I am.standing here to retrieve my vehicle and the attendant keeps plugging away on the computer and phone. He has not said anything. I respectfully tapped on the glass and he said in a minute. I am.sure he is busy, however if I am standing here, you would think I could get in and out. It is as if he could not do more than 1 thing at once. I asked the attendant can he work on 2 cars at once. He says he is handling business right now. And it is taking a minute.

They towed every car on the block. They signs were not very clear and had no number to call. We had to call 911 to find where our car went, and the guy at this place said calling 911 is what you are supposed to do. They have set up a system that requires calling an emergency number for a non-emergency. My guess is they also tow everyone on that block every night too, cause we found it is the one single block next to tons of others free to park in the evenings right next to the busiest bars in midtown. For reference never park in the block caddy corner to unicorn disco club.

This is the second time you all have towed my car! My car was parked in a no tow away zone in front of my friend house in less then 30 minutes my car was towed away your tow guys are in it for the money! I’ve had enough and will be taking legal action against you guys enough is enough you all will learn to stop playing with people property!!!!!

Terrible terrible company. Towed my car an hour ago after being parked at CVS for 15-20 minutes and being a customer. The lady who answered the phone told me “if I wanted my car back tonight, I HAD to pay”, and proceeded to hang up the phone on me.. unprofessional much? She explained to me it was “after hours”, which is why I was towed, while I was literally standing INSIDE THE STORE WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH HER!!! I have a written note from the manager stating I was a customer there along with the make of my car. I plan on calling back in the morning to speak with the owner/someone in charge, and I shouldn’t have to pay a dime for this inconvenience. Sick people thrive off bringing others down. This company is a perfect example of it.

They towed my car and damaged the front two wheels. My tires are flat, wheels have been severally damaged by the dragging or towing Im outraged. I called and they had no kind of customer service in trying to resolve this matter or anything. Manager just happens to Never be in office im taking this up to court im outraged.

Just saw one of their trucks driving extremely fast on Burnett street while towing a car, flew right passed the stop sign.5 minutes later, the same tow truck flys by, but in the opposite direction. And again, drives straight through the stop sign.Tried to get the license plate number, but they were going way too fast.*** Waiting for the owner to respond telling me how much they care about their fellow Houstonians and their safety blah blah blahI wont be surprised when one of their drivers kills someone.

The parking in this area is a scam! A big money racket! So you better watch out where you park! After they get your ride, you get to deal with this rude condescending lady that takes your money! This is just one of the reasons Dallas is a much better place than Houston!

Couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and promptness I received during my crazy flat tire situation on I-10! The driver showed up within 10 minutes of my call and within 25 minutes my car was loaded and being towed to the tire shop...and keep in mind it was midnight. So thankful this company ANSWERED (2 others did not) and it all turned out great!!

Showed up Sooooo fast after I ran out of gas in my husbands car. I didnt recognize the gas light warning and I had my newborn which made my anxiety even worse. He even made sure I got my important stuff out of the car hint hint baby bottle 😭. Thank you for sending tow so fast and a compassionate individual who obviously has a family

Never positively rated (or rated in general?) a tow truck company, but last night this place really came through. Cory was the sweetest guy ever, he dropped my roommates BMW off (and even helped us fill out the form to leave it there) and then gave us a ride to our house since it was so late and freezing cold. His kindness was so appreciated and made our entire situation so much better! Highly recommend

I would give them a zero stars but the system doesn’t allow that. My wife parked her car in a lot on Westheimer for a few minutes and was towed. The tow driver inflicted major damage ($2,450 worth) to the undercarriage of her 2016 Honda Pilot. At first, the Manager, Russell was willing to talk to me but after I sent photos and repair quote, he backed out of any prospective liability by claiming the damage was not his driver’s fault. When my wife picked up the vehicle, it was not safe to drive. The damage made a loud train sound from underneath. I’ve read a lot about how this all works, basically someone in one of the shops is probably getting kick backs from the driver to park very nearby and wait for their call. Then the driver rushes over and slams into the car to get it hooked up ASAP and before you see it happening (which is when damage occurs). Then he goes around the corner to hook it up correctly. All of which is a tow license violation. I’ve started the process to try to claim my losses legally and am in the process of filing county and stare complaints. I will also ask for an investigation into the cleaners owner at the lot and Fast Tow. All that said, if you get in an accident please do not select Fast Tow as your provider.

