Zero star for this brokerage. Please stay away from this company. Very unprofessional, no communication or false communication. I worked with Julio Leon, he never answer call ones you loaded and if he answer the call, he is very disrespectful and gave false information. Please dont work for them.

Terrible customer service. My company was charged twice for the amount promised for shipping, the second charge being applied directly to my debit card without my consent 180 days after delivery. After multiple emails, calls, and unreturned voice mails I finally received word that they apologize for the inconvenience but are unwilling to rectify the situation. Find someone else who actually cares about small businesses and ethical business practices as your logistics partner--these folks are not trustworthy.
