Jeff our Technician was awesome. We even had service with a smile. Jeff was on time and had the problem fixed in a short time. Jeff even shown me how to use our nest thermostat. We just move here in May and had not been able to figure it out. Really it was simple after all thanks to Jeff. He took the time to let me know what he did and even shown me that it was working. Suggest what I could do to help prevent the problem from happening again. Good service is hard to find anymore. I would recommend this company Weathervane and give them 5 plus stars. I will be using Weathervane Heating & cooling for my Heating and cooling needs from now on. Thanks again Jeff for your awesome service at our home and thanks Weathervane for providing us with great service. You all are very much appreciated from my first call to the finish.

Madison was very helpful in setting up the appointment and follow ups. Jeff was fantastic at his work; very professional and could pin point the water leakage and the cause. Very patient to fix the problem. Overall very good experience. I would have given 5/5 if the appointment was set up earlier than 7 days, especially since my basement was flooded and I had to drain bucket of water everyday.

I will never use another company other than Weathervane! On time, fair pricing, great communication with the office and the technicians.The office staff sent invoice statements with a clear and concise outline of the work to be performed. I received a call when the technicians were on their way and follow up to see if I was satisfied.I used them to install a hot water heater, furnace and air conditioner - all at different times. Thats how much I trust and appreciate the service they provide.

My AC went out at an extremely hot time a few weeks ago. Refrigerant was leaking and it was extremely expensive to fill it back up because it was refrigerant that was old and being phased out. The AC unit was 20 years old and it wasnt worth it. I decided to get a new unit and it only took a week. They put some refrigerant in at no extra cost to get me by. Patty (office girl) also got someone out to my place a day earlier than expected and for that I was very grateful. My condo was up to 85 degrees and my dog was panting non stop. They did an outstanding job.

This company really understands the meaning of customer service. They sell Bryant furnaces, and they stick by their customers to make sure that their products perform as expected. They have gone the extra mile for me, and are always there when I need them. They are the best, and I would recommend them for any HVAC projects that you have.

We are extremely happy with Weathervane! Tyler and his team did an amazing job with installing all the new equipment. As a matter of fact if Tyler would have not come and inspected our old Furnace/AC and educated me regarding different products out there, we would have made a huge mistake. I had few vendors come out and give me quotes and inspect our old Furnace/AC and not all of them were forthcoming with accurate information, except Tyler. Also, I had been so sick for so long and I had no idea, why I felt nauseous or why my eyes were severely swollen all the time. Well, Tyler found mold in on of the filters (FYI other vendors did not even bother looking), so now we have all new equipment with the Air purifier and I am healthy. I cannot thank Tyler enough for doing an exceptional job and really caring about Customers. Thank you Tyler for taking care of us!

Weathervane installed a hot water heater for us. The technicians were friendly, efficient and professional. They gave us a veteran’s discount. Our water was turned off for the hot water heater installation, and as a consequence, our cold water bathtub faucet didn’t work afterwards. I called Weathervane the next day and they had someone out within a few hours to fix it on their dime! We’ll always use Weathervane for our HVAC needs!

Purchased a brand new Bryant furnace and central air unit from Weather Vane in 2018. They have been back to repair it at least 3 times. First time, tech said it wasn’t installed right. They came out again today because furnace quit working again. Stated it was a bad pressure valve “but it is under warranty” Wanted to charge me $89 for service call, money to go pick up the part and install it. Charge for paper work and mailing it back to Bryant etc... Total cost 300+ dollars. They said the part cost $390 and I was getting a deal! I called Bryant direct and the part was only $62. Very dishonest people. Difficult to work with. Service technicians leave a lot to be desired. I had another company come out and the total cost was $125! If you have money to throw away, this is the company to call..

I used them for many years as they install and updated my furnace & cooling system as well as the water softener spending close to 20K total. During the past two years something has changed as their service and knowledge for their technicians has turn really bad especially with their pricing as I literally heard our technicians on his phone debating what price they should charge us additionally even since all was under warranty. I would say watch out for them !!!

