The service I received both on the phone to the at home repair was great! The repair technician named Josh Garrett was friendly and very knowledgeable! Quick service!

Do not get Metronet. We have had it less than a month and its been down 3 times already, it takes days to get it fixed. They tell you a time frame but really it could be anytime that day. Im so mad, I would not recommend to anyone.

The employees at this location are lazy and do not want to do their jobs. I went there today to return our equipment because we are moving and I need to cancel the service. I got there at 1:00 in the afternoon. Office hours on the door says open 9-5. The door was locked and they were closed. A pizza delivery woman got there the same time I did. A blond heavy set woman came to the door and told her she could come in but we couldnt because they were closed for the day. That we had to come back on Monday. So, now we are going to have to pay for 3 days worth of service for a house we are no longer living at because someone doesnt want to do their job and wanted to close early. If she is that lazy and doesnt want to do her job, then she should be fired and hire people that do want to work. I bet I wont even get a response. Reading through the reviews, it seems only people leaving good ratings get a response. Others with complaints arent even responded to. Thats okay though, I plan on reporting it to the BBB as well. Hire people willing to work, not ones that will close early just because they can!

FAST AND RELIABLE INTERNET SERVICE, AND GREAT SERVICE! I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR INTERNET TV AND PHONE NEEDS. I USE THEM FOR INTERNET AND HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH MY SPEEDS, AND THE SERVICE HAS ONLY GONE DOWN ONCE IN THE SEVERAL YEARS I HAVE HAD THEM SINCE THEY CAME TO TOWN, AND THE OUTAGE WAS BECAUSE SOMEONE HIT A POWER LINE WITH THEIR CAR BETWEEN HERE AND, INDY BUT SERVICE WAS RESTORED QUICKLY. NO ISSUES HERE, GREAT SERVICE.

Very happy with the service and the tech guys have been great. The prices have gone up, but what company isnt gonna have increases. We have had many providers over the years and Metronet has been the best. Never have an issue if we do they take care of it.

Do not I repeat do not use this service the service speeds are bearly faster than 2G most days. And that’s what they provide for over 140.00 a month internet service. They take advantage of the elderly because they don’t think they will know the difference. They throttle the speed and don’t want too compensate when they mess up. They also expect their customers to pay for any losses metro has like hurricane damages or ice storms damages.

Need to teach there service techs how to drive. one of their idiot drivers parking in the passing Lane all the way from Fort Wayne to Huntington even for a few miles sitting right next to another Metronet service truck blocking both lanes for. Had traffic lined up behind him and even as people passed him on the right and honked at him including a State Trooper he still blindly drove along slow in the passing lane causing everyone to have to go around him.

Their locked in prices are a lie. They are as bad as any other provider. Their prices keep going up and if you try to get a cheaper package they take more then half of your good channels away.

So glad we have Metronet in Huntington as an option. Way better customer service than Comcrap. Fast, fiber based internet.

Just upgraded to the 1 Gig internet service. Unfortunately my speeds were more in the 300-400Mb range. When tech came out to check, best he could get was 650Mb. Thats great, but thats not 1 Gig. When asked how they would compensate for the 33% loss, was told they werent. Hmm, offering something you cant deliver on, sounds fishy. Charging for something you cant deliver on, sounds criminal. I have been a happy Metronet customer for years. Dont F*** this up Metronet. MAKE IT RIGHT!

Timothy you know absolutely nothing! Comcast is and always has been the worst customer service company pretty much in America not just the media industry! Went with metronet and got rid of Comcast and best decision I ever made!
