Walter did a spectacular job - he found the original parts (from a vendor in Japan), cleaned the watch, added a seal, and returned the watch to perfection all for a very generous price! Took my Presidential Rolex to Walter for a quote to get the second hand repaired and to get the watch serviced. Walter offered to repair the second hand, replace the spring and gasket with Rolex original parts, and to refinish the casing and strap for a very reasonable price.