Tyler came to check on a squealing sound coming from our AC unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was patient explaining everything to me and waited while I called my husband to help make decisions. He seemed to provide fair and reasonable suggestions for our problems. Highly recommend!

We ran into an unexpected failure of our AC unit and called on Wednesday to schedule diagnosis. Thursday morning Tyler arrived and gave us the grim diagnosis but he did so professionally and quickly. He gave us all the information we needed to make a quick and educated decision. He was able to locate a unit for us immediately and have Andy come out same day within the hour. Tyler arrived right before 9 am and by 4pm we had the entire new unit installed and up and running. They were both friendly and helpful throughout the entire experience. Would definitely recommend them!

Weathervane installed my new furnace and I couldn’t be happier, the whole process was made so much easier by them for me being a single mom with two little ones. I wasn’t sure where to even start when my furnace went out and let me say I am so thankful I called them. A wonderful technician came out to take a look, when he discovered my unit was in very bad shape, he then took his time to show me some of the issues he could visibly see and went over my repair options. I decided replacement was in my best interest and he then took care to make sure he went over my options of different models they have available through Bryant and Payne as well as financing options they offer . I chose to go with a Bryant and Am so pleased with how prompt they where on install day . They installers where wonderful and made sure to go over how my new unit worked with me before leaving . They arrived with a smile And took care to ensure my carpet stayed clean . I now have heat in my home and am so happy, I wouldn’t recommend any other company ☺️

I am so thankful for Weathervane Heating and Cooling. I found them through my home warranty company. And although i am not happy with my home warranty company because they dont want to cover antything and have been very hard to work with, I am happy they sent me to Weathervane. So happy with them that i did not go through the warranty company this time We just paid on our own and I am glad we did. There was a leak in my Geo Thermal unit that no one could find, two other companies looked. But Tyler, from Weathervane FOUND it! Like a needle in a haystack and he found it. I am so happy to finally have this fixed. Cannot say enough about your company! Thank you Thank YOU!

The homeowner is afraid voicing his opinion will cause this company to deny him quality service in a very old world union mentality. Since the warranty company uses them its a monopoly of sorts. The old world mentality is that somehow technicians we pay are doing us a favor by doing their job in a timely manner, or in some cases just showing up at all. When we were quoted for a new unit we were a priority, when we only needed a small fill in coolant at 10% the bill we dropped down the list. Watching hundreds of dollars in temperature sensitive products bake in my home office I was anxious to get this done. After a week of waiting for our appointment the tech did not bring refridgerant to the first house call, leaving us to wait until the next day brought him to our area again. Sitting in near 90 degrees indoors we were rescued at last, but was made to feel like I had inconvenienced the tech while working to protect my health and business. Yes I was less than patient on day two sitting in the dark and sweating. I expected that when we asked for a recharge the tech would at least bring the supplies, lets say the warranty company failed to communicate. Loss of pressure and refridgerant is still the first thing to troubleshoot in any a/c system; at least from my experience. As it is basic maintenance for such systems in home, auto, and IT. I have two friends with equipment and refridgerant, but unit is under warranty... So waited 8 days.As an IT professional, I am expected to finish the job or provide a summary and schedule of when the job will be completed. If I showed up without the proper supplies, I would be replaced. The world is changing and so is the way we communicate, so now I can let other customers know that if they have a choice they should take it.

The techs ( Russ & Andrew) did an outstanding job installing my new furnace and hot water tank. They were professional, knowledgeable, took great care in protecting the floors and left the jobsite clean. Given the level of difficulty in sleeving a chimney of a very old home with a roof pitch of 45 degrees, the price of the work was more than reasonable and well-earned. I would highly recommend Weathervane to anyone.

