Kennedy was amazing! She is not only one of the best waxing professionals I’ve had but very knowledgeable and helpful when it come to care between sessions. Front staff was also very kind, welcoming and made sure I was taken care of. Would 10/10 recommend coming here for your next waxing appointment!

I got a Brazilian and butt wax from Kennedy and let me tell you it wont be my last! She was very professional and efficient. GOT EVERY HAIR! She was not rushed but did an amazing job quickly! She even helped me get products that have been so helpful. I was nervous for my first wax especially being a plus size girl, but there was nothing to worry about. I will be back to see Kennedy and the amazing EWC Galleria family.

I love European Wax Center. Everyone is very nice. What makes them special compare with other places is consistency. I always get a very good service. Today I got my wax from Susan at Galleria. From now on, I will always ask for her. Susan has a great communication and talks to you during the treatment. I love her personality. It is always nice to have a small talk with your esthetician to distract you from pain. She did a very great job taking off even small little hairs in my body and also recommending a good exfoliating cream which I am very excited to use.Thanks Susan for making my experience enjoyable. I have been to this location several times over the years and have had inconsistent experiences. Sometimes the service is great with attention to detail and friendly technicians, other times its rushed with mediocre results. I dont leave reviews often, but due to my recent particularly bad appointment at this location, I feel compelled to share my experience. I scheduled a brow wax for a weekday at 5:30 PM, shortly after I got off from work. When I arrived, the ladies at the front desk were very sweet and attentive. I was taken back to the room within a couple of minutes when the waxing specialist scoffed because I was wearing makeup (again, I had just come from work in an office setting). While she was cleaning my brows, I was scolded for wearing makeup and instructed to come pre-cleansed next time [I] have a facial service performed. Although I am aware it is not ideal to have makeup on for a facial wax service, it has never seemed to be an issue any other time in the 15+ years I have been getting brow waxes, especially since European Wax Center has makeup remover for just that situation. Likewise, it was very uncomfortable to be lectured by the wax specialist simply because she seemed to feel inconvenienced. The appointment continued with zero conversation while the specialist very quickly waxed my brows without any consultation about how I would like them shaped, etc. It seemed she was also opposed to tweezing any hairs if she could avoid it, as she continued waxing over the same places again and again. In the end, the shape of my brows was nice, but she had made them much thinner than I would have preferred. The appointment lasted about 5-6 minutes in total - so fast, in fact, that the ladies in the front made a comment about how quickly I was finished. After I left, I noticed a strong stinging sensation underneath my brows, particularly the left one. When I got home, I looked in the mirror, only to realize the skin underneath my brows had been damaged pretty badly. I have included a photo of the initial damage to my skin (with eye makeup), as well as a photo from 3 days later. It has been 12 days since my appointment and my skin has still not completely healed. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location ever again.

Gabby was the absolute best! Ive had a lot of different waxers and she was by far my favorite. I dont know how she does it, but the waxes seriously hurt less with her. Highly recommend Gabby!

I love this location but please book with ROBIN or prior to booking, do yourself a favor and ask for an experienced waxer! I never experienced anything but good until a beginner waxer waxed me. She took soooooo long and made the experience more worse than what it already is. I do not want to say any names but please only book with an experienced waxer ladies!

I booked last min last night online for today. Surprisingly an opening was available for Robin who I had previously seen great reviews on. I arrived and Danielle greeted and checked me in. Edited to add: Manager called me and told me that they are giving me a free wax next time I come in and the waxer is going to do more continuing education classes.I should have known not to go here when they had appointments open all day. Unfortunately I did not get the waxers name but when I first got there she began trimming my eyebrow hair. She then poked me with the scissors. Fine whatever. But then she said she just got her nails done so she was unable to pull the wax off. Then she accidentally got wax in the middle of my eyebrow. Luckily she got it out without pulling all of my hair out. Then she gave me the mirror and asked me what hairs I wanted tweezed. I’m sorry, but isn’t that your job? I don’t do my eyebrows at home because I am not good at telling which hairs to pluck so therefore I go to a place that does it for me. But clearly she didn’t know either. I walked out of there looking like my eyebrows weren’t even done. Ulta is so much better and I will be going back to them.

Been coming to this location off and on for years. I used to see Madison, but she is gone. I called today and spoke to a Sydney who had the worst attitude and treated me as if she was doing me a favor. I hope the nasty behavior stops with Sydney. I will update after my appointment.

Either I didnt explain myself correctly or was misunderstood, but I left here wanting to cry and for $21 for an eyebrow wax. I hadnt gotten them done in a while and I specifically told the technician I wanted them thin. For as far as Ive ever done my eyebrows I would always say thin and I guess she thought i meant small because when she finished one of the eyebrows, and I looked in the mirror I was in disbelief in how tiny it was and of course I couldnt leave with just one eyebrow like that so I allowed her to finish. I really was looking forward to this as it was my first time here, but I will not be returning. Im so sad and upset. Maybe I shouldve been extra specific when she asked me how I wanted them, but of course I am no expert in eyebrow words lingo so I just said thin which in previous places was understood as the whole eyebrow being thin and not small like the way mines look right now. I dont understand why I always have bad luck everywhere. PS. Im crying right now.Three stars because the technician was at least courteous and apologetic.

