Bought a ring here and spent i think 1800. Was told the first sizing would be free then a week later said no we would have to pay 25 plus tax and normally its like 60. I wouldnt have walked off with the ring if Id known. Who knows what size ring to buy. I dont even know what size I am.Also the diamonds certificate didnt match the numbers on the diamond. The certificate to the ring was in Florida. I hope were getting the actual diamonds were supposed to be getting in terms of quality.

I ordered a Kay jewelers charm bracelet with 2 charms for Christmas for my wife and so we went to the store to have the charms put onto the bracelet.. the lady says they charge $36 a piece to put a charm on the bracelet and they would have to send it off for 2 weeks!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! They tried to charge me more to put each charm on the bracelet that I paid for the charms themselves.Went to the jeweler at the stand right outside of Kay and they put both charms on her bracelet right there for $10 in less than 5 minutes. This will be the last item I EVER buy from Kay.

Jason was great to work with and I especially like that he didnt make me feel less then because I went with a smaller stone, due to the length of my fingers. He was honest and actually told me that the smaller stone looked nicer. WOW! I really appreciate this type of salesmanship. I hope to continue buying from Jason at Kay Jewelers.

Im so glad I walked into this store due to lack of customer service by competitor across!! (hint hint*) I had been to several jewelers that day, but none of them were able to get the item I needed, in time for my sons birthday. When I walked into Kay Jewelers, I was greeted promptly and I showed them a picture of the Movado Bold watch that I wanted. They were able to pull it up in their system, order it and have it stock within less than 2 weeks!!!! I am extremely content with my purchase and the look on my sons face when he unwrapped his gift was priceless! Thank you Kay Jewelers for making my sons birthday extra special!

The Kay Jewelers in Memorial City Mall has the most amazing salesman there named Jason who went above and beyond for us. I got a diamond wedding band and it is gorgeous! Thank you for wonderful experience!! I highly recommend going to see Jason!!

Very disappointed with them. I called and asked if they can do the same price they have online the flash sale, the lady on the phone said absolutely. So I fight the Christmases traffic and crazy mall parking to go to the store for them to say sorry its online only. WTF🤬

On Tuesday of this week, I was informed my engagement band and two wedding bands were stolen by the shipping company during transit from the repair shop back to the store. Come to find out, they only ship repairs to the Jared around the corner on Gessner by Perrys. When I called UPS, I was told that not only had Kay NOT filed a report with the shipping company almost 72 hours after they discovered my loss, they did not insure the particular package containing my rings, as well as the other peoples jewelry. Thus far, Kay has not contacted me AT ALL regarding the incident. All contact has been initiated by me, as I follow up with a police report, a complaint with the customer service department, and a report with UPS. It is, BY FAR, the most unprofessional environment I have ever received jewelry from. Had I known, I would have told my husband 9 years ago to buy ANYWHERE but Signet and its subsidiaries.

I purchased a wedding and engagement ring for my wife. The ring is beautiful, and she loves it. The diamonds keep falling out, in less than a year three separate diamonds have fallen out. Additionally we requested to have both of our names engraved with the date of our wedding.The engraving was a fiasco, There was a charge of $50 to engrave. When we originally recommend the font, when it was finished two weeks later. we picked up the ring and the font was illegible (manager agreed). We had to send it back and then wait another two weeks for the engraving to return. It was illegible, but microscopic.Since then there have been four separate occurrences when a diamond has fallen out. And each time they have to be replaced it take 2-3 weeks for the repair.To sum it up:- Resize the ring - 2 weeks- repair diamond falling out of setting - 2 weeks to repair- Join engagement ring to enhancer wedding ring - 2 weeks- repair diamond falling out of setting - 2 weeks to repair- Ring is white Gold, and was turning yellow - Rhodium plating (received and now the engraving was gone) & repair diamond falling out of setting - 2 weeks to repair- repair diamond falling out of setting - 2 weeks to repairOverall my wife and I have been married for 6 months. She told me that she has been with out her wedding ring more that she has been wearing it due to the excessive amount of repairs.The only positive things is that I paid for a lifetime warranty.My recommendation, purchase your jewelry elsewhere, where the diamonds stay in their setting and where they have onsite repair.

I went to have my watch battery replaced. The lady was very friendly and told me about pricing before beginning the work. I was out of there in 5 minutes. Would definitely go back again!
