Best customer service. Screens were measured and fit perfectly. Look wonderful and by far there best prices anywhere. Would recommend and will use their services again if needed. Their location moved to tomball, which hadnt been updated by Google maps

We are so thankful for the Texas Window Services team and their expert help in replacing a shattered window. I called! They listened. They came to give an estimate and 3 hours later, it was done. Ishmael was the technician who came and did a maticulous job. I was so impressed with his skill. Great job well done.

Very happy with the service so far! Had a double panel window replaced after it was broken in the morning. Had to call our builder to see whom supplied that glass since it was under warranty for the materials due to the double panel gas windows. That company then referred us to this company that does repairs and they will continue to honor the warranty for any issues as long as we used them. Called them on their phone and Roxxi was fortunately in the area and able to drop by and measure and luckily they had the items at thier location to create a replacement. The entire window was broken and during summer heat of course, a/c going out but thankfully had some shades to help block some heat getting in and with our window only facing morning sun and not afternoon. Roxxi was able to have technicians come out that evening to replace the window pane and they also cleaned up and removed all the glass/shards/etc which was great!! was not looking forward to cleaning it but happily surprised they had their equipment etc. Was a two man team that came. One worked to remove the window /and replace it (didnt know the window piece could be removed ) and the other one cleaned and removed the danger. They were done in and out. Professional truck, attire, appearance and service. Very happy and fortunate that it was able to be done in a day. I know whom to refer to and will go back for any glass repair/replacement as well. They also are doing my screen replacement as well.

I called to have them look at the glazing bead around all of our windows because most of it has yellowed and cracked and completely fallen off in some parts but we dont need new windows yet. I also have a severely cracked bedroom window that needs to be replaced. The lady I spoke with said the glazing bead work is very time consuming and they typically dont like to do whole-house replacements because they only have one guy that does it and that the glazing strips are around $10/piece. Completely unprofessional.A tech came out August 3rd. Its August 21st and havent heard anything from them nor am I expecting to. Very disappointing considering the good reviews on Angies List.
