I brought my car in for an inspection and they found a nail in one of my tires. Instead of trying to sell me new tires they repaired the nail hole at a reasonable price. An honest company to do business with.

I went to Zaks Auto last week for an inspection sticker. I didnt have an appt but was squeezed into their very busy schedule. The gentleman that helped me out and took care of all the details was so kind and truly understanding. I couldnt believe the lovely space for customers to relax in while waiting for their cars to be done. The big screen TV, snacks and drinks were so unexpected. Great facility, great staff. Took me in last minute to help me out. Not only did they do that, they made me feel like their most important customer. While doing their work, they gave me a courtesy inspection which turned up a few things on a recently purchased vehicle that I was unaware of. Modern facility with great waiting area and their tech (text message updates, online inspection reports, etc) was top notch.

Recently I took my Ferrari 458 to have its paint protection film evaluated and replace. Zaks did a great job and only replaced the areas that needed it. They were VERY communicative during the process (calling me when they had even the slightest of issues) and did a fantastic job. I couldnt be more comfortable with anyone doing work on my car (you can literally eat off of the floor in the shop). I would highly recommend to anyone.

I went to Zaks Auto to get my brakes rotors and pads replaced on my 2017 Maserati. I usually take it to the dealership in MA but my neighbor told me about this place in Hudson specialized in performance cars. I went to get an estimate and my first impression (that matters the most!) was awesome. The place is very clean and welcoming. Zak and Jake welcomed me with a big smile and were very professional. I was very apprehensive to drop my car at a place other than a Maserati specialist but they reassured me that they already worked on this brand before and that they were very confident to replace brakes and fluid. Jake gave me a little tour of the workshop and I saw Porsches, Audi R8 etc. being worked on. Jake sent me the estimate the same day and after I agreed, he placed an order to get OEM parts and kept me posted along the way. I love their communication system through texts. I picked up my car after service was done and it feels awesome. They also did an alignment and the car drives amazingly! Special thanks to Jake who’s very knowledgeable and professional! I’ll be back for service! I’m very happy I found a place close by where I can drop my car that I cherish with confidence.

Highly recommend service with Zaks auto! the manager Jake is extremely knowledgeable, hes kind of like a car guru. I swear he contains more information then google does. Zak and Kristen are all around great people! They are reasonable, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to help their customers (regardless of what the vehicle you drive is, or where you come from). If you service here you will 100% be treated like you have been servicing there for years; everybody at Zaks is family to them! The facility is outstanding; the shop is something out of a magazine with a floor so clean you can eat off of it, the lounge area is exceptionally clean and organized, and the sofas are extra comfy! There is a work area where you can set up and get work done while you wait. They also provide an array of refrigerated drinks and snacks for no charge! (The best snack they offer is the cookies from Ayottes!!). The technicians they employ are nothing short of outstanding, they have technicians who specializes in certain areas to always meet the customer/vehicle needs, even extremely complicated ones! You cant beat the level of service you will receive for the price point either. The hourly labor charge is competitive, but still reasonable and the parts are not astronomically marked up. They offer both aftermarket and OEM parts from numerous suppliers. As employers they were always extremely easy to work with/for. 15/10 would recommend giving them a visit

Over priced wanting to charge someone $1400.00 to replace strut labor only!!!There nothing to call you about you wanted to charge me 2.5 hours each side... You quote me over the phone $1400.00 to do the job.. The whole job would of took 2.5 hours If not your in the wrong bussienss... Good luck!

My 2009 Toyota Camry SE was pulling hard to the left, I had gone to several previous shops and none of them could solve the problem. I saw that Zak’s Auto had received 5 star ⭐️ reviews on google reviews. So I decided to bring my car to them to get fixed. Rico, who is the service adviser was very helpful throughout the whole process and showed me around the shop, which is very modern and clean. Their seating area is like sitting in your living room with a big screen TV, free snacks and drinks and phone chargers.Ryan, Tyler and James all worked on my car and did a very nice job, Zak was able to find the main problem which was my front strut bearings and mounts.He worked very hard in taking out my front struts, disassembling them and repositioning the springs strut mounts and bearings. Their pricing is very fair and all of the parts and labor are guaranteed for 24 months 24,000 miles. I am new to the area and this will be my go to shop. All these guys are car enthusiasts and love what they do. So a big thank you to Rico, Zak and your entire crew !!!

