I like place. Prices kinda high but secure and insured.

Arrived at 6, sat there just to be told at 630 that they could not help me because the two girls were leaving and she couldnt help me. She let told me to do it over the phone, I sat at a desk talking on the phone with another office. I was instructed over the phone to give her my documents and they would do it over the phone. Then three men walk in and she helps them without hesitation. Worst costumer service, I ended up leaving because they did not do one thing to help us.

They never answer the phone or return the calls back on time...

They have lost good customer service and atention they just want to enroll you in auto insurance no matter how much, before they search for the most affordable insurance now is take it or leave it. Because they have more customers and they dont care about you.

High prices. Plus they would always over charge me and say the insurance went up or deposit. They always gave me a different excuse. Im happy ever since I left from their insurance .

Se de restricciones por el covi pero en otros lugares les dan permiso alas embarazadas para usar el baño me párese que ella no saben que es estar embarazada inumanas
