M&M replaced our old cedar siding with new insulation and Hardy plank and removed the old french doors replacing with sliding glass wall. they were prompt punctual very polite, kept the work area as clean as possible. They were very helpful as our request changed slightly during the process.All in all a great experience

Unfortunately I had the displeasure of dealing with Mike Moncure. Mike came out to bid a job on a “damaged gutter” (see pic of so called damage). The bid he gave was to replace the entire gutter system on that side of the home. I called Mike and asked him if the gutter could be repaired as the functionality of the gutter system was not compromised, the damage was merely a minor cosmetic issue. Very rudely, Mike responded to me with using foul language. He advised me in not such nice words, they are not in the business of gutter repair but only replacing gutters. Understandable, which is why I called to see if they offer repair or only replacement. But I was taken back that someone who was looking to do business would carry themselves so unprofessional, and use foul language while my twin 2 year old daughters sat next to me. He ended the conversation being very short and still having a rude tone, then just hung up on me.I can’t speak on the quality of the labor and or finished job this company does, because they will not be given the opportunity. I hope that the company does not condone that type of behavior towards potential customers. If you do consider using this company I would highly recommend using someone other than Mike. I understand everyone has a bad day now and then but this experience was unacceptable. Mike, if this gets to you.. know that I prayed for you sir.

My chimney had rotted wood trim and several pieces of damaged siding that needed to be replaced. Recently, I had M & M Roofing complete a massive home renovation project for me: windows, doors, siding, painting, roof replacement and gutters. I had vetted no less than 14 different contractors, thinking I would have separate companies complete varying parts of the project. M & M Roofing was fabulous. They replaced all of our existing soffits, wood trim, put up new siding, painted and put up new gutters. Lumberton, Texas: From beginning to end, Steve Pike made this a smooth process. He assisted me in working with my insurance company and the field adjustor. He clearly explained my options. The installation team worked incredible hard every day, arriving by 7:30 am and departing no earlier than 8 pm. They cleaned up as they went and did a thorough clean up before departing. Great - Juan was the project manager, and immediately identified that my roof needed more ventilation (it was an older design with no soffit vents). Im an engineer, so we researched a bunch of products and came up with a great solution that the crew was experienced with. I also decided to do a partial metal roof over a patio, and that came out great. I got other bids for the same work and M&M came in at least 10% less expensive and did great work. Ive found maybe 10 nails in my yard, and its been 2 months since they did the work.

Had a leak coming into the garage from the terrace culverts above and M&M did a great job redoing the poor sealing job that the builders left behind. My rep, Juan, was very responsive and informative about the work they provided. The gentlemen that did the job were also very polite and on time. I highly recommend these folks!

I really hoped we would have a good experience with M & M Roofing. I initially liked the general contractor/supervisor who was very responsive when quoting the job. This is the reason we chose them out of our three bids even though their bid was the highest. Unfortunately, there was very little oversight once the job started and we were constantly having to stop the workers as they were making mistakes (some big and some small) which would have to be ripped out if we let them continue. This made the work drag on and on, and it eventually became contentious. It was a very frustrating experience to say the least. We eventually asked M & M to leave and had another company come in to finish the job and redo the front door installation which was not plumb (M & M told us the door was defective and this was the reason it was not hanging straight, but when we hired a new door installer we learned there was nothing wrong with the door it just had not been installed correctly). M & M might be fine for roofing, but I would never use them for doors, windows or anything that requires craftsmanship.

I had a roof top deck on the 3rd floor of my townhouse that leaked for years. I had other contractors out to fix it and they could only do bad patch jobs. I finally decided to go with a real roofing company to fix this problem, so I contact M&M Roofing. They were responsive, efficient, courteous, and reasonably priced. The redid the entire roof properly and it looked great. A couple weeks later after a big rain, the leak showed up again. I called M&M back and told them about it. Without hesitation, they came back out and spent the day performing water tests to try to identify where the water was coming from. They finally figured it out and sealed it. We have had some pretty big rains since and havent had any issues. If you want the job done right and to know you will be taken care of - call M&M Roofing.

We had M&M replace our roof and gutters about five years ago along with a complete paint job and minor wood repair and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Recently we had a leak in our master bath so we called out a plumber who determined it was caused by condensation in our dryer vent and he suggested we get a roofer to check it out. I called M&M and Nathan came out to see what he could do to help. Nathan not only got on the roof to run a snake to remove the clog he crawled through the attic to replace a completely clogged joint to restore the air flow. This may not sound like a big deal but this little project was a lot more complicated than I can describe. It took two days to complete in a very cramped and hard to get to space. Nathan went above and beyond what was expected and was a real pleasure to work with! Nathan and M&M are by far the most professional and reliable company I have ever done business with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and value!