When I went in for the apr tune switching to get added onto my car you guys gave me the list of tunes in the wrong order. Confirmed order by APR. I was in a 104 tune thinking I was in 93. Could have damaged my engine. Other than that service was good. And you are all very nice people to work with.

Zaks auto is great. Recently bought a Golf R. Brought it there to get a free inspection. Brought it in to get some maintenance and a Stage 1 tune. I will definitely be coming back. This is my first “performance” car and Jake offered good advice and was very helpful with all my questions. Labor is a little expensive but you get what you pay for. If you have a quality car, you’ll want quality service. 🙂

From what very little employee turnover Ive seen over several years, their culture of excellence and humility permeates the company and clearly transcends any one employee.Mechanics in popular culture are stressful places filled with people trying to rip you off. I have never once for even a second and with any employee felt that anyone was even close to *hinting* at trying to pull one over on me, and they will very happily bring you back and point at the thing on your car that theyre worried about, if there is such a thing.Their priorities are clearly to keep you safe, your car working well, and your experience at classically-stressful places as stress-free as possible. The courtesy inspection they do whenever you bring your car in for most-anything feels very much like an opportunity for them to arm you with information, and nothing more than that, and it is something I very much appreciate about their service.Contrasting this experience with the few times I have been forced to go to my dealer for my newer car the last couple years for warranty service, I *dread* the dealer for their ridiculousness rudeness and general air of underhandedness. Which, when I most recently went to Zaks, they noticed a minor issue that should be covered under my warranty, and explicitly recommended I go to my dealer to get that fixed under warranty! That is quality of service above all else right there.Zaks Auto is amazing, and I highly recommend them!

Zaks took the time to listen to the drivability issues I was having and assured me they had the expertise to diagnose the problem. They were able to find the problem and fix it. I had been to 1 other repair facility and to the local VW dealership twice before going to Zaks. Zaks was recommended to me and I highly recommend Zaks and will not use anyone else for future repairs.

After reading the reviews, I brought my Honda CR-Z here to have it quoted for a repair I was told I needed when getting an inspection from one of the quick/drive-through auto shops. Everyone was very friendly and honest about the state of my car and what did/did-not need to be repaired.

Misguided for engine light issue the first time. Second time, replaced spark plugs with cheap quality autolites and overcharged for the same. I am new to Nashua and also a new car owner. If they knew what they were doing and had some ethics, they could have advised me to go the dealership as this issue was covered under warranty.

Not sure why and what the rant n rave is with so many 5 stars reviews so gave zaks a try, not cheap n probably not the most expensive.at least didnt try to take me for a $$$ ride like getting inspection passed at Firestone mastercare in nashua on main street, would never go to another Firestone, supervisor said my inspection failed n said would cost hundreds of dollars of repairs to pass inspection, went to provision in hudson n had no issues passing inspection.think Ill stay with provision in hudsonvery small shop though does excellent work yet cost effective

Bought a used 2018 Audi RS3 with a factory and extended warranty.Spoke to Rico and Jake about the Pros and Cons of getting APR Plus vs. APR Stage 1 tuning for the ECU. Both were very knowledgeable and provided great guidance on how to best select the correct option for me. I eventually went with APR Plus ECU and TCU tunes, so I could have peace of mind with the factory warranty covered by APR.Dropped off the car around noon and Zaks Auto took great care of the vehicle, while still maintaining social distancing. They wore gloves and minimized their time inside the vehicle, while performing the tunes, as well as tire balancing and a European Alignment.Overall awesome experience and the RS3 is driving great and rock solid from their tire/alignment work and the APR tunes. Made an already great car even more fun to drive.Ill certainly be back for all future maintenance on my RS3, as well as with any cars I buy in the future.

Nice place to wait though a little chilly in winter. Professional staff and work has been done well. They pointed out some work to be done for next time. Had my APR stage 2 done here and if I wanted more power I wouldn’t hesitate to have them upgrade the turbocharger. Will likely use them for the suspension work I am planning. With one strut leaking it is only a matter of time before I can rationalize that expense.

