Safetow quickly arrived to tow my vehicle to bmw for repair after the first tow company didnt show up during their arrival window.

Under the circumstance of getting big rig and trailer towed the weekend of the winter storm for parking on parking lot off 529 and Barker Cypress, I must admit the tow service was proffesional. I paid the $1006.00 and they released big rig and trailer to me. They took care of business and was nice.

Quick response time (was at my home in 15 mins), courteous dispatcher and driver.

These guys towed my car from my own apts and when I made it to the storage the cost was over the top.. $279.20 to be exact...👎🏾👎🏾I need to go into this business of hustling..

Getting towed is not usually a great experience but Johnathon made the experience as painless as possible. He was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend these guys!

No one likes being towed...so hard to give 5 stars! But this place was clean and quick and polite and didnt come off with the horrible attitude you usuallyhave to put up with from people at these places. Oddly efficient and not horribly irritating experience. Found myself thanking them for the help on way out. Very odd...

Great Service!! Had a truck out in the Houston area in a bad spot and needed a wrecker to move him out. They were out there in no time and got it done quickly, got him on the road. I dont write much reviews, but when you get good service like this, I had to. Keep up the good work guys!!

Im writing this review because these are the same folks that run the auto storage lot at the same address - KTL Storage. That these people are one and the same as KTL says a lot about Safe Tow, too. These are the lowest of the low people. And the young dude with Punk Rock tattooed on top of his fingers was King Jerk. So sad that they went beyond the pale in proving the sterotype of these tow and storage places being populated by societys scum. My 72-year-old friend had just gotten out of the hospital, and we were there to pick up her car after the police had it towed for their concern about cognitive issues. The young jerk was rude, crude, and disrespectful. He refused to do anything to help my friend, including purposely taking his time, not giving pertinent information, and making her stand the entire time we were there. Unbelievable that these type of people can make a living giving this kind of disservice and meanness.

Amazing service.

Called for quote. Called them first because they were on actual street where vehicle was. Price was ridiculous for a 15 mile tow. Called someone else for almost half the price.

Beware of this company. I witnessed a driver of this company driving recklessly, cutting off other civilian drivers, turning from incorrect lanes in front of other traffic, weaving through traffic, not to mention speeding.

Phone service was horrible was try to get a price range on the line gentleman had extremely bad attitude he didnt even try to explain.At the very end was put on hold an was blow off when he came back from hold said theres no tow truck available and hang up on me
