Great service and very attentive. This is more than walking into an insurance company - they give you personal attention and care. The owner Enrique actually cares about people and always suggests the policy that’s right for you, without the feeling that you’re being oversold.

Ive been insured with State Farm for over 15 years and the reason Im still with them is because of Enrique and his team. They show genuine care and are always only a phone call away whenever the unexpected happens.

Agents really care about their customers and take their time to explain complex policies.

Horrible customer service do not ever come here! Never in my life have I met such condescending rude people. They keep their doors locked during business hours. Say that that dont take people asking for just a quote without an appointment and when I spoke to the rudest woman ever she didnt even bother asking info on what the prices would be. She just crossed her fingers threw out a random money amount and stated that there wasnt much else she would do for me... When you guys read this do yourselves a favor and keep your doors locked because obviously youre just there to collect a check for doing nothing to help potential customers.

Mr. Garcia, although I have not had you as an agent I would simply suggest that you have your staff inform any potential customer wishing to transfer their services to your office ( as I was) that your policy does not allow customers to transfer their policies from another agent. My current agent told me that this was the case after someone in your office called him; something that could have been conveyed to me when I spoke to Mary.This would save time for all of us, especially since your staff member said I would get a call back after she had time to review my policy.

Dont come here. There is no communication they do not explain the policies. My aunt also had this agent but she switched too. I dont understand why they keep their doors locked.