TL;DR. over-billed for labor, charged 3 hours to do an alignment on a new car with no rusted bolts, $358. I will not be going back.Long story: my car is only a few years old and I recently put camber bolts in and did the rear control arms to allow for camber adjustment, so all of the bolts were broken loose and anti-seized for the alignment tech. I had talked to a couple people who were able to get -2.5 of camber with the same setup as me. I typed up a cheat sheet with torque specs, to make the techs life a little easier and the camber specs that I wanted. It should have been an easy 1 hour to 1.5 hour alignment with their John Beam v3400. The tech aligned the rear first to -2.5 then went to the front but could only get -2.0 so he had to go back adjust the rears to suit (which should have been quick because they were so close to being dialed in already). I was stunned when I heard that this took 3 hours and was going to cost me $358, which I found absurd. Im an engineer and a mechanically inclined one at that so I watched a couple videos, seemed simple enough but Ive never used an alignment rack so maybe I was mistaken and had the wrong idea. So I asked a buddy of mine who does alignments and he agreed that 3 hours was absurd especially considering their fancy new alignment rack (the v3400). So I checked the dash cam which was conveniently pointed at the computer screen, so I could see exactly what the tech was doing. The whole process from the initial test drive to the final test drive was 2:23 minutes, meanwhile, the tech was taking his sweet time.A few days later, when I was at the track and was swapping tires, I found that the tech had adjusted the camber bolts incorrectly which is probably why he couldnt get the amount of camber that I requested.

Didnt realize they specialized in high end racing cars. But as a random walk in they were able to fit my everyday car in for a routine check within 24 hours. They informed me of some issues that may arise but werent pushy. Staff was personable and very professional. Waiting area is clean and comfortable.

It was my first time stopping by Zaks for a tire installation. Initial impressions were great, the waiting area was spacious, clean, well stocked with snacks/beverages, and TV was available. The staff were courteous and seemed knowledgeable. Throughout the process nothing was assumed and they checked back with me frequently to ask questions and update me on progress.

Very very very disappointed with their service.... They will charge you for their labor unnecessarily and replace spare parts with low quality material. Would not recommend 🙄

Had a very complex wiring issue due to unknown water damage. It took a lot of trial and error to find the right fix. I visited Zaks Auto for an APR tune on my VW GTI. It was easy to set up an appointment via email. The tune took longer than the initial estimate because of some technical difficulties on their end, but they kept me updated and comfortable in their waiting area. I plan to return for all my service needs.

I own a 2014 Audi A6 and recently moved to Southern NH. I rarely ever use dealerships for my repair needs and was in search of a shop to take care of my car. Zaks is that shop. Not only did they thoroughly diagnose an issue I was having, but recommended other repairs while the car was in the shop. Not a high pressure sales pitch, just a you will hit this problem in 5k miles.... The pricing was well below what a dealer would charge so I agreed and couldnt be happier.More importantly, these guys are car geeks. They love talking about cars and especially possible performance mods. Theyre an APR dealer and I talked with Zak and his guys for a good half hour about performance mods for my car.Great hang, great waiting area, and the cleanest shop Ive ever seen. Windshield fluid was not dispensing, so brought in Tundra. They found and fixed the issue in under 1 hour and it works great again. As always, everybody was very nice, the waiting area has refreshments and tv and is very relaxing. A great experience from a great company.

Outstanding experience at Zak’s Auto. I was in for a APR Plus and TCU tune. The team was great to work with, keeping me in the loop during the process and explaining how each upgrade was coming along. When I am ready to add more capability (right now the Plus tune is great, and all I’m looking for), I’ll be back....

I was afraid I had a leaky brake line as I had put a bottle of DOT4 in but the low brake fluid alarm kept going off. The team @ Zaks found no leaks. They also checked brake rotors and pads. What they found was a loose sensor that they reattached. They saved me a TON of $$$!!!

State Inspection. Notified of a small leak that warranty likely covers, so thorough. Clean family oriented business. And I took advantage of a special Zaks had at an unbeatable price for that service. I did have an 11:30 appointment and was walking out at 12:45. I guess I was surprised that with an appointment, State Inspection took that long to complete, otherwise my rating would have been 5 stars!

Zaks auto is very nice inside. It is also very clean inside as well. The staff are nice and friendly people. The building is huge on the outside of it. They also have a big parking lot around the whole building. They have security cameras inside and outside of the building as well. Zak is the owner of this company and does a great job at what he does. They fix cars, they do oil changes, anything that is wrong with your car bring it here to zaks auto and they will fix it for you.

