I have been a client of Jorge Alonzos for nearly 10 years now. In that time span, he has repeatedly demonstrated his overall incompetence and apathy. I have had to call him to process my payments every month since early 2015 because he has failed to successfully enroll me in autopay as I have requested on numerous occasions. He has also NEVER called me back when he says he would. I consider myself extremely lucky that I have not had to submit a claim because I am confident he would not have the facilities to represent me correctly.
