They made a bad situation as easy, quick, and pleasant as possible. Nobody wants their car impounded, but they didnt kill me with fees, it was much more reasonable than I expected. Thanks to them for easing a bad time, making it a bit better. Fast pickup, the car and contents were safe and secure. Quite nice!

Worst towing company in Houston and a complete rip of charged me 500$ for a 10 min job and if that wasnt bad enough they damaged my trailer and when I told them I am not paying look at the damage you just made to my trailer. They simply hooked my truck up and said I would not get it back until they got their payment. RUDE . UNPROFESSIONAL.

Saved me and my husband today!! We were in an unsafe spot on 59. Within 10min of calling he was there had us on the truck and off the road safely!! 35mins total from horrible situation to safely driving again with spare tire. Call them!!!

It was a great place. The people there are friendly if you have any questions you can call day or night the office is open 24 hours. They have a clean office when you walk in. My battery was dead when I went to the lot to pick it up. I went back to the office to ask about getting a jump and the lady told me to check in with the garage they have a battery pack. I asked the gentlemen in the garage and with out missing a beat he turned around grabbed the battery pack and was walking to my car. 5 out of 5!

One of the worst towing experiences i have ever had in my life. First started with dispatch being as rude as can be. I own my own business and without good customer service you are NOTHING. Then technician was rude because i got caught in traffic trying to meet him there. Need to work on your people skills tremendously. I will never use them again.

Extremely awesome customer service! I needed my truck towed to the dealership, I had scheduled service and realized I had messed the days up. I ended up calling a little anxious later that evening around 8pm and the gentleman answered on the first ring, and happily rescheduled me to the next day! Way to go Humble Tow! I got stranded in a Wal Mart parking lot. After dealing with a bunch of lies and being hung up on from the towing company my insurance gave me, I found these guys and quickly called them. The gentleman was shocked to hear how I was being treated by the other company and promised they would help me right away. They arrived in about 20 minutes and got me home quickly and safely, dropping my truck off right in front of my home. So many towing companies have zero customer service and dont care about their job, so it was a relief to find these guys. Thank you so much

If I could rate no stars I would. I called to get a quote for a tow for the next day. The guy was very impatient and kinda rude. He tells me we don’t have any trucks for tomorrow. That’s fine if you want to miss out on business and money. Why be rude when I’m trying to get your services? Customer service is everything. I was literally on hold for 20 minutes to tow a vehicle that was in front of our business for almost 2 weeks because they didnt have anyone that could adequately explain how they need to post signs on our property to have the vehicle removed at the expense of the owner. Then after putting me on hold for the 3rd time to explain their procedure, they told me they have too many accounts at the time. Just tell me the first time you dont want my business, thank you.

Not sure who the lady is that works the phones but you shouldn’t be working in customer service if you’re going to be rude. I contacted them on behalf of my mom who doesn’t speak much English who previously tried to call them herself to not bother me but I’m glad I was able to call for her because that lady was the rudest person ever. I’m not sure what happened to you in your life lady to treat others who are just asking simple questions with such disrespect, but I hope you learn to respect others in the future. If anyone calls here prepare to fight with whoever picks up and don’t be afraid to be persistent.

My experience with this company was awesome. I spoke with Amy and she told me that she would have a driver meet me at our car and it happens exactly that way. The driver kyle was there waiting on us when we arrived and he quickly had our car loaded and also told us of a shorter route with less traffic to get it home. Thanks you guys I will recommend you to anyone looking for a tow.

$450 FOR A 5 MILE TRIP TO PULL A TRUCK OUT OF A DITCH THAT TOOK LESS THAN 45 MIN TOTAL. THEN WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH A COMCHECK CHARGING THEM $5 SO HE WOULDNT RELEASE OUR DRIVER OVER $5 WE HAD 6 MIN TO MAKE 1/8 OF A MILE TO DELIVER ON TIME. NOT VERY HUMBLE. DONT USE!!

