Very disappointed. Not welcoming. I felt they rushed and were sloppy through the whole appointment. Got my gel manicure and they did not put on enough coats, can still see through my nails. Also missed spots on the sides of my nails. The paint doesn’t go all the way down to my cuticles. I will not be returning.

Nina is the best! I have been going there since they opened. It is always clean and my visits are always on time and done with perfection. Nina and team are AMAZING. I highly recommend going here! It is helpful to make an appointment as they do get quite busy.

Nina and her team service the most amazing pedicures! I love the multiple spa options they provide. It is a very clean and beautiful salon. The staff are all professional and dress very nice. I enjoy coming here, and my gel pedicures are always wonderful quality and last a long time.

Nina is the best! I’ve been seeing Nina for years and I’ve always been happy with her work! The studio is well kept and everyone is friendly! I’ll continue to see Nina and give her complex requests (which she always agrees to and does an amazing job!).Very satisfied customer :)

I has my nails done, I asked for another french manicure.. they look awful.. they are too think, the white portion is too thick... I feel like I have toenails on my fingers... I called and I am going back to get them fixed.. I hope they can fix them

I would give 0 star if google has this option. My appointment is 5pm for the gel removal. I came in at 450 and they didn’t take me until 510. They are busy I get that. But the lady came to wrap my nails for softening the gel and then left to do other customers. I sit there for 20 mins until another lady finished her customer to do my gel remove. And she was so rude and harsh. She used the dremel to make my nail short when I request to cut my nails. And did roughly. it rubbed my finger tip TWICE ! it was so hurt and then she finally can bring the nail cutter to cut. I’ll never come back and will not recommended to any of my friends. If they prefer not to care about a $10 gel removal service, why not just remove this service at all?

This is by far THE BEST salon you will find in the area. The staff is always friendly and on time. The quality is amazing, my nails last longer then any other salon I have ever gone to.

I make an appointment with Nina about every 3 weeks for a Dip manicure and am always impressed with how great they look. The whole team is very friendly and professional. I won’t go anywhere else for my nails anymore. I highly recommend Nina and Top Coat.

This is a great nail salon for gel pedicures/manicures or dip nails, I can’t speak to their acrylic work. This is my go to place for pedicures!! I suggest making appointments ahead of time, they can get busy. Extremely clean, professional, nice atmosphere. Massage chairs are new, many pedicure add-on options. Luci is a sweetheart I always see her for pedicures :) It is pricey but they do a good job and it’s always clean. My ONLY complaint is they aren’t able to do most designs, only super simplistic ones, but other than that I love this place!!!

Went this afternoon because it’s in the same plaza as my work and I must say I am not impressed. For the amount of money I paid I expected better. They barely cleaned up my cuticles on my nails and feet. I asked her to cut my nails so they could be somewhat even from having broken nails from previous gel polish on there, looking at them they are uneven and jagged?? Cute. Would not recommend!

Just went here for the first time and I’m obsessed. Been getting my nails done in natick forever but I am officially switching to this fabulous place. Atmosphere is so pretty. Nina did my dip and I think she’s my new best friend!! Gorgeous nails and gorgeous personalities! 10/10 all around. Highly recommend!

Never had a bad experience! Only place I’ve trusted with my eyebrows for a couple years now and more recently with my acrylic nails. Nina always does a STUNNING job and is the kindest person! You will be happy no matter which manicurist does your mani or pedi.

I went to this location as a last minute thing which, they were kind enough to fit me in on a extremely busy day for a basic manicure. It could have been an off day due to the sheer volume of customers but I wasnt impressed. I paid 5 dollars more for the manicure and it was already chipped by dinner a few hours later. The Vento for tipping I thought was a bit sketchy but that is starting to become a thing at nail salons. They have an atm in the salon which made things seem cheap. The decor was nice but they dont have a drying area currently due to covid but other salons in the area do with UV lights. I might give them a shot another time but unlikely.

Thought I’d try a new place. Scheduled and appointment for 12:30. Waited 40 minutes with cold (still) water (talk about bacteria, yuck!) ... when I checked in 2 or 3 times and was told “she” would be right over. I let them know I was leaving... they suggested I come back at 2:30. NOT HANK YOU! I’ll stick to my regular nail place ... do not recommend. They could at least be honest. Total disrespect for someone’s time. I only have 1 star because I had to to post this comment!

Me and my friends came in really decisive, they were super patient. My nails look amazing and they were making conversation. The back feels like a spa and everything is super clean!! Definitely the best place in Hudson.

Got a full-set of acrylics and while the nail tech was very nice, she did a poor job. Each nail was a different shape, and she missed spots with the polish. On the other hand, my friends nails (who had a different nail tech) came out perfect. So it really depends on who you get.

This place is amazing! I have been going here ever since they opened. I personally see Nena (shes amazing) but everyone that works here does a great job. Everyone is so kind, and their manicures and pedicures are perfect! Thanks Top Coat!

Amazing place, and worth the 45 min commute for me! Clean, relaxing atmosphere with large selection of colors to choose from and the staff is friendly. I like to have fun and express myself through my nails, so I always have interesting ideas. Went in wanting an accent nail of cow print since it’s “in” for spring, but also wanted a nail to look like a cows face (born and raised on a cow farm I have a slight obsession with them)...Chloe more than perfected it and was extremely happy with results, was the talk of the salon! They are open minded and honest, and strive to make their customers satisfied. My first time there I had Tom, and he saved my nails after I was at a different salon day before who did a poor job. He made them flawless with all the different colors and glitter ombré. Hands down best place for dip nail color! Thank y’all and look forward to my next visit

SEE UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM:I have been getting my nails done for a very long time, since the 90’s, and this is by far the cleanest place I have been. I go in every other week and I have never been disappointed. The staff is always so nice and they all do a great job!Update: I had been very happy here until recently. Now I feel like they are rushing, not trimming my nails down and not using as much dip product on my nails. My dip is alway breaking and chopping. I may have to start looking for a new salon.

Love this clean and professional nail spa. The collagen pedi is my favorite. Mia and Helen do a great pedi. Cant wait to bring my 2 sisters to Top Coat in February, for an afternoon of relaxation and pampering.

Lovely looking place. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Prices seem pretty good, especially for kids.They dont appear to be terribly accurate with their wait times for walk ins, having come late morning, there were a few other people who were saying they were waiting much longer than they were told.

This place has the worst customer service of any nail salon I’ve ever been to. Don’t bother going without an appointment or they will treat you like a terrible inconvenience. My nails chipped two days after a spa manicure. The products they used for my spa pedicure burned my skin. The polish looked nice on my pedicure and it was clean. This past time I went in when it was slow an hour before closing and the woman said she’d ask if anyone “felt like working” and the girl she asked said she didn’t feel like it. I will never go back or refer anyone.

Ive gotten amazing manicures here, both normal and gel. Everyone working there is very friendly, competent, and accommodating, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend coming here!
