We had decided to have our old tile floors replaced. Recommended by my sister, we decided to give these Orange county flooring contractor company a try. We heard their prices are fair and the quality and service are great. Not only were they honest about the situation and the cost was really reasonable they did a quick and clean job. Their team are truly professionals and we are very happy with the tile and grout flooring installation! Wed hihky recommended them to anyone.

I had initially called them in for a concrete floor cleaning job in our warehouse. It was a simple project and they did everything right... from their professionalism in setup to finishing up the cleaning and making sure everything was nice and neat when they left. After the job, they told us that they also provided other services including marble polishing or marble floor restoration services. Since we had such a good experience at our warehouse, we decided to have them come and take care of our marble maintenance at our home... It was really the best marble floor polishing services weve had done by a contractor company. If you are looking for a company to provide cleaning marble shower services... or anything related to marble, dont look anywhere else.

I am SO happy with Specialized Surfaces. It is hard for me to find marble services worth the price and that do an excellent job. My marble floors had tons of scratches from my wild family and it was becoming super frustrating to not be able to have any type of marble floor maintenance. The marble restoration Specialized Surfaces did looked amazing after they were done. On top of that they also provided a high gloss finishing AND a marble cleaner and sealer. I rarely give reviews but Specialized Surfaces has left me in awe! My hardwood floors had scratches and looked filthy. I not only needed a hardwood floor cleaner, but also a hardwood floor repair professional. I found Specialized Surfaces in an ad and called after I asked my neighbors and colleagues about their work. A couple of my colleagues had used them too and loved their results. Apparently, I had not only scratches on my hardwood floors, but also moisture damage (ew!). Luckily, with their professionals they were able to repair all my hardwood floors leaving my downstairs looking beautiful again. Thank you guys!!

I hired Specialized Surfaces for their marble polishing Orange County services and I couldn’t be happier. It was the first marble restoration that I had since the stone was installed and it looks brand new. In addition to the polishing/restoration, I was also in need of marble repair. I was extremely satisfied with the marble services that I received. I have used Specializef Surfaces in the past,but never for my countertops.