I parked in a parking lot for 10 minutes to walk across the street to find my dog. I come back and my car is gone. I had to pay $240 for leaving my car unattended for 10 minutes. EXTREMELY inconvenient and honestly just seems like these tow trucks drive around looking for a quick buck.

CSR on the phone was helpful and driver arrived quickly and delivered my truck to the correct location without any concern.

Super awesome experience..I was booted downtown..after paying 900 bucks and getting the code to unboot myself..i drove straight to fast tow to turn my boot in. The staff was extremely helpful and had me on my way so fast my head almost did a full circle.

My car had a catastrophic failure on 288 before the 59 interchange. So I pulled off onto a side street. I called fast tow and within 15-20 minutes my tow truck driver arrived. The lady that answered the phone was pleasant and helpful. She got all my information and advised the window my driver would arrive during. John, my driver, was courteous and professional. He made sure my car was taken care of and I felt like he really cared about my property. His truck was clean and smelled fresh. He made pleasant and polite conversation with me on the drive to the auto shop. He was courteous and professional with the shop owner. I would recommend this service if you’re in a pinch and need a tow.

This business takes advantage of unsuspecting shoppers on Westheimer. While visiting leopard lounge for only 10 minutes our vehicle was towed. The sign clearly states for Westheimer shopping only... $240 later and dealing with an unprofessional representative at the front window we got our car back. It’s a shame that this place must resort to shady business practices

Im from out of town, they towed my vehicle 1.5 miles from a place where I did not know was a no parking zone. I was inside the building. My vehicle had my phone, purse etc. in it. I know no one and had to walk 1.5 mile through a not so nice part of town and they charged $240 for 1.5 mile tow and 2 hour storage. I am going to ask for a tow hearing and will be contacting Texas Company licensing Department. The receptionist was rude to my young daughter who was trying to find me. This was to date the most horrible experience of my life and I think the amount was extremely high. A normal tow withing 40 miles is $85 - $100. Also, after getting close to the office, I approached one of their trucks for directions. He was busy playing on his phone but managed to point the way. For the amount of money they charged, they could have given a middle aged woman a ride for the remaining 3 blocks. Not good people.

Car died and had to get it towed out of a parking garage. Surprisingly positive experience. Was able to confirm price in advance, which was cheaper than alternatives. If you have to get towed, don’t be afraid to call these guys. Drove with Brian O; quick to arrive and very nice.

Souless Vultures. I got towed in front of my apt Two Times by them. I hadnt yet made it to the CoH Parking mgmt storefront for a parking permit but Had left a note on the dash saying that I was a resident, with my address, and was STILL towed. My friend was towed also on the 1st occasion, the 1st day I moved in. Even though I showed them the lease, ink barely dried, they were completely non-responsive and super cold without a problem charging me over $300 to get my car out of their lot and it had only been a few hours there!Vultures

Where to start. These pare a rip off. Lady was extremely RUDE. Once you write a review they put a generic answer. Daughters car got towed 5 minutes from their lot. I’m not Disputing she was wrong but, Lesson learned where not to park. $240 to get her truck out? Lady said that’s the MAX the city said they can charge so I guess they charge the max. They have no morals. They take advantage of the loop hole to screw the public. My daughter even said the tow truck driver laughed at her while he was towing another vehicle. They are Pure Vultures. Money is their God. I will be filing with the city. Even if I don’t win I will be tying up some of their illicit cash by having them pay a Lawyer

This is the most fraudulent towing company in all of Texas really. Especially if you’re going shopping on Westheimer. Sit around the corner and wait for you to leave and then illegally take your car and then find out the yard is in 5th ward😂🤡🤡. All the tow truckers are unprofessional seen one steal someone’s car while running for it and it fell off in the middle of the street yea y’all are going to get a call from the police department asking for y’alls licenses. Not only this but when they steal your car they laugh at you, most likely projection from their inner failures and receding hairlines, when I went to pick my car up they didnt even check if I was the owner of my own car so I hope y’all are ready for a big lawsuit.

