I Bought a GV80 in May. My first service appointment was due. I received a text from the service department the night before Stating that I would receive a loaner vehicle. The morning of my service a young man showed up at my home to pick up my vehicle. He arrived in a Uber and told me he was here to pick up my vehicle. He didn’t have a Genesis or Hyundai logo on his shirt. I’m Under the impression that I was going to be receiving a loaner vehicle, he called the service center and let them know that I’m not gonna give him my vehicle.. That’s when I find out that they will not be giving me a loaner vehicle. I will not return the this dealership. They don’t Value my business

I took my new GV70 for a quick service and the service department was super helpful in getting me all squared away. My GV70 was perfect and also washed after service.

Mike was very helpful and contacted me with updates during the service process. The car was clean and the service was excellent.