Excellent service with the lowest price of the quotes we received. Chris Manson was great to work with and kept us updated through every step of the process. They even added a dryer vent I forgot about without an extra charge. The crew arrived promptly and didnt leave a spec of debris when they were done. M & M Roofing, siding & windows replaced the builders’ grade pressed paper with James Hardie siding. It was painted and sealed. They added 6” gutters with leaf blaster plus screens. The crew that did the Hardie siding did a beautiful job. They were meticulous in their installation and cleanup. The painters that came in behind the siding crew did a wonderful job. There were no overruns and they matched our colors exactly. The gutter crew came in after the roof was replaced and were finished in a few hours. Gutters look great and were put in professionally. All crews did a great job cleaning up. Mike recommended two other craftsmen to replace the chimney cap and tile on the front porch. Both jobs were done very professionally and were reasonably priced. Crystal was very professional and knowledgeable about the work to be done. She did a very detailed inspection and gave me a detailed quote to go by. The work was scheduled and done on time. Ive used M&M roofing for my home twice now in 24 years. They installed my last roof back in 1996 and never had a leak. The new roof was put on in November of 2020 and I expect it to last just as long. They offer professional service at an affordable price and do a great clean up afterwards.

No responses. Their rep showed up in first time, and he said he has rush, so he needs to leave, but he told us, he will come back for measurements to give us a quote, never showed up afterwards. After calling them three or four times, they said I have been scheduled, however no one call or come.

They accidentally hit my copper line that fed the A/C unit and the Condo where they were installing a new roof. I called Michael and he immediately came over to look at it and paid for the damages. Amazingly he did not argue or try to get out of being responsible for the damages and that means a lot when it comes to contractors! Thanks M&M Roofing, I will always remember how professional they are!

11 years ago, this company replaced my roof, it had a 10 year limited warranty. With one month remaining on that warranty, I had a few (minor) issues. I called, and within two days, M&M had someone out to quickly address those issues, no problem. With that in mind, I also called them recently when I had siding and window trim that needed replacing. Although I was by now already positively biased towards them, their quote also came in lower than others I received, a bonus. The siding was in a tricky location, nevertheless, the job was excellent, and completed in a timely fashion.Once again, I highly recommend M&M roofing and siding.

M&M replaced and painted new fascia & soffit, installed new gutters and a new roof. M&M replaced our existing fascia & soffit with James Hardie. It was sealed and painted. The painters that came in behind after the Hardie was installed did a wonderful job. They also did an excellent job when the time came to replace our existing roof. The gutter crew came in after the roof was replaced and were finished in a few hours. Gutters look great and were put in professionally. Throughout the process we were assisted by Mike Moncure. He is very knowledgeable, honest and was very helpful throughout the whole process. The work crews were also professional and finished the jobs very quickly. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and left looking great. Luckily I was referred to M&M roofing from a coworker and glad that I chose them to do all of this work at my home. I highly recommend Mike Moncure and M&M Roofing Siding & Windows.

We had a leak in our home office that had been driving us crazy for months. Within one afternoon, Juan had the problem fixed. He was extremely professional and did not try to oversell us or misrepresent. He checked the leak inside first; then outside on the roof. After he took care of the problematic area, he also checked the entire roof to ensure no other leak areas. He sent his crew right before the heavy rain, and also followed up with a call afterwards. I am pleased with the service they provided.

Superb experience. Contacted 6 roofing companies, a couple gave a good quote, and one was happy to work on a 3 story town home. Chris came to the house to evaluate and quote, and was super friendly and entertaining. I had a lot of questions, and needed to understand warranties and material specs, and Chris kept his patience! The company has a relationship with the material company and has to keep documentation stating that they install the material to standards, and the documentation is on the website. M&M Roofing was top notch! I needed some minor repairs to siding and trim on my home following a home inspection while selling our house and Juan Noyola, Project Manager, was great throughout the process. He walked around the house with me spotting the areas the inspector had issues with (though the inspection report was vague) and even pointed out some other areas of trim not noted in the report.Prior to contacting M&M I had a local remodeling company out addressing the repairs, but with only ~50% of the work done the contractor ghosted on me and never returned. Alfredo with M&M was very punctual and efficient as he worked. He even fixed some things the other contractor had done poorly. I even discovered the other contractor had left a section of siding off of the back side of the chimney (invisible unless on the roof) and Alfredo/M&M corrected this for me before all the rain came this week. Absolutely recommend if you need siding, roofing, windows etc.!

The work went very well. We quickly negotiated a competitive bid that was consistent with what the insurance adjuster estimated as the likely cost. Sufficient supplemental information was provided by M&M to support a quick review and approval of the HOA Application. The work was promptly started on time and completed on schedule. The Site was well maintained during construction and clean-up following construction was as promised.

