Ive probably had 50 oil changes done here in the past 10 years and would likely get 50 more done in the future. But that changes now. We recently went in for service and found no one wearing masks. I asked for their Covid19 mitigation plan and received no answer.Sorry, this response just doesnt cut it. Do you have to call ahead to ask them to use their masks, gloves and disinfectant? And is there a written Mitigation Plan, as required by Michigan Law, and why isnt it posted on their webpage?

Service is excellent. They dont push you to do extra services or replace items. However I rated low because there are synthetic oil change is extremely pricey even more than a dealership

These guys are always friendly and kind. They even told me how to get a discount next time (Wednesday is ladies day)! I dont feel stupid or ripped off, and Im in and out in minutes. I stumbled on it by accident (right time, right place) and now I will hold off on my oil change until i can get here again.

They put the wrong oil into my car and broke my light, then made us pay for them breaking the light. They were rude and didnt seem to know what they were doing. Do not, I repeat DO NOT go here.