Did a timely (earlier than scheduled) and thorough trans fluid flush and alignment, definitely coming back. Great shop for performance modifications or maintenance, if you are detail-oriented and ask way too many questions (like I did) they will answer all of them satisfactorily and with great advice. Offer after-hours pickup and dropoff which is very convenient.

Place was very clean and comfortable with plenty of complementary drinks. Service was zero fuss. They were even able to complete my state inspection despite the fact that I forgot to bring my registration - just giving them the VIN was good enough. And the cherry on top was the gas station right outside had the cheapest prices in my area. Definitely coming back!

I had a Milltek exhaust put on my Audi S8+. They more than welcomed me to pop out the shop to watch the process and happily discuss car stuff. Very careful and meticulous. The coolest part though, was when they lowered the car and were ready for the virgin start, the whole shop stopped what they were doing and came over to share the experience. I bought a bad set of tires from tire rack, and tire racks customer service representative refused to believe the tires were bad. Zaks, especially Christina, worked with me and tire rack to remedy the problem...which led to me getting rid of the bad tires, and a new replacement set put on in their place. I was so impressed and pleased with Zak and Christinas help that I will never go anyplace else again to get tires installed. They are both proof that customer service in America is not dead. I give them my highest recommendation.

Found Zaks from recommendations on google and have to agree that they are a great, reliable and trustworthy operation.I had loud road noise and shaking in the front end and had Town Tire do a complete tire rotation, spin balance and alignment. The noise and shaking was even worse. They told me I had to get new ball joints in both front ends.Took it over to Zaks and told them I needed new ball joints. They inspected and said the tires were cupped and needed to be replaced. Something Id think a tire store would have been expert in diagnosing. Luckily I had two in the garage that were in good shape and Zaks changed them out and made sure everything was working.

Amazing experience here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend this place enough for whatever you need. The best experience with a mechanic that I have had.

Zak and his crew have been delivering honest and top notch service to my car for about 6 months. I called Zaks to setup an appointment to have my Audi looked at. Spoke with Kristie and she was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. They were able to get me right in the following day. The mechanic was able to figure out what the problem was and Kristie called me to go over the issue and what the cost would be before they started the repairs. They were able to get it all wrapped up the same day so I was only without a car for that day. The service and staff were great and their prices were very reasonable. I will definitely go back again for service and refer my friends and family.

Rude, no communication. If your not part of the clicky customer base you are not cared about. Muliple calls and emails to get a paid invoice were blatantly ignored. Multiple customers were locked out during regular business hours with no way to pick up their vehicle. One customer was stranded with no ride as they were dropped off and the doors were locked. A mechanic was working and tried to call someone to take care of the problem but no one cared to respond.Save your time and money, go anywhere else. It can’t be worse than this company. Negative 10 stars.

I went there to get an oil change and to fix a broken gas cap which I believed to be the source of a check engine light on the car. They were more expensive than the dealer for the oil change, but I didnt want to go to the dealer for the check engine light at the risk of being pushed to drop lots of money on something I probably wouldnt trust. So tried Zaks. When there, I used a Yelp coupon to save $25. They also price matched the dealer on the oil change which saved me another $25. Finally, without charging me, they checked all the codes from the check engine thing and verified which codes needed addressing and which were faulty (no evidence when checking the engine visually). Did you catch that? They didnt charge me, they just wanted to make sure everything was fine and see if anything really needed attention. Turned out that all was well (with new gas cap). So, I got an oil change, a new gas cap, piece of mind, wonderful and honest service in addition to a great price. If they keep this up, this will be my regular spot for both my cars for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend you try them out.

I bring both my Hondas here and have been for a few years now. They have no problem showing me the damage when they recommend repairs and are priced comparably to other places I have been to. One of my cars was severely damaged in a storm and they let me know my car was no longer recommended to be repaired even though they also said they could more than handle the repair if I wanted to. I really appreciated that and felt like they were trying to help me understand why it was a bad decision instead of pushing me into repairing the car through them. I got a new car and it only goes to Zaks now. They are always kind and the office is always clean, we will absolutely be back!