It is 8-2-2019 and the original leak is still not repaired. The other 4 leaks were repaired but this one persists. It has been over six months since a repair crew came out and attempted a repair which did not work and caused more additional damage to our home. We got a call about the first of the year from Mr. Douglas Moncure, Owner/President andCustomer Contact, who began to go over the amount of money the company has spent attempting to repair the leak which they warrantied and were paid to repair originally. When we had to put a new deck on due to the damage caused to original deck while looking for leak, we added the original leak repair into that contract in order to get it completed. We have been told by company representative that they feel as though we are holding the deck payment hostage since we refuse to pay them until the entire work contract is completed including the leak repair. This company has an A+ rating everywhere but we do not feel like this is warranted in our case. We would like to be one of there A+ customers and hope they will do what is needed to fix this warranted repair!12-12-2018Warranty repairs not complete for four years. After new steal roof and complete house siding the house leaked inside where it should not. After four years and multiple crews(sub-contracted by M & M Roofing and Siding)the leaks persists. One repair crew cut our new expensive metal roof, another spread caulking all over the new roof, siding and decking.M & M roof came out and painted a composite material onto of the leaking roof, did siding repairs, took off aluminum siding we originally paid them to put on and still the leaking persist. We also had to put a new deck on our third floor as they cut it up, pulled it up and smeared caulking all over it so that it was not salvageable. After five years we want to believe they will fix it but we do not believe they are motivated to do so now!M&M Roofing got there very vest contractor to come out and evaluate the multiple leak issues 4/2018. They were professional and found what they believe are the causes of the leaks after doing water testing and then made the repairs. Since it has not rained hard enough to test the leak areas we can not be sure it has resolved the leaks.The leak repairs done after the 4/2018 evaluation did not work entirely. Out of four leaks one persists. We contacted M&M Roofing & Siding and let them know about the remaining leak. It is now January 2019 and this is the reply we just got from Mike the M&M representative.KEEP IN MIND THEY WERE HIRED TO REPAIR EVERYTHING Externaly THAT LEAKED!Perhaps it is beyond our ability but, I havent given up. You do realize that the most recent repairs that we did were not in the original scope of work? And, as Ive said before, sometimes its a process of elimination. I just wonder how many of the things that we have done which werent in the original scope needed to be done? We have spent a lot of money in trying to get this figured out. Well beyond the profit from the original jobs that we did. The payment for the deck on the 3rd level that we installed should not be held ransom because of this leak which most likely when finally resolved will not be a part of the original work. If you have any ideas I am all ears! If you want someone else to pick up the ball from here, write me a check for the deck.Needless to say the work is not beyond the scope of original job as they were hired to fix leak and repair damage. After we paid them in full we reported the leaks and have been waiting for them to fix them for five years. The check for over $5k was to have a new deck put onto 3rd floor and fix the ongoing leaks from original contract. Originaly we did not need a new deck on the third floor but after M&M Roofing & Siding cut, ripped it up, put caulking all over it attempting to fix the leak we did. At the time of agreeing to a new third floor deck, M&M Roofing assured us the leak would be resolved after new deck installed. It is not 1/10.2019.

This is the 2nd time we have used them 1st time was for a couple gutters and the 2nd time they installed 6” gutters in place of our 4” just because of the rain we get. They worked awesome. We will be using them again for siding.

M&M replaced and painted siding, fascia, soffit, and also installed gutters and a new roof. The work was completely as quickly as weather allowed. The crews were all very professional and did fantastic work. Travis Diekmann was a first-rate project manager. M&M fulfilled the contract and then some! Be aware that, aside from exchanging contracts via e-mail, communications are most efficient via text message. Highly recommended.

M&M replaced my roof in 2016, and did an amazing job. I would definitely suggest to anyone to use them for their home improvements. Rick Shelton with M&M Roofing, Siding & Windows installed our GAF Timberline High Definition Shingled roof in the Spring Branch area after the May hailstorm. The roof looks great and my wife made the comment that of all the contractors we have used over the years, the M&M guys seemed genuinely happy with their work. Great job.

Once everyone was finally here and the work was completed, it went well, but getting to that point was a complete struggle. Every step of the way I needed to contact my project manager to push her along the process, even getting the quote. I explained my concerns to her, and while she promised to change her communication and assured me it was a one-time thing, the lack of communication continued all the way through the end of the job. We will never use them again.

We replaced our roof and gutters this past November. All around EXCELLENT experience which cannot be often said when having work done at your house.

The crew examined details of the roof and recommended not using stormguard on the side wall. They consulted me about this change from the proposal/cost estimate and only put in flashing. The crew did a good job not performing tasks they deemed as extra. They are honest and practical.

I used M&M to replace my roof, and I can honestly say that we are very pleased with their work. Juan Noyola was very helpful and informative. He made the process so easy and stress free. The professionalism and courtesy they showed to our family was very impressive. Safety was also a big plus, they made sure everything was clean and picked up at the end of the day (nails, shingles, and other debris). Have a high quality of service. They say that they use the same people, & its true according to my experience. The people who actually worked on our roof are very professional, they know what they are doing, they can even explain or answer your questions. The manager is in constant communication & follow up right after the work is done.All shingles are hand nail unlike most of other companies, they use power drill. They are quick & efficient. The products that they use are highest quality.Aside from all of this, the price is also great.

M&M Roofing replaced my windows and some siding and fascia on the front of my house. Chris Traweek is a pleasure to talk to, very personable, patient, and professional. The window price was the least expensive of several window installers I received quotes from; especially for the quality of the windows. Chris also gave me a very good price on the siding and fascia and the quality of work was great. Ron was the installer of the windows; he and his son did a phenomenal job. I give these people a 5-star because they earned it ... and I am a very tough judge.
