Sureshine worked magic on the badly cracked granite around my kitchen faucet! I hired them based on reviews and videos on their website, so only fair to post a positive review so others believe that their granite repair process is truly remarkable. The color of the finished product blends seamlessly. You cannot tell that a repair was made. Sureshine extended the life of my 16 year old granite countertop for years to come.

I was told by contractor after contractor that my granite counter top could NOT be fixed and had to buy a whole new countertop. Well Sureshine proved them wrong. I have a countertop that looks brand new for a fraction of a new counter price. I thought it couldnt be done, but Sergio and Dado showed me it was possible. Thank you Sureshine!!!!

This is the second time I have used Sureshine to clean and polish our kitchen granite. Once again, they did a beautiful job. My counters and island looks amazing. They also replaced the grout between and backsplash and counter, and around both kitchen sinks. Dago was professional and knowledgeable about the work. He spent time talking and explaining the process and needed follow up to my husband. I have recommended them to a friend, and will continue to do so.

Im so glad I found this company - everything was professional from start to finish. Ashley handled all of my intake and appointment making and was very friendly an efficient. I did a kitchen remodel and the contractor did a very poor job installing my quartzite countertop. The sink cut out had numerous chips in the stone. Sureshine was recommended to me so I gave them a call.Sergio Casteneda came out to assess the damage. He was very knowledgeable and took time to educate me on the restoration process. Victor did the actual repair by filling in the numerous chipped areas and caulked around the sink. He also polished the stone. It was a huge improvement to the countertop! After the work was completed, both Sergio and Ted McFadden checked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Sergio had promised me satisfaction guaranteed and he delivered! This is a very honest and reputable company that works as a team and takes pride in their work. I highly recommend them!

I hired Sureshine to sand and polish my limestone countertop in my bathroom that had been damaged by vinegar and CLR leaving the surface badly etched. While they were here estimating they talked me into doing the same to my limestone shower and polishing my granite in the kitchen. It was more expensive than I expected but I pulled the trigger and had it all done anyway. Now that its all done I have to say, Money well spent. First the bathroom looks like brand new. The work is 1st rate. The big spots etched by the vinegar and CLR are completely gone and the limestone looks fantastic. My shower? Stains on the limestone from the previous owners not caring for it are a thing of the past. I squeegee my shower after every time I use it and tried everything to make it look better. It takes a professional with the right tools and a lot of work to make it right and Able from Sureshine had both the tools and was professional. Jorge was the man responsible for both of my countertops and his work was just as great. In fact, when they do your estimate they talk with you about grouting the edge of the sink, something I never considered. They show you photos of how moisture can corrode the metal underneath and cause your granite to crack along the edge of your counter and the sink. I didnt think that would really be a problem for us. But after it was polished you could see the thinnest hairline cracking already happening. They caught it in time and it saved me from having an even bigger problem likely needing to replace my granite eventually. So it wasnt just an empty scare tactic. I have to say Jorge was a true gentleman and the kind of man you are comfortable having work in your home. The A+ work was the icing on the cake. Thanks Sureshine. WOW, what a difference...We have French Lime stone floors that have been installed for just about 22 months. I cant believe the difference in the appearance after this cleaning! HIGHLY recommend Sureshine!!!

Sureshine specializes in care and restoration of marble and granite surfaces. We have two full marble bathrooms and an exterior granite patio, walkway and elevated granite structure containing a jacuzzi.Sometimes the bathroom counters and floors get spotted and dull. The outside granite gets white hard water stains and becomes dull. That’s when I call Sureshine.They come and clean and polish the marble so it gleams and looks new again. It can be especially difficult to remove the exterior hard water stains. In fact, the last time the marble and granite surfaces were cleaned, some hard water stains from the sprinklers remained. I called the office and the owner himself (Ted McFadden) came out, spent some hours and removed every spot. This kind of service, dedication and pride in a job perfectly done is rare and often impossible to find.I would recommend this company to anyone whose marble and granite need rejuvenation. I’ve tried other companies and they cannot get these surfaces to look sparkling and new like the men from Sureshine. In addition, Sureshine does excellent grout work.Finally, every employee is hardworking, positive and does his best. This positive culture is certainly due to the owner, Ted McFadden.

My marble restoration project involved large foyer floor, floors and countertops of four bathrooms and basement/laundry and three shower stalls with marble floors and walls. I was apprehensive of the fact that the most of marbles being crema marfil type and particularly prone to scratches and etches would present a special challenge.I was referred to the Sureshine Care and Restoration Services and two other contractors by the Home Advisor. I interviewed them along with a few other highly qualified candidates and contacted their references. Given the extensive scope and complexity of the project I questioned them about their technical skills, trade knowledge and performance records.After long deliberations I chose Steve Aguilar, Sureshine Bay Area Branch owner. He won me over hands down with his expertise and generosity of his recommendations. His proposal was detailed and professional meeting high marble restoration standards. He executed his proposal most faithfully:1. Masked and protected adjacent surfaces.2. Deep cleaned with pH neutral cleaner.3. Diamond Sanded surfaces to remove scratches and etchesand other existing damage.4. Diamond Refinished to HIGH GLOSS finish.5. Scrubbed and cleaned grout.6. Sealed with premium penetrating sealer.I recommend Steve wholeheartedly for any marble revitalization undertaking.

Sureshine has done two projects for us. Last year they reconditioned our Travertine floors in our home and they still look like new. Their staff was meticulous in their work and did not leave until we were totally satisfied. Today they refinished our pressed concrete patio and front entry walkways. They are beautiful. Great job. I had heard about Anti-Etch which protects marble from staining. I contacted Sureshine and they did a beautiful job. Not only does the Anti-Etch protect the marble, it made my marble even more vibrant and beautiful.The crew is professional and friendly. They cleaned up thoroughly. They had a problem with the countertop in one of the bathrooms and they kept working at it until they got it right.... such high integrity. I highly recommend SureShine.

I had an 18 crack near my kitchen sink. Ted the owner came out and addressed all my questions and concerns 2 wks ago. Kevork came today and did an excellent job on repairing it and Im glad that I also asked for the additional work to clean, seal and buff the whole kitchen counter. Our 10 year old granite countertops were suffering from neglect. Luckily Sureshine is a contractor in our area. Sureshine did a fantastic job of rejuvenating our countertops to the beautiful original sheen they had when newly installed and corrected some chips/voids in the granite. I can’t express enough how fantastic the job turned out when done. I also found out Sureshine has been involved with historical restorations on many historical projects at Stanford University and San Francisco.

The Sureshine estimate was the most reasonable of three we had for grout repair, tile cleaning and sealing. Additionally, their estimate included extras that the other companies didnt. A crew of three arrived. They were respectful of us and our property. They knew what they were doing and gave us GREAT results and a great experience! Our floors look, and even smell, fantastic! They even got out the grout stains we thought were hopeless. We would highly recommend them!
