Izzy and Augustine were awesome from the time I contacted this company till now during the remodeling of my guest room. I went through other companies but none compare to PuroClean. They were able to accommodate with my tight work schedule and cleaned up the water damage I got in my home from a pipe bursting. My guest room is still currently under construction, but so far Im loving the results! I would definitely recommend PuroClean if youre searching in the area!

Broken water heater flooded my 2,700 sq ft home.Augustine talks a good game none of it is true. They worked one day a week for 2 1/2 months and demo is still unfinished. At the onset “demo will take 11 days” and that’s true but they only work one day a week and in the meantime leave you hanging to pursue other jobs! Myriad excuses but the most used is “takes a week to get a new dumpster”. There were times one man worked alone.Augustine flat outlied to the insurance company and my public adjuster saying demo was complete three weeks ago. Finally had to fire him Friday and hire someone to finish the mess he left. Wet insulation still in place, furniture still in the house, 3 disconnected toilets still there and nails all over the floor. Stairs that sustained the greatest water damage are still not removed over 2 months later. There is Sheetrock in my garden beds and all over the lawn. Zero supervision and pays the actual workers (who are very nice) a pittance and keeps them hopping from new job yo new job never finishing. I could go on and on.My neighbors were furious when full dumpsters spent week after week in the driveway. I had several warnings from HOA regarding abandoned dumpsters and Sheetrock everywhere.If you want a smooth talker who will leave you in the lurch while promising the moon, Augustine is your guy. They start out great for the first few days so you are fooled. Then because he’s so nice you believe the excuses.People please, please heed my advise and go elsewhere and I mean ANYWHERE besides Puroclean of West Houston.Feel free to message me for photos of 64 days of demolition.These were taken yesterday, 3 weeks after he asked the insurance company for payment for a completed demolition. And by the way, after I gave him three days to finish before I hired someone else. This was his best result apparently.

Our air conditioner over flow pan in the attic overflowed and we did not see it for days. The ceiling was damaged and the wood flooring was drenched. They were here very quickly.Joshua was so very professional, polite and friendly. He was able to clear out the water and cut all the ceiling that was damaged. Joshua set up many dryers in the attic and the floor. He cleaned the mess up so well. He also covered everything in the room so it would not get the ceiling dust on them. Joshua came back for several days to move the fans around and spray an anti-mold all around again. This company did a great job.

Augustine responded quickly to my dilemma and helped remove some unwanted items from my place. He made me feel very comfortable with a somewhat embarrassing situation without feeling judged or ashamed. He came the next day and did a perfect job in a timely manner and listened to my concerns. I would definitely recommend him for any tough job you have and trust his work. He actually made this experience a pleasant one. Very nice and professional!!! Couldn’t have been happier with the service he provided.

We contacted Puroclean of WH during the freeze storm and they were able to add us to their wait list. They came to our house within few days(which is great given the circumstances).The good things about these guys that they try hard to work with the customer even that dealing with the insurance can be very challenging and restrictive. Which was the case for me. My insurance kept trying to limit the remediation budget but Augustine stayed on top of it.My advice if you’re planning to hire them(or any other remediation company) talk to them about the scope of work, and what your insurance allows you to do. This helps to understand the process, keep in mind that this is a remediation company, so they can only remediate what has been damaged(with the insurance approval).I’m Giving them 5 stars for the responsiveness and the communication!

Joshua & Izzy did a great job remediating damage done to my next door neighbors townhouse after it flooded. My unit (downstairs) was, also, affected, so the guys worked tirelessly on both at the same time. My neighbor, an 86 y.o. disabled and hearing impaired senior, was thoughtfully accommodated during the process. I really appreciate the work done by the guys and would recommend them

Augustine was very punctual, he communicated with the insurance and gained their approval as the work progressed. He met the deadline for the demo, remediation, and rebuild. He was able to document all the work so the insurance could approve it. He answered our text messages late at night and worked around our schedule. I will recommend them and reuse them for sure. These guys are awesome! I flooded during the February freeze, had 4 pipes bust in my house. They came right out and cleaned up and took all the wet sheetrock and insulation out. They brought fans and dehumidifiers and put them all over to dry the house out. They called me everyday with updates (they took moisture readings everyday). Oh yeah, if they tell you to take it out then let them take it out! Would highly recommend them! Thanks again guys!

I recently used PuroClean for a water damage cleanup. It isnt the easiest process to go through, however they were very understanding and accommodating. The biggest hurdle was getting the insurance approvals, as I asked them to make sure that everything will be covered by my insurance.

Excellent Service from Izzy, Augustine and Carlos! They are incredibly thorough and professional. We were looking for a one stop shop kind of business for a mold issue in our primary shower and received even more than we expected! The prices were fair for work rendered and we didnt have to worry about haggling or feeling cheated. Their crew completed our repair in one day (we loved the work so much that we then hired them for something additional in the home and that only took an afternoon the next day) Every single person that came into our home was professional, knowledgeable and on time. One aspect that I truly appreciated is that Carlos knew that I was working from home that day and gave me a heads up on noise prior to being on my calls. I loved his consideration while still doing such a great job on the repairs. Highly recommend and would most certainly use them again!