This place doesn’t deserve 1 star. Extremely unprofessional !!! Starting with the front desk. I can’t believe the lack of customer service or professionalism . I’m in the hospitality business so I’m big on customer service. I was going to submit a letter to corporate but at this point if they thought it was smart to hire the people they hired. My letter wouldn’t get that far ! Being that this location is in the galleria you would think the level of service would be at 10. I’ve visited multi Ewc locations this one is extremely ghetto ! Avoid at all cost. Better yet just call the front desk and listen to the enthusiasm in their voices. ( sarcasm ) ! Don’t waste your time.

Ive been getting Brazilians for over 2 years and the technician said I was dry and I should hurry home and put Neosporin on my inner areas... I have only had this happen once and it wasnt as bad as this time. It took a week for it to full heal and I was in so much pain the next day. The fact that she tried to say it was my fault because I dont moisturize was highly unprofessional, not to mention she left so many hairs.. try a different location!

I honestly came to this location based solely off reviews. When I called to schedule an appointment, the lady was rude. When it was actually time for my appointment I showed up 45 mins early in which I knew I would have to wait until the exact time of my appointment to actually be seen, which was no big deal to me. Well when I walked in I had to fill out a paper and I was confused on how to answer the questions, so I proceeded to ask the lady on the left should I initial next to the questions or no and the lady on the right burst out with an attitude, who I immediately recognized the voice from when I booked, to just check anything that pertained to me but with an attitude. So I walk up to the desk and handed the lady to the left my paper, purposely not trying to acknowledge miss rude lady to the right. Lady to the left asked me my name and after I Repeated it, lady to the right proceeded, with her funky attitude, to tell me that my appointment wasn’t for another 45 mins. I told her not to talk to me at that point and acknowledged that I knew it was her on the phone who I booked with. Basically the lady on the right is RUDE and obnoxious. So at that point I decided to go sit in the car until my appointment. I went in for my appt when it was time and was disappointed. The waxer was rushing. The wax stuck to me so bad she had to literally dig her nails in me every time she pulled the strip up. To make it worse, she didn’t get everything . I won’t be returning . Especially to this location.

My experience was beyond exceptional!! I was booked with Karmen as she was in training with Robin. Guys when I say Karmen had such a great personality which helped take my thoughts off thinking yikes this is going to be painful. Both Karen & Robin made sure to keep me feeling at ease since it had been very long time since I had waxed. Karmen was not afraid to precisely check and get every piece of hair!! Lol I can definitely say Robin-Esthetician who was in assisting with Karems training process did an amazing job! Considering it had been a longggg time for me I had no pain during the session or after! In the past I had my skin torn. So from now on Robin and Karem are my ladies!!!I walked out strutting like a brand new woman💃🙌Ill make the drive from Missouri City any day just to go to only them .

I love this place! I have always had wonderful experiences. The receptionist, Safurat, is such a sweet heart. She should definitely get promoted ASAP! And the young lady that did my wax, Endya, was so gentle and kind. All the waxers are great! Its worth every penny.

I have been getting waxed here for about 3 years now, always a great experience. Today Maddison did my brazilian wax and by far one of the best wax i have had in a long time!! So quick & literally got every last hair off. Will be using her in the Future !

Robin was amazing. She was very professional & efficient. She explained everything she was doing & why it was more beneficial doing it this way than the way my previous waxers had done it. Normally, when I would get my underarms waxed I would be sore for at least 3-4 days afterwards every time. After Robin did my wax, I was pain free. I have been going to EWC (many locations) for years & had a good experience with waxers but Robin made my experience even better. She is 10/10, definitely recommend.

Ive found my favorite wax center in Houston! European Wax Center in the Galleria is the go to place for brows. Ive tried several Houston spas for perfect brows & Im not letting go of my favorite person- Alia. Shes passionate about what she does and will go the extra mile to see to it that its perfect.

I will no longer go to this location. I called to let them know I was at the light near the location but there were protesters holding up traffic near the Galleria. The receptionist Perseka assured me it was fine. When I arrived two minutes late she said I couldnt be seen. The lady that does my waxes was outside on her phone. I went back and forth with the receptionist for about 7mins before she finally called her manager like I asked. I then I waited to see if her next appointment would cancel. About 11or 12 minutes later the next appointment showed up. It takes 15mins at the most for a waxing I waited 18mins before the next appointment showed up! I insisted on waiting to see if someone would miss their appointment which the receptionist was not happy about and very nasty. When someone missed a time at 1:15, I remind the receptionist who was very rude and had a smug smile on her face that accompanied a sarcastic attitude, stating Yes they missed so I can put you in at 1:30. Which she did. As I waited a man, (Steve) came for a different wax lady, but with the same situation a I had he was only a minute late because of the protesting near the location. He was given the same sarcasm. Oh, I will not be coming back to this location again.

I am not a fan...let me explain. I know this place is well-known and has a decent reputation. Its ok priced but there any many other places that do a better job. Ive recently started to go to other waxing places but I just felt like EWC was too painful, I, personally, am not a fan of hard wax. The waxers are average. I never felt completely comfortable with them.
