MANNY REPRESENTATIVE - I called the Huntington Park office. I was trying to update my debit card information because there was some fraudulent charges on my account and a representative by the name of Manny, he did not want to provide his last name. Told me that for updating my debit information there would be a fee. He would not allow to ask question and would speak over. Mannys customer service skills are terrible. He has no patients.

I went there to get insurance in one in Huntington Park office hooked me up. He contacted the finance company and took care of all the little details that needed to betaking care of. The service was great Ill always go there to get my auto insurance I highly recommend you do the same.

Karen Lopez was very helpful. She was very patient with me. Took the time to explain to me the difference between the policies I was looking forward to get. Would definetly come back and do business with her.

I was helped out by Maricela. She was really patient with me. We took almost 2 hours but because my brothers and sisters did not send me their license numbers in time. She still offered me a glass of water and made me feel like home. After the really bad experience I had at another company I thought all brokers were the same but these guys really helped me out. I was referred by my stepdad and didnt go because I thought he didnt know what was best but he ended up giving me some great advise for once. We ended up saving 480 every six months from Geico. Go there and ask for Maricela. She knows whats up.

I needed to the renew my tag and I was assisted very kind and friendly by agent Claudia and she helped me to get my tags in minutes.

Asked a question to the rep she ansered with a question back . Told them one had had quoted one this she said that rep wasnt anybody to give out disscounts.Charged for pictures was charging 10dollors to fax my proof of insurance to my dealer

Adriana’s was charging me $220 to get insurance and $55 every month after that for liability.. Went to geico and paid $250 for 6 whole months. Rip off.
