I booked this service as i needed a car seat for my kid but atlast driver came without it. That was socking as fear about law and babys safety. He gave me some reason not to fear but i had no choice but to take a ride even without a car seat.

I had a great experience. It was $65 for Hobby airport dropoff from Dickinson, TX. They will quote a price when you book the ride, so it shouldnt be surprise. Driver was nice and wore a mask, and this was end of July 2021, when covid was not going bonkers. Thumbs up!

We booked them 24 hours in advance. They requested our flight information and told us we would get a text from our driver once wee landed. No text no driver. We called and left 2 voicemails, no response.we noticed that though they failed to pick us up they charged our credit card. Will not use again

Very strange that cabs arent available in the early morning and I was put on hold for 15 minutes.

Mor was my driver and has driven me several times before...he is very courteous & friendly. He is a careful & cautious driver who makes me feel safe & secure. He is also always on time & returns promptly to pick me up. Am hoping he will be my driver again & again.

I was in a pinch and had to schedule car service for my manager from Houston to the airport. Im in another state so was very worried about finding a reputable company. The gentleman I spoke to when I called to arrange service was very professional. I asked that the driver call me to let me know they were at the location waiting, and the driver did just that. He actually called to let me know he was on the way. The meeting ran over, so my manager was late. The driver called me, but wasnt angry and he too was very professional. I havent heard about the ride yet, but am thrilled with the service. I asked the driver not to leave and called him to check in. He assured me that he would wait. I would highly recommend this service! Ill also be sure to use them again in the future should the need arise! Thank you VIP Taxi service!

Great experience overall. We got picked up from the airport in a SUV suburban, the man helped us put all our luggage in the back. Our flight was an hour late, and he had already known that. We got picked up at 11:30 pm. The car was extremely nice. We had a nice conversation on the whole trip. When we arrived to the house he helped up take our luggage to the porch. It was also very easy to pay with a card. We will definitely be using this service again.

Made an online booking. Didnt get a reply. To be sure I hadnt missed the email, I phoned them (international call).3 phone calls. Over 25 minutes of high pitched jazz music whilst on hold, I gave up. UBER wins without even being in the fight.

Loved this service. Went from the George Bush Airport to the University of Houston in a different cab service and it cost me around $65. I called Lo at Houston VIP Taxi and had a cab on time at my location and he got me back to the airport for only $55, flat rate. The car was nicer than my first cab experience and so was the driver. My driver was a friendly, warm person that was easy to converse with. I very much enjoyed this service and would recommend it to anyone coming to Houston!

Pasha is my main cab guy and Ive never had a cause for complaint. Cabs are impeccably clean and spacious - no foul odors, loud music, or messes that you would find in other cars. All in all - a very good experience - week after week. I would not use any other cab service.

Im a repeat customer of Houston VIP Taxi. Whenever I need a ride to or from the airport, I call them because I know that they are reliable. The driver is usually early, polite and professional. The SUV they pick you up in is clean and spacious. I would expect them to cost more than a regular cab to the airport, but they dont. Being a control freak, I dont like leaving taxis up to chance so I use VIP Taxi because I know theyll wait for me at the airport with a sign of my name or theyll come early to pick me up to take me to the airport. I highly recommend them!

We used Houston VIP Taxi to get to/from the Bayport Cruise Terminal in mid-November 2014. Yes, Houston VIP Taxi might cost a little more, but you are picked up on time or even early. You get calls and texts on arrival times. The vehicles are clean and comfortable. Drivers are friendly, but focused. So, the bottom line, once you make a reservation, you can count on the service. You wont be disappointed.

The driver didnt showed up for my reservation for one of the executive of our company even I got the reconfirming email so, I was going to give just 1 star. However, I got a call from the company apologizing and providing him a compensation to make up. I still cannot give 5 stars but giving 4stars because I like their customer services. I contacted Houston VIP Taxi based on the recommendation of a friend and I am so glad I did. We could not have been more pleased with our driver, Lo, and his services. He responded to my initial inquiry quickly and was at our house at 5:15 am on the dot to take us to IAH. I really appreciated his flexibility picking us up after our return flight which was delayed and ultimately cancelled. He stayed in contact with me throughout the ordeal and was waiting for us the moment we exited baggage claim. Also, the suburban used for our family of 4 was very clean and comfortable. This service is an incredible value and we will definitely be calling them for future trips.

Reserved on line the day before for a 4:30 am pick up. I had a bad experience with another cab service and liked these reviews. But they must be fake because NO ONE SHOWED UP! I tried calling their number but was on hold for 10 minutes only to be told by the automated system that that no one was available. I emailed them because they offer on time or they will give you $100. No response! I’m done with taxi services. No wonder Lyft and Uber are so popular at least they show up when you schedule them.

Scheduled a pickup the day before, the next morning the car was a no show. After calling the office I was told that the driver hadnt even left. So I had to scramble to find another ride to the airport. Will never recommend or try them again.

I booked a taxi online to take me up to the airport early in the morning but then I received a call that they have no car to pick me up so I have to made another arrangements how they offer a service if they even have no cars.

I reserved at 10 pm for a 4am pickup and got an automated response. So, I was doubtful they would show up. But sure enough, there they were.

Used the guys twice, or at least tried to, the second time the driver NEVER SHOWED UP.Avoid them if you actually want to get to your destination on time.
