First time using Accu-Temp as 85 degrees days were coming and the A/C went out. In probably one of the busiest times of the year I received a call back in 5 minutes, a tech at my house in less than 2 hours, and then they were able to find the part and fix everything within the afternoon. The fan on our outdoor unit somehow broke, I reached out to AccuTemp via email at 9pm and with a few back and forth a with pics and models numbers, by 815 I met Bob at the shop and he had my replacement. This is a great company who have now come through TWICE when my family needed them!

Needed replacement of our 25 year old furnace. Bob bid the job answering questions and explaining exactly what would be involved with installation. I got several more quotes before we decided to go with Accu-Temp. They werent the lowest or highest bid but very fairly priced. Tim & Andy installed a Lennox furnace and it looks great! I was told I needed to replace my entire central air unit by another company and was given an estimate by said company. I decided to get another estimate and when I called I spoke with Bob. I found this company online and because they were local and had a 5 star rating, I contacted them to look at my AC unit which was not cooling down my house and the pipe was freezing. They contacted me right away, set an appointment and were out the next day. Eric was very friendly and knowledgable and explained a lot of things to me and we found out that the freon should do the trick as I was not looking to replace my AC this year. He checked everything outside and inside and my AC is back to cooling the house. Thanks Eric for everything. :)

It was 90’s all week and I needed a fan motor. This company was the only company I could find that offered to help. They did not have the part, but Bob wanted to help and offers to try and find a motor that would work just until I could get the correct one. He went out of his way to try and help. I did end up finding the correct part but, from my experience, if I ever need HVAC help I will surly call them first.

We recently had our 30 year old furnace decide to give trumpet concerts with no warning. Bob came out on an emergency run before Thanksgiving and got the motor oiled or greased--whatever magic stuff he uses--and quieted it down, but informed us we needed a new furnace. On Dec. 13 Tim and Andy arrived promptly at 8:30 and by 5 pm were finished. They are courteous, explained everything we needed to know.I highly recommend AccuTemp. The job was done precisely when promised, which even required additional team members to be assigned to the task.The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. We called Accu-Temp on a Sarurday after our furnace started making a strange noise. Bob the owner personally came out and took care of us. The blower motor on our furnace needed to be replaced. I cant say enough about Accu-Temp. Theyve bailed me out in after-hours repairs twice, and both times were extremely fast and very reasonable.Today, we had a birthday party planned for our kids and woke up to the house being in the lower 80s, and the A/C not working. I called the companys after hours number, and Bob called me back within a minute, even though he was on vacation 300 miles north.Within 12 minutes of me calling them, a tech was at my house and within an hour the A/C was back up and running. I never even had to stop all the last minute cleaning, decorating and prepping for the birthday party and everybody was thankful for how crisp and cool the house was on such a hot day.

Accu-Temp replaced my air conditioner, replaced my water heater and installed a humidifier on my furnace(previously replaced by Accu-Temp). All installation is very professionally done, no shortcuts. All piping is plumb and level. All wiring neatly secured. Area of installation completely cleaned and all debris removed from site. Installation crews worked with high degree of professionalism. I called on a Monday morning and even though they said they were super busy today, they told me they would try to get someone out today. The technician came in (and even wore covers over his shoes to keep from getting any dirt on our floors) and quickly diagnosed the issue--the control panel needed to be replaced. They were able to get a new one ordered, delivered, and installed on the same day. I AM VERY IMPRESSED!

My family and I recently moved into a new sub in the area. Our large master bedroom was significantly colder in the winter, compared to the rest of the house and with summer fast approaching, I knew the opposite would hold true as well. We have a newborn and keeping the room(s) at a constant temp is critical to help prevent SIDS and keep our sanity. I contacted Bob (the owner) and he educated about my system. I had them install a 4 zone panel system with modulating bypass port which has been a life saver! We can now sleep comfortably. I would highly recommend this company for any and all HVAC needs.

High marks for customer service! I called them on a very cold Sunday after my furnace went out. I had a good idea what was wrong and Bob was very helpful in confirming my suspicions. He never pressured to have a service technician come out and even offered to make the 45 minute drive to open up his shop so I get the part I needed to fix it! I had it up and running in no time! Cam did a terrific job fixing my furnace on a Friday night during one of the coldest nights of 2017. He arrived around 8:40pm on a Friday night and had heat going again soon after. I really appreciate that type of service on such a cold night and highly recommend Accu-temp for any heating and cooling needs. They really go out of there way to help.

I wish there was an option to give NO stars. I was a new customer to Accu-Temp and I had the tech Bob (Owner) come out to my house. To start I completely understand that this time of the year is a very busy time for the AC industry, but service should NEVER be dropped, or experience shouldnt be overlooked. Bob came out to my home and was very rude to my wife and 3 children. He made it very clear to my wife that she didnt know what she should know about our AC unit and then made it clear that he didn’t want to talk or tell my wife the problem. My wife felt very uncomfortable and called me and I called to Bobs office and reported the concern. The lady that I spoke to was very nice and apologized for his actions. The office then called Bob (Owner/Tech) and notified him of our concern while he was at my house. At this point Bob became very upset and walked off the Job site and said due to you calling into my office and complaining I will not help fix your AC unit and its because you tried getting me in trouble...... Again, this is coming from the OWNER of the business. To end this please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The reviews are high and good, but I believe most are FAKE.Due to this horrible service with Bob Accu-temp we went with another company. The company is BJs heating and cooling. 10000000% better.

Jason explained everything he was doing which I really like. He cleaned up after himself and made sure everything was as good as he found it, better in fact. He made sure that I knew how to make any necessary adjustments if needed. I will definitely be recommending Accu-Temp in the future!
