Quick response and fair rates.

On 10/29/2018 my 2002 F250 was towed from Conroe to Whittyz Diesel on FM1960 by Allen. 20min later Allen called me to inform that something had smash my windshield. I he informed me that the owner was going to take care of the windshield in which he did. When Allen made it to Whittyz Diesel he called me again and asked me if I had a bed cover. I informed him that I did, in which he told me that it was no longer on my vehicle. Sense Alan was towing my vehicle from the rear axle he did not secure the bed cover. To this day I havent been compensated or replace my bed cover. Im writing this in frustration because the tow company owner place the burden on Allen to replace or compensate me for the bed cover. Even the owner of Whittyz Diesel Repair couldnt believe Haulin Iron owner did that to the tow truck driver. To this day I still do not have a bed cover or compensation. I posted photos of my truck. Also Allen no longer works for this company.

They are not 24 hours and hung up in my face. I would not call them.

Haulin Iron helped my son and I move my 64 Chevy truck from its 13 year storage building to one closer so we can continue working on the vehicle. Benjamin helped and it turned out to be a very challenging transport due to space constraints at both storage facilities. I cannot recommend them enough. I wish I could add pictures. I could not have been more happy with the driver or the company. Great service!!

Dont ever let these sleaze get you to sign papers at an accident scene. I was distraught in a totaled suv and the ambulance chasing tow driver acts like hes going to help me so just sign these papers. I signed a paper saying some scam shop veterans collusion center would charge my insurance company nearly $2000 to do nothing but create an estimate of repairs on an obviously totaled vehicle.

Great experience with their driver. Andrew was prompt and very efficient at loading my SUV. The back wheels locked up, so he had to use Dolly wheels to transport it. I would use their company again. Very fair on price and great with communication.

We have used them 10+ times over the past few years to tow vehicles to and from our automotive repair shop. Never once had an issue and they get to the cars when they say they will. What more could you ask for?

Ashley Lovinggood Thomas and crew went out of their way to come to Huntsville from Houston and towed a vehicle for one of my crew members and deliver it back to the Houston area. She was extremely helpful in the rate charged and all went thru flawlessly. Needless to say so much was done to make this happen for us that all the stress was taken off our backs. I CANNOT say enough but to say THANKS A TON!!!:-)

I needed my car towed to a shop, and haulin iron towing was able to help me quick and at a reasonable price. Their driver Andrew was very nice and helpful with all of my questions.

Haulin Iron in Spring was recommended to us by my husbands co-worker to move 6 of my husbands classic cars from his moms house in Waller, TX to our house in Magnolia. The majority of the time was spent on Brent attempting to get his flat bed tow truck (carrying my husbands heavy 58 Buick Roadmaster) un-stuck in my yard while trying to lower the flatbed down. It was interesting to say the least lol. He took it all in stride and, with the help of 2 other wreckers and a Ford Raptor with a winch, worked together to get it out. The rest of the classic cars were moved pretty quickly with no problems. The price was very reasonable, too! Thanks for your help, Brent! We will definitely keep you in mind next time we need to haul classic cars :-)
