DO NOT CALL! Youll will get spam calls! I called and they took down my name/number. Immediately, I was inundated with calls from other call centers wanting to connect me to their referral partners. Waste of time.

If you ask for a quote, request they knock on your door and speak to you. They just had someone do a drive by to give quote (wording was such that we thought he understood what was being asked) and they wound up not even doing what was wanted. We spoke to workers when they arrived and all seemed good. They nodded like they were going to do what we wanted and then proceeded to do something completely different. A simple face to face would have saved us $500. And come to find out they CAN NOT even do the service required! Extremely disappointed in communication and customer service.

Dont even think about hiring Carlos Tree Service. All I wanted was my weeds removed. So he sprayed and said hed come back in a week to pull the weeds...he never did. Wont return my texts or calls.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Do not keep their word. Don’t ever leave a flyer at someone’s house if you can’t keep up with work.

Appointment scheduled @ 11. It’s now 12:18 no show no answer on call or text. Run Forest run, really bad business