The tow truck driver after my wreck was incredibly helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. However, the window attendant Donna was horribly rude without provocation. I ended up paying a different towing company right across the street just to avoid any further interactions with her.

They tow my car in front of the greyhound in fannin stparked in McDonalds parking lot all i know is there are several people involved in this they already found the way to make easy money and the idea is probably from the owner sooner or later all these people will end up in hell i think they are a organization that hurt good citizens and people should be aware

The professionalism here is horrible! We waited about 45 minutes for them to help us. She took that long to tell the long line that the card machine was not working! They are quick to tow your car but not quick to help you!

I don’t know where to start from, the older lady in the front is extremely rude. Talks to you like you’re there to ask for free stuff, has no manners, does nothing to help you out. I’m extremely upset at how she treated me when she seen that I needed her help and had a couple of questions. She brushed me off and told me to have a good day when I was in the middle of asking her a question. After reading so many reviews on how rude she is, I’m still wondering why is she still working there? I hope she sees the review and comes to realize that the way she treats people and they way she treated me is no way to treat someone that comes to a place looking for help. At the end of the day her job is based on customer service and she does a horrible job at it, if she’s unhappy about her job then maybe she needs to retire or leave.

This is a terrible service you guys steal cars for s living, pretty barbaric if you ask me. Other than emergency towing you guys are a huge inconvenience.Ok after I talked to the office I found out that fast tow is purely a service. They do not steal cars like other companies. I was just angry they towed my car, I gata admit it was fast AF.

Absolute joke of a place. As per the bulk of the reviews on here, the lady at the window was openly hostile from the moment of our introduction. Was reluctant to provide any information as to why my car was towed (I was parked in front of my house with a visible permit), and after all that she charged me for double what my bill showed. When I pointed this out, she refused to cancel the transaction and told me to come back in several days when the manager would be around to dispute it. A criminal organization, but only a symptom of the larger systemic problem that allows these predators to make money off exploiting people.

These people were so incredibly RUDE. the man towing one car in yelled at us because we were standing there even though my friend didnt know what to do because his car had been towed. We realize why he had been towed but there was no reason for a complete stranger to be rude to us!

Will never use again. Wouldnt give receipt. Not sure if he just made up amount. He hadnt closed his vehicle door before he started asking for payment. Again will NEVER use again.

The only reason they dont a 1 star is because the price was good and the tow driver was courteous. I was told the driver be to me an in 30 minutes when it was actually an hour and 10 minutes later.

Towed safely. Very nice people. Fixed my breaks and went out of their way to accommodate us. Even took me to get pizza!! Very nice people like this are hard to come by. The tow truck driver, Mr Abe was like an angel.

11:30pm 5/22/19: I just saw a Fast Tow driver doing at least 70 mph at Milam and McGowan, right in Midtown Houston. This is a busy urban area and clearly put people at risk. I called HPD and filed a police report.

Trash company with trash people. Towed my vehicle after parking it with the emergency lights on because she was going into labor. I walked her inside to be comfortable and tried calling 911 for an ambulance. I realized I left my phone in my car charging so I quickly ran outside to my car which was being towed!! They refused to stop or even let me get my phone ! After a half our of arguing, they sped off with my car! I ran back inside to check on my wife, who was in tears because our newborn baby son didn’t make it 😔

We had been waiting for almost 3.5 hrs for Echo towing to pick us up. Our insurance company called them and they were there in 15 minutes. Awesome service!

After I asked her if I could get a quote she gave me the equivalent of a verbal eyeroll, proceeded to tell me she could not until I have her the milage and by that time, I was tired of talking to her and thanked her for her time and that I would just call another tow company.I hope she has a better day tomorrow. I wont be able to comment on the tow service since I couldnt get past the horrible customer over the phone.

Theyve got a deal with he Dog House Tavern on McGowen. No real signs in the parking lot, you park and dont walk in the tavern, they call and tow your car. The attendants at the Fast Tow are rude. These are the worst kind of people. You need a real tow, call someone else.

If your car has been towed call them ASAP. They were very kind to me and aside from not accepting card as a form of payment for the drop fee, they helped me get my car back before it got to their lot. They saved me a huge hassle.
