I have gone to HSS a number of times over the past 1.5-2 years and I was happy with the results when I was able to see Darlena. However, I was canceled on 3 times with less than 24hrs notice, and had to go back online and schedule myself weeks later for when she had availability again - no offer to fit me in asap any of the 3 times. The last time (January appointment, made WEEKS ahead of time) I asked for a refund of my pre-paid package so I could find another, more reliable provider, I was told there was a no - refund policy. To be canceled on 3 times, even for valid reasons, and then told you cant have your money back is ridiculous. Clients should not be affected by personal problems. I have disputed this charge with my credit card company as services purchased in NOVEMBER HAVE NOT been provided.
