice and then hangs up.

I had an appt time of 11a-3pm. At 3:30pm, I called the Technician to see if ge was still coming & he hung up on me. When I called from a different number, he answered & simple stated he was working & running late. I asked him could he give me a courtesy call when he was on the way & he said yes, he would. He called me after 5pm, to say he was on his way & I asked him why he was so late, esp when they close at 5, the Technician told me, Maam, call your Home Warranty Company & get you a new Technician then hung up the phone before I could say anything.

Im in the process of selling my house and needed some duct work done. I called R&M Heating and Cooling and I must say that I am VERY pleased. The tech came out the same day I called to give an estimate and was able to perform the work the same day. Pricing was reasonable and he was professional and prompt. Would DEFINITELY use them again if any HVAC service is needed.

We got a new AC unit from R&M recently... Excellent service with a great attitude. Always on time and reliable. Highly recommended and will continue to use!

Put in a home warranty request and was never contacted. I called and left a message, and was never called back. I called again, spoke to someone who said they would call me back that evening because they were driving at the moment and was never called back. Guess what? I wont be calling back.

Great job by Robert and his apprentice Joshua! They were professional and quickly determined my A/C issue and completed the repair. I would highly recommend R &M Heating and Cooling five plus starts!

I called on a Sunday 2 times in August and both times they answered the phone and someone came out within hours. The 2 men Daryl and Chris who replaced my unit with a new Lennox System were on time, friendly and professional. They did a perfect job and had my house cooled down from 85 to 75 in no time. They cleaned up there work area and I could not be more satisfied with the job. Also the salesman Darin Mays was not pushy, very knowledgeable of the equiptment and got me the best for the best price. If you need repair or replacement call these guys. They actually answer the phone anytime.

The man from R&M was very professional and gave a very decent price. We needed a part for our heater so he ran to Lowe’s and purchased it and came back timely to put it in. Would definitely recommend him if you want good service and don’t want to break your bank!

Home warranty service request sent after hours 10/23. Called after lunch 10/24, left a message on voicemail that I hadnt received an appointment yet along with further details of my heat being out. No response to the service request or my follow up service call. They must not need the business. I cancelled my service request with R & M and was immediately contacted by another company.

R&M installed a Mitsubishi Split system in my garage. It was very professional, timely and very good pricing. I would recommend them to anyone. I have known Robert for close to 15 years and he is a honest hard working christian.

Very good work and diagnosed a problem that I believe some others may not have found. Friendly and knowledgeable.
