Very professional and and helpful throughout the whole process. I was contacted multiple times to confirm dates and documentation prior to my appointment which was very helpful. My in-person appointment with Reggie was efficient and productive! The only thing I wish I would of known prior to was the rate I was going to have to pay. Overall a great experience and will most likely be returning!

Knowingly overcharges. Wanted to charge $400.00 for standard deduction. Knowledgeable but not worth losing the extra 200.00 for. Especially under standard deduction conditions.I suggest another servicer.

Please do not patronize this company. The tax preparer overchargse for the service. They lie about sending your taxes in and the owner is unprofessional and makes promises she does not keep.I filed my taxes with them in March 2018 and I paid for it to be e-filed. Well, 4 months later the IRS notifies me that my taxes were never filed and when I contacted the owner she stated she would refund me my $80 for a service that was NOT performed which she never did.Please get your taxes done at a reputable company and don’t waste your time with a company that is not reliable