I had a flat tire on my suburban on the freeway with my kids in the car. We were all very scared, cars were speeding by so fast I could not get out of the car. I called humble towing because i see their towtrucks all the time in the area. Within 20 minutes they arrived in a very nice truck with room for me and my kids too safely get off of the dangerous freeway. I would have paid anything to get off that road, but the fee was very reasonable and they accepted my credit card. thank you Humble Towing.

They moved a truck after an incident and told me the charge, but they said that moved 40 000LB when only moved 27 000, make pay $2,860 over the real price.

Poorest customer service I have ever received from a towing service.Was in in an accident and they towed my truck from scene.My wife called and asked the hours we could come and retrieve personal belongings.He would not give her a straight answer. Finally he gave hours (M-F 9-5) to do this but was very abrupt and obtuse.I called back to see if there was any way I could come another time and he told me I was being unreasonable, had already called three times, and he didn’t have to talk to me. When I persisted he told me the phone was breaking up. When I asked To speak to a manager he told me he was the manager, that he couldn’t help me and hung up.

Humble Towing towed my vehicle to their yard after I was in an auto accident. Within a couple hours of my truck arriving at their facility, I called them to let them know that I wanted to release my vehicle to my insurance company so that it could be towed to the collision center where the adjuster would inspect the vehicle. They told both me and my insurance companies a series of lies and tried to make us jump through a bunch of hoops so that they could hold onto my vehicle as long as possible and collect the storage fees from my insurance company. All in all, they held my vehicle (and held up the claims process) for 4 days -- which delayed my vehicle being inspected and repaired/replaced. It was a huge inconvenience to me, but they didnt care. This is an unethical business run by unethical people.

A bunch of thieves road call 495 dollars today a small town truck did the job for 100 dollars u tell me but I can tell u I will never do business with this jokers

If you need an inspection do yourself a favor and go here first. I have had 7-8 done here and Im in and out in 10 minutes. No BS about dirty filters or repairs you dont need.

We were broke down had the 610 service road blocked with an oversized load WE ONLY NEEDED THEM TO TAKE THE BOBTAIL TRACTOR TO THE SHOP...they said they would be there in 1.5 hours..after 2 hours the Driver texted said he would be there in 20 more minutes... After 4 hours.. still no show we were stuck trying to get a 230 foot load off the road in the dark....I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO MY WORST ENEMY

Poor customer service. Very rude. I dont think you should be treated so bad just because you dont understand the way they do things. I got yelled at over the phone by the owner and treated as I was the one that was not being polite.No matter how many times a customer calls you or asks you the same question, you should be patient and try to explain. If I have to keep calling and ask that means that the problem its you not being clear about the matter and its not because Im stupid. Im paying you for a service and you throw at me a crappie customer service.

Miscommunication, unprofessional, rude company. Even my insurance agent had trouble to proceed with what needed to be done to remove my car. The lady that receives you is the worst becuase she doesnt give eye contact unless shes going to be rude. The guys there dont help either,so Ill just say that whole establishment is not customer oriented. I got an extra 50 added notification fee when they didnt even notify me they had my car. I already knew where my stolen car was becuase the police had called me. It was a terrible experience.

My truck broke down and the tow truck guy was ok till we got to the shop! I ended up just giving away the truck do to engine problems because I was over 100 miles from home. When I came back to try and get some things that were mine they said I was stripping the vehicle. Yeah somebody stripping vehicles! Its bad enough to break down but to be taken advantage of when youre down makes it wonder if just a professional chop shop!

My car was towed and when I went to get it from this location it was wrecked and damaged. The lady that answers the phone at the front desk is very unprofessional and very rude. Lady If you don’t like your job or don’t wanna be at work call off 🤷🏾‍♀️. Also how do you get mad or give someone attitude because a person wants answers about their vehicle that was at your lot, that wasn’t damaged at all before it was towed to your lot... 😡😡😡

4 hour wait time. Not dependable. Must have alot of business to care enough about a mother stranded on the highway under the Texas heat with her 2 young children.

Tow guy blocked a two lane neighborhood road by parking next to a parked car, then despite my insistence against it, refused to continue putting the towed 3rd vehicle until I was through. His directions led me to impact the parked car, and deal damage to my vehicle. After I parked he was already gone before I could get the companys insurance to make a claim
