I usually dont do reviews but...They did an AWESOME JOB !!!I have a 10 year old Ford Explorer with 164k miles on it.I had to have it towed there as the fuel pump had gone out and it had several other issues.They checked out the entire truck and repaired everything like new.My truck drives and handles like a dream.Thanks Alan and mechanics.

I went to Alans because of other reviews that stressed his honesty and great service, and thats what I found. He explained what he was going to do very thoroughly and gave me his estimated price before starting. I came here when they were about to close trying to get an oil change desperately, however my front bumper was also falling off due to wear and tear of the car. Alan was very friendly and polite, they did the oil change and even fixed the bumper for me. I would recommend and will definitely come again.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING. Alan’s Car Care is a very professional place to have your car fix. Alan was very honest on the phone call about not knowing what could be wrong with my vehicle until I brought it in. He’s concern was diagnosis problem than “we” can go from there. He gave me a reasonable price on my AC, educated me along the way, and provided great feedback about all other issues. I have truly found my new mechanic and would recommend their services.

I went to go get my AC fixed and the guy was lit did a good job and its still working after a month. Other place i took it said itll take too long and just replace the filter

They pretty much told me what I told them what was wrong with it and charged me $105 bucks for it, didnt give me a price prior to dropping my vehicle off just said leave it and theyd check it out. Guess its my fault for not asking....

I came in after hitting two tires against a curb and my wheel was shaking like crazy. I thought I needed an alignment and saw good reviews so I went and met the man himself. He was super honest with me and showed me how it was just the tire I had been sold that was making my car ride bumpily. He recommended replacing then first, and after I did the problem stopped. Hes the most honest auto mechanic Ive ever dealt with. He fixed my alternator. When it went out again, he towed it back free of charge and replaced it free of charge. He is completely fair and upfront with all the work he does and the charges. Now that hes my mechanic I wont ever go anywhere else.

I send any of my friends or personal customers to these guys. Professional, quality service is what I received when I took my mazda for service on Tuesday. The price for the service I needed was excellent. I highly recommend their services. Had an A/C problem with my car and had it diagnosed at another chain shop. I shopped around for pricing on a part I was told needed to be replaced. Alans won. I brought the car in, and guess what?... Alan re-diagnosed the problem and determined that part was 100% OK and chain mechanic was trying to screw me. Alan and his team saved me hundreds. Their honesty is refreshing.I would certainly recommend this shop.

Excellent Service and Price. After getting recommendations from some locals, I shopped around 3 different autoshops and Alans won out on price. He also came recommended so I expected quality service as well. My expectations were definitely exceeded. He took my car in the same day, gave me a ride home, had my car back to me that night, and the customer service and work done to my car was excellent. I was quoted $933 for 3 engine mounts and he called me later to see if Id like to get the 4th changed as it was in bad condition but not torn through yet. I decided to go ahead with it, and expected roughly another $300 to the price but was more like $150. When I picked up the car he was kind enough and not condescending (unlike another nearby auto shop) to speak with me and answer all my questions in regards to my cars performance in other areas. Knowing that I was likely to do some of it on my own and that I was looking for troubleshooting advice. Will definitely come here in the future for my car repair needs.

An Honest Review from someone that knows nothing about auto repair: I noticed that a few customer reviews are very poor. I would like to reminder those negative reviewers that auto repair is not always an exact science. Just because a computer diagnoses the issue does not mean it is always the only issue. I bet most mechanics wished it was that easy. Sadly, that is not true and a lot of the time the mechanic will spend time troubleshooting the problem. Sometimes this means replacing one thing at a time until a resolve occurs. It is my opinion that the negative reviewers here lose sight of this fact as a result of what we call The Fast Food Mentality. In a perfect world the computer diagnosis creates a simple and quick fix each and ever time. Unfortunately, we do not live in a perfect world.That being said, I towed my truck to Alans because it wouldnt crank. After paying for repairs it was fixed and I took it home. Oddly enough, it acted up again. Alan was nice enough to tow it back to his location free of charge (under the guise that it was related to repairs he had made). The truck did not act up for him and in a week I got my truck back. It is still acting up on occasion. Now, you have to ask yourself, if he didnt officially fix my truck why am I leaving a good review? The answer is this: in an imperfect world there is not always a perfect answer. And how can I expect a repair man to have an answer if the vehicle is not acting up while under their possession?What matters is that Alans prices were fair, he was courteous, attentive, professional, and willing to make it right when the error may have been on his behalf. Seeing as to how I have brought this problem with my truck to other shops with no resolve, I will say that Alan exceeded my expectations when compared to the professionalism of other reputable shops.Anyone leaving a negative review for any auto repair shop should ask themselves first if the frustration and inconvenience they feel is a major factor of their opinion.

Bad experience... He tried to deceive me by telling parts on my car needed to be replaced when they did not. I figured this out after getting a second opinion. Labor rate is outrageous. He marks up parts as well. Tried to charge over $200 for a $40 dollar part. Prays on the ignorance of his customers. Stay away.