They came out a year ago and fixed my furnace. They told me that I would most likely need to replace it in a year (it is very old!), and they were completely right. It lasted 13 months. So I used them to replace both the furnace and AC unit this month. They did an excellent job. The installers were very polite and also knowledgeable. The owner also came out and explained what they were doing in detail, which was very helpful. I highly recommend them.

I used this company for a number of years and only just recently had an issue due to a misunderstanding from keeping track of events over the last 3years. Im happy to report my concern was resolved by the owner of the company personally and I appreciate it. My only hope that the office manager could have handled the situation better. The technicians working for the company are always professional and courteous.

Office staff was very pleasant but the technician, not so much. Unbeknownst to him, my daughter was in her bedroom in the basement and overheard him calling his supervisor to complain there was nothing wrong and he didn’t know why he was here. Very unprofessional. If you are going to complain about doing your job wait till you get outside at least. I didn’t call my home warranty company about my furnace because I wanted to spend $125 on a needless service call! I called because I thought something was wrong.I also.spoke to him on the phone and he sounded irritated he was called out because nothing was wrong. He said the “furnace was dirty, the filter was dirty and the ducts were dirty.” When just 6 weeks ago I had it serviced by a company I trust! He also tried to talk me in to duct cleaning at $625.

As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was getting into. Luckily Weathervane came to the rescue; they did so much research into options for our home and the furnaces that we had to repair. Install was awesome, and all of our service calls were on time, polite and really thorough. Whenever you call they are polite, prompt, and ready to help. They have customer service down and always were honest about what we needed to fix right away vs. what we could wait on. Anyone in the Howell/Brighton area will not be disappointed as their customer.

We are lucky because we live super close to the Howell location. The few times we have needed them, theyve been great to deal with. The service is fast, the workers are respectful and knowledgeable, and they are responsive. They offer financing in certain situations which is great for families with tight finances. As long as I live in this area, theyll be my HVAC company of choice. I think they have a couple locations so Ill likely be with them a long time.

Called Weathervane today around 5 because my A/C went out, but they were already closed. The voice recording gave me a number, which was a cell phone, to call for emergency after hours service but THE VOICE MAIL HAD NOT BEEN SET UP SO I COULDNT GET ANY AFTER HOURS SERVICE. This is the second time Weathervane has failed to respond when I called for service. Rest assured, next time I need HVAC service, Weathervane will NOT be on the list to call. Not terribly professional. I would, however, recommend them.......as a company to avoid.

I have been using Weathervane for about 3 years now for all my HVAC needs and they always provide excellent service. Recently I had an urgent issue with power shutting off to our pool equipment room and below freezing temperatures. Tyler came out almost immediately and not only diagnosed but also fixed the problem which turned out to not be an HVAC issue. That is correct, he took the time to fix an issue that had nothing to do with the HVAC systems which saved me from haven costly frozen pipes. Thank you Tyler and Weathervane. Job well done!

Used this company thru my home warranty and they were more interested in selling me a new furnace. Told me 7 to 10 days for furnace parts in 9 degrees weather. When I told them I wasnt using them and I wanted the parts they never called back. The technician even tried to sell us the new furnace in 9 degrees weather by telling my wife he was a single father and needed the work. PATHETIC!! Hey weathervane give me a call and an idea when I will get my parts...oh you already sold them???

Would not recommend this company. If you must work with them, as I did due to home warrantly, at least make sure you ask for Tyler. The two technicians who originally came to look at our air conditioning did not give me the infomation I needed to make the best decision moving forward. A leak test was started, but could not be finished becuase I was not informed that we did not have a large enough access. Needless to say, our AC unit is now in worse shape than it was and is completely useless at this time. Tyler was sent to clear out the system two weeks after the original techs and provided me with the information that should have been provided by the first two guys. Terrible Experience.

Weathervane worked on my furnace today. An hour after service the furnace is cycling on and off and the air smells of burnt plastic. They will schedule for tomorrow but will not send someone out tonight without paying the $140 emergency call. I only hope that the burnt plastic smell does not lead to an emergency call to the fire department.
