David came to our house after we called for help with smell coming from our AC units and did a thorough inspection of the units for mold/mildew. He also discovered that our AC units werent sealed properly and condensation developed near the seals which is the source for the mildew. The crew came 3 days later and did a fantastic job of cleaning and resealed my unit. They were neat and clean up afterwards. Overall very pleasant to work with.

David arrived at my house as scheduled, provided detailed pictures of extensive mold growth and dirt in my vents and gave a detailed estimate and plan for treatment. Due to time constraints on my end, we were able to schedule the necessary treatment over 2 appointments. Once the treatment was completed, David showed me after pictures to show the effectiveness of his work. He also kindly replaced the air filters throughout my house and showed me how to replace the filters on my HVAC unit. The work comes with a warrantee that includes yearly treatments and sanitation. The price was very reasonable.

Could not tell me what the problem was with my fireplace. Told me to order multiple parts and they would come back and try to fix it, then I could return whatever they did not use. After pressing them to order the parts he said he would look into it, took my money for the service fee, and left. I never heard from them again. Contacted multiple times after the initial visit asking for them to either help or issue me a refund for the service fee since they did not do anything, but still nothing.

I recently discovered that the A/C unit of my rental house had high condensation and creating a leak and mold danger. A restoration company came and gave me a sky high price estimate to only clean the ducts but not fix the A/C unit parts that were failing/dirty. Then came David from TipTop to the rescue. He not only fixed, cleaned and sealed the leaking A/C unit, the ducts were as clean as the day they were originally installed and furthermore, they were sanitized. The price was fair and David worked hard and presented me multiple pictures of before and after. Made me a believer of yearly checkups, specially in Texas. The 5 year warranty helps but you have to do those checkups.I am willing to recommend TipTop for their quick and thorough work.

We worked with Shalom at the company. He promised profusely to take care of all our insulation needs. We had his company remove the current insulation and then replace it with blown in fiberglass insulation. They did not bring enough material, yet claimed they had finished the job. When my wife went into the attic she found the insulation piled up by the attic stairs, giving the appearance of a thorough job. Once she crawled around the attic, she found that the insulation was uneven and lacking in several areas. After complaining, they blew in several more bags and declared the job complete. During the recent freeze, one of our upstairs room was extremely cold. We called out a/c people and they found that that room had no insulation in the attic. We called Shalom and he promised to come back to fill in the area. He never did and continue lying like he did before!

Hired Tip top services to replace my heater. The estimate went well, so I agreed to hire them for the service. They did a an amazing job and managed to replace the heater in one day. They also gave me a warranty on labor. Their customer service is superior and their technicians are extremely knowledgeable, they really take the time to make sure you understand what they are doing. Terrible customer service experience. After receiving quote, we booked a full month in advance. They were supposed to arrive between 9am-9:30am. They didnt arrive until noon and then had to go and get materials. After returning they said they couldnt access the attic area for install, then said they could but would have to use different materials than quoted. They then insisted that I pay everything up front but only via Zelle. They wouldnt accept a credit card. When I called back to get everything in writing, they wouldnt take my call only texted saying send the money in full upfront via Zelle. Horrible experience. I didnt use them and wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

First time using their service.Heater broke down in the middle of the night. They were able to make it first thing in the morning. Repaired a small technical issue and had my heater back on really quickly. The price was better than other companies I called and glad I chose them. Highly recommend!

The gentlemen that came to clean the dryer lint duct were extremely friendly, but I definitely feel like I have been INCREDIBLY overcharged. The whole visit was less than 30 minutes. Their tools were the normal drill brush attachment and then they brought in a vacuum/blower of sorts to rid the rest of the pipe. I was throughly expecting bags and bags of lint for the $300 price i was charged. $300. For a cup of lint that was put in the trash bag from the amount extracted from the inside and I didnt see any in the yard from the magical blower . I was also told all credit card transactions had an added 3.2% charge. I paid by check.

Highly recommended. These folks are really great and reasonably priced. We had mold growing in our AC unit last year and they came out and cleaned the whole system with no mold since. A year later, I called them to check some moisture on the OUTSIDE of the unit To see if the mold came back. The AC had no mold and they cleaned the AC up and professionally resealed the AC boxes FOR FREE!!! so no more condensation would form. This would have cost several hundred dollars.

Moved into a new place that looked like the air conditioning units hadnt been cleaned for years. Johnny did a great job of coming in and cleaning out all the vents, sealing up the units, and installing a UV light. He even helped out by cleaning out the dryer vent (which also had not been cleaned in a while) for free.
