I was scheduled for 6pm, me and my daughters. We came in at 6:04 waited patiently. 30 minutes past and two other clients came in and were seen before us. I was furious, did not even get an apology. 6:50 comes and everyone is before me. I waited 50 minutes . At that point I did not want my nails done. I can’t believe I didn’t even get an apology. They continued business and did not care how I felt. I’m never going back!!!!

I have been experienced a lot of different nail salons in New York. This salon is my favorite so far. After the discussion of my needs, the staff started working on my nails, and put down the base color. She was very thorough, making sure the coats were smooth. Then for the design part, she was still careful about everything. Both of my hands turned out very pretty with creative marble design!! Staffs there did and paid attention to even the smallest detail. This place has very reasonable prices and the quality is fantastic. I am already planning what I want next.

Best nail place on long island. They are super clean, accommodating, and very nice. This is my new spot to come. Very relaxing to be there, and I will be a life long customer. They have by far done the best job on my nails. They look perfect. Im always more than satisfied with level of service provide. Keep up the great work!!

Amazing work and the two people who worked on my nails were so nice approachable. They were friendly and also watching them do the nail art design was so mesmerizing. The owner has a lot of supplies and they are all pretty. Unlike all the other nail places, they always have a few studs or rhinestones. They also carry a lot of pretty gel colors.

Clean, comfortable, friendly atmosphere. They have lots of pretty options for your nails & they do a good job. My nails came out even and neat, pricing isnt bad either! Love this place, my new go to salon for sure!

Not sure what all the positive reviews are for. My pedicure took 10 mins no exaggeration. Massage was pathetic and she put the warm towel on my legs for literally one second. Polish was lumpy on one nail. Tools were not disinfected and polish doesnt even cover my entire nail on most of them. Will not be returning.

My wife loves this place! So clean, relaxing, and beautiful. The lady (i could not recall her name) does such a great job!!! No complaint at all about her manicure and pedicure.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. The owner is not present at the site. Nina was doing my nails. I had asked for gel fill-in. She proceeded to skip that step and just put on polish. I had to remind her. She had a bad attitude with me. After that I used Helen who did an excellent job and seemed nice. After a few times she got nasty too. I guess Nina had to get her on her side. This is so typical in this day and age that people resort to bullying in a group just like the kids are doing. I really wish that all this would stop and we treat each other with courtesy and respect. So very sad!

A clean nail place with lots of color choices. Excellent service with friendly staff. All the staff are also very professional and experienced. You can actually find your own style from elsewhere, and show them, they are ver willing to customize nails for you. This is absolutely amazing!

I love the staff. Everyone seems very friendly and good at what they do. I didnt catch my nail technicians name but she had short hair and she was very accommodating. I love how my nails came out and Im looking forward to going back.

This is the first nail salon I’ve visited that can get your design EXACTLY how you want it. If it’s your first time, no worries they are very gentle and that’s why I always bring my niece to this place. The place is modern and clean and they update latest styles very frequently.

Are everyone’s reviews from when this spot was another salon? My pedicure was 15 minutes long without exaggeration. It was pretty much a polish change for $20.

Ive come here twice for pedicures and gotten 1 gel manicure and it turned out great every time. Very professional and nice. Very efficient! A gel mani and normal pedicure took 50 minutes. This will definitely be my regular place.

I have been searching a new nail salon when I moved into this area. I did Yelp and found this nail salon. I saw other’s photos on Yelp. Its design looked so good. So, I give a try for this nail salon. I LOVE IT!!! I had a marble pattern gel nail in black and white. It looked so pretty and chic. This nail salon would become my priority nail salon spot in my neighborhood.

Ive been here just once and I loved this place so much. My nails are definitely looks good and the girls that made them for me theyre super pleasant and nice.The place is clean and fresh, and Im definitely going to come back.

Love this place! I regret going somewhere else. The staff in the front did my gel nails and they lasted forever. Nice and thick and he took his time. The gel protected my nails so good and did not chip for a long long time. I won’t go anywhere else for my gel nails anymore!!!

My go-to girl is Helen. She does such a phenomenal job with my nails EVERY TIME. Shes nice, kind, and patient. She really takes her time with your nails and makes sure that you leave satisfied with the services.

Worst place ever.

I decided to get my nails done at New I Beauty Nail for my birthday and it was the best decision I have made. For one, this place is a bit pricey, but its worth it knowing your nails are being treated and cared for properly. Really like it!

Came here today for a manicure and my friend received a pedicure and manicure. My friends pedicure and manicure looked great. They have a large selection of colors. Theyre so nice about letting you try it out on your hand first.

Great location and very friendly nail technician. I took my girl friend here, and she loves the art work she put on her nails. Very detailed and they last over a month.

The staff is very friendly, and works quickly to assist the many walk in customers that come in. The end result is nothing fantastic, but is what would be expected from a typical nail salon. Will definitely come back for it!

Lucy Yang (You)reviewed in the last weekI was visiting a friend from city and wanted treat my pregnant girfriend to a nice spa. we found this place by driving. this place is little tucked away in a small mall so if you are not paying attention, you can easily miss out. as soon as we walked in, we were greeted by polite and friendly staff members and quickly guided. what a clean and beautiful place! we wanted to madi pedi but ended up doing our eyelash and facial. they are all top notch technitian. i live and work in manhattan and there are tons of similar biz. but by far, this is easily the best spa day experice ever! they take time and the owner (she might be a manager: cindy) comes and check if everything is fine. sooo relaxing. their facial is really amazing too. she was very knowledgible about skin and offered me ttaught me about how to take care my acne skin. I really hope this place is closer to my place. i booked for my facial appoinment next month and i know its worth my travel time and effort. i spent only about $230 for mani pedi, facial, and eyelash extention. i left the place feeling new and happy. totally recommendede he right
