My girlfriend and I went in to look at potential engagement rings. We were excitedly greeted by Lou Ann who helped us out tremendously in the process. Lou Ann made our visit to this store feel very personalized and she did an excellent job answering our questions and helping us in finding what we were looking for. I never once felt like we were being coaxed into buying something. The customer service from start to finish was amazing and I would highly recommend anyone to check this store out. Just ask for Lou Ann, shes the best!!

Ive always used this location to purchase all of our jewelry and weve been going there for at least 20 years. We went in today to upgrade my ring. They were supposed to open at 10am. By 10:20am the employees finally got there (a guy and a lady) and never even opened the gates. I watched as they sat down and did NOTHING. Not a care in the world, just chit chatting and sitting there. Another guy watched along with us, as he too was waiting for them to open. At 10:30am we finally decided that weve had enough and left (gates never opened). They missed out on a big sale and I can honestly say that well never go back there.
Good service but rather slow. No greeting or acknowledgment when you walk in 😔💍
If I could give this place 0 stars I would, they’re just worry about selling .. I been standing here for like 20 minutes already waiting for this lady to take my payment; however she keeps ignoring me ... walking away this is not the first time that happens . If you here to make a payment be prepared to wait for a good while. Smh. They’re just worry about “new customers” however existing customers are neglected

Where to begin... MEL you’re the definition of awesome! Lol Okay, in all seriousness, from the moment I walked in the door she exuded customer service. My visits have been unconventional being that I had come in seeing what my options were on selling a wedding set from a prior marriage. She coached me, in detail, with various options Gordon’s offers from trade-in to benefits I could mention to private buyers. Talking with Mel was easy and enjoyable as she seemed to have a genuine interest in my satisfaction. Fast forward to my second visit and couple weeks later. I came in with a buyer who understandably wanted some reassurance, and Mel not only remembered me but was happy to help! After I was able to sell to the private buyer, she was like a friend I could celebrate with. I explained to her my girlfriend has her heart set on a dream ring from a specific designer but I fully intended to get my ring with them. It may be a few months (gotta save up), but I will 💯 % be back to do business with Mel and only with her!
Just tried to leave a diamond ring to be dipped in white gold. Did it last through this store in May 2016. They asked if I considered it an heirloom piece of jewelry. I said yes. Its a custom made piece from over 40 years ago that I inherited. She smirked, oh, we cant send it out then. This is how you lose repeat customers. Kays Jewelry about 100 steps from their store had no issues with the work.

My daughters birthday was in just 2 &1/2 weeks away, and I was still trying to find the item that I needed but an affordable way. Met a lady named Lou Ann Baker. She was amazing, she showed me the debit cards that you can buy in store so you can order something online right there in the store for faster ordering time!, she found me what I needed it in a price range that I could afford!, my daughter gift came just in time, 2 days before her birthday! My daughter loved her gift. I want to say thank you for having her there, she made me feel really comfortable and I will be back because of her.

Who ever decided to hire Melaine, clearly doesnt know what to look for in a manager, most unprofessional person ive ever dealt with, walked in trying to buy a ring and she was time watching as i was looking at their selection, clearly she doesnt want to be there, and she has such an attitude towards customers, she gave my fiance a nasty look as soon as we walked in, made us feel very uncomfortable, and she doesnt even know what to recommend, dont think she even knows her own inventory, every other employee that works there is amazing except her, they should consider hiring a better manager, their store would do alot better

1 star is generous. I dropped off my husbands wedding band to be serviced because a stone fell out, it was in perfect condition otherwise. We told the manager that if they were not able to put the stone back easily it was fine, we would keep it without it. When we got it back weeks later it was covered in scratches, a whole piece if the ring was broken off, and they jammed the stone back in with some metal piece around it. We told them that was not how we dropped it off they said it was and if we didnt want it we could trade it in for store credit. After arguing with the manger she finally said she new thats not how it was when we dropped it off because she had taken pictures. She wouldnt let us see the pictures though. They made it like it was our fault and like my husbands wedding band was something insignificant. After 5 MONTHS of calling the store and getting no where, Customer Service put in a complaint to Corporate and I finally got a call from the District Manager. He said that he wanted this handled at the store level instead of corporate getting involved and he finally had the store give me a refund and the ring back. When my husband went to get our refund the manager refused to take any responsibility even though she was the one who handled the entire situation from drop off to pick up. Needless to say we will not be returning to this store for my husbands new ring or anything else. I dont usually post negative reviews but I would hate for this to happen to someone elses wedding ring or significant heirloom.
Aweful! Unbelievable, unprofessional, poor customer service and uneducated people working in this store!!!!!!!Applying for finance and do not know how it works is unacceptable!Lying that they call us back and never do! Manager who is on the clock to hurry up to go home when the customers are in the store trying to solve the issues!!!!!Never never never shop there! Worst experience I ever had and never will be back there and do not recommend it .We finally canceled the order we were waiting and store manager Melaine Holmes did not even ask the reason whyNobody wants to lose the customer, obviously they do
They are helpful when you are first purchasing a piece of jewelry but afterwards when you need help with the continued care of the jewelry they act as if you are an inconvenience (even if you have a lifetime warranty) and like they cant look up anything in their system. Im pretty disappointed with the lack of service I received recently and wouldnt purchase anything else from this particular chain.
Bought my wife for her 60th birthday a Movado Mother Pearl round face with diamond around yesterday at the Willowbrook Mall Gordons. We have bought many watches and bracelets and rings from this location. We really like the sales staff, going back to Nancy (she is now at The Woodlands Zales location) and Ana, whom we have known for many years. They both know our kids when they were growing up.Always had a Gordon account but havent used it in a while since we pay outright or by my own credit card. Open a new account yesterday with no interest for 6 months. Yesterday we were looking at a Movado watch. I am a big fan of Movado watches. Bought my son a Movado watch last summer for his graduation gift. This time, we bought a Movado watch for my wifes birthday gift. After paying for it, we found out that the battery is DEAD. So disappointed! Now we have to send the watch out to replace the battery. By the time we get it back, it will be past my wifes birthday. Her birthday is April 10. Disappointed. Very disappointed. Krystal was very professional and very nice. She too cannot believe the battery is DEAD.

Had ring resized and it took a while to come back because its sent off site. Expect 2-4 weeks minimum.
The service is bad. They seem to slow and unconcern. One service lady watched me walk in and about 5 minutes later she asked, oh have you been helped.
