We built a new house. When we called the two firms that serviced our area – what a service difference! MiSignal, came out to see what we needed, talked us through a few options in how to wire our home office and kids rooms to ensure their on-line classes would work how we needed. They didn’t just do what we asked, they offered great suggestions and now that we’re moved it, we know they were right. We’re very happy we chose MiSignal.

100% recommend. They install fast, it is cheaper, faster and more reliable than Comcast. I have had for several months and not a single issue or complaint.

When you have an issue, you realize what you’re buying. With the last storm a tree fell and the root system tore up our yard. I didn’t even have to call these guys. They knew our service was down. They called us to apologize for the outage and had someone out later that day. Heck- it wasn’t even their fault – it was our tree. Dan was able to move the connection, and get us back up in very little time. He kept us informed and even helped my husband with some of the limbs that needed to men to haul so we could get our cars out of the driveway. I never write reviews, but with service like this, I feel compelled. Too often companies don’t really care about their customers – I can tell you from firsthand experience. This one does.

It took about a year to get this service – I guess they had to run their own fiber lines? I’ve been happy with their service, I just wish I didn’t have to wait so long to get it.

My movies never hang – I didn’t realize how bad our last provider was. This service is all it claims and more. I wish they didn’t have to dig thru the garden to connect. They were neat, but I guess it’s a more modern line they had to run for high speed service? Otherwise I’d have given 5-stars

Day or night – you speak with a real person. Thank you! I wish every business had the common sense to answer their own phone when a customer called. Josh was great too.

We seem to have sufficient bandwidth to support our whole family. Kids can play video games, husband can stream the game and I can play words with friends while listening to Spotify – before MiSignal we dropped a lot!

Yesterday I had a problem that the cs hotline couldnt resolve on their end so they sent out a tech today. I had the tech out here and he was very thorough and looked at everything and had it fixed with in the hour. Very professional and I was happy with the service.

If you run a business. You can’t afford not to use these guys. Instantly increased speed and productivity.

Xfinity tried to sell me 1200 MPS – but they give you a router that doesn’t handle that speed – what a slimy sales tactic. MiSignal gave me a flat rate – no gimmicks. These guys get it.

I had been a customer for 2 years with Comcast (its not like I had a choice, as service providers have a monopoly over service in each city, and you can only get it from that one provider) and it has been decent at best. Now that our city has allowed MiSignal to come it – it’s like night & day.

MiSignal is the third provider Ive had at this home, and by far has been the most stable. Especially with me having a teenaged gamer in the house.

I feel as though MI Signal is run by college students that started and continue to run the business part time from their dorm room. To be clear, Im not complimenting their entrepreneurial spirit. Their customer service is terrible. If you need support, you better call when the person that can help you is there because if not, youll have to call back, cause they wont take your number to have him call you! And yes, there is apparently only the one guy that can help you. You do always talk to a person, which is refreshing, but theyve not been anymore helpful than an automated computer really. The fiber optic service has been spotty, but when its working its pretty fast. Fortunately the downtime hasnt been long enough in any single duration to force me to switch back to Comcast, yet. Very disappointed with them overall. If I were to do it over, I would wait for this fledgling of a company to figure out what theyre doing before switching my services.

I got so sick of sitting on hold punching numbers to try to reach a real person with Comcast. I swear they design their service so you never can speak with someone after they get the sales. Want a cable company that actually cares if their service works and answers their phone if you have a question – move to MiSignal.

Nothing like being on a call with your boss and your internet keeps dropping – so I dropped Comcast and moved to MiSignal - I haven’t had an issue since.

We have had misignal for over 4 months now and today was the day our dog decided to chew our fiber optic line. I called misignal at 6pm at night on a Saturday yes on a Saturday and the person I spoke with on the phone took all of 3 minutes to find that our cable was cut (dog chewed it). What really blew me away was that they had someone at my house in 33 mins and had me back online in less than an hour of me calling. I left ATT for Comcast and I left Comcast for Misignal. These guys are local and it shows they care about our community and their customers!! I am so beyond happy with their service and more happy about their support!

Spoke with Josh about my business moving to MiSignal. He really knew his stuff and since we switched, we haven’t had any issues at all – something I can’t say about our last service – I have been impressed with everyone we’ve met from MiSignal.

With Comcast I had issues almost every other month. 2 years with MiSignal, I’ve yet to have a problem.

Fantastic service and more than a fair price. They were quick to get me connected and the price can not be beat. I recently had an issue (my own fault) and they were able to accommodate and fix on a Saturday. Couldn’t be happier. Seriously, sign up with them as soon as you can, they cannot be beat.

MiSignals always go the extra mile to cover your stores! We started with one store and now have had them do four other locations. Great service and communication. They treat you like family not just an account. Greg always helps and takes care of us.

Great to have Gig speed in Howell, Their Customer service has been very responsive to a minor issue I had with my router. This is the way to go for great ISP in Howell. Make sure you sign up as soon as they come to your neighborhood so you save even more.

I’ve had an outstanding customer service experience working with MiSignal. Facing a deadline, our campaign made a last-minute request for equipment. A technician from MiSignal traveled nearly two hours to complete an installation after normal business hours. Overall I’ve found this company to be exceptionally reliable and responsive.

They were FAST! Kinda of a panicked situation, but Josh got me situated. Grateful I can get a hold of them at odd times!

I cannot say enough good things. Ive worked with a few of their team so far and every single person has been both professional and REAL! They arent following a script, they genuinely care about the people who they work for, and they are all after the same goal: Great internet.Since getting the service a couple months ago, Ive had consistently better performance than I had with Comcast, both in terms of speed and consistency in ping. Ive not been over charged for data caps that I hit (MiSignal doesnt have em), and I dont worry if I have to play a movie in 4k or downscale it because I might have to pay an extra $50 bucks at the end of the month.The only thing that I found so far different in terms of what I can do is the private addressing that our network uses. The endpoints MiSignal has for their customers use the 192.*.*.* block. This prevents things such as port forwarding for some services, such as games to your personal computers or some remote desktop services. For the bulk of customers this isnt a worry. For everyone else there is generally simple work arounds to accomplish the same goal.Keep up the good work folks!

The service is great, I’m not seeing 1gb down but that’s to be expected with inexpensive home routers. Plugged into their line directly is 1gb. Still really fast though, always at least 300mbps even when it’s slow. They also helped me out with a billing issue very promptly and went above and beyond! Highly recommend.
