Who else got charged $500 for income tax services. To top that off I didn’t get the amount they said I would. Part of it my fault for not asking how much they charge. They got their $500. Never again coming here.

This is the worst tax person I’ve ever been to! I do not recommend it. I called at 9:41 A.M. to see if they were open because online the hours say open at 9 AM. Unfortunately they were closed even though the gate was open and all the signs said open. Then when I called the owner to see when someone would be arriving because I was no longer filing and I needed my tax paperwork. She told me to go after 1PM which there was no problem seeing as to I understood the problem as to why they were going in late.So I wouldn’t show up again and no one be there I called at 1:15PM to once again pick up my documents. She said yes someone is there to help me and to go ahead and go in.Once I got there at 1:25PM my fiancé got off to get our paperwork and was told to sign in and wait a few minutes. It has almost been an hour and she has asked someone else to go into the office and has once again asked my fiancé to wait a few minutes again. We are still sitting here waiting for something that takes but 5 minutes to pull out and hand off. I guess its asking a little too much if you aren’t paying for their services. This is very unprofessional and I DO NOT recommend coming here. As well as that she assists whomever she wants in whatever order she wants. People like her are why I am sticking to who usually does my taxes. She was recommended to me by someone else and I am highly disappointed that this is the service we received just because we were unable to continue with filing. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO HERE NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE!! I wouldn’t have picked any stars if it hadn’t had been that I had to pick at least one to post the review!Update it is now 3:00PM and I had to go home to wait for my file and they took down my fiancé’s name so they wouldn’t lose his file smh this is just sad and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I LOVEEEEEE this tax place and no one can convince me to take my business elsewhere 🥰

Very good customer service and knowledgeable on everything they do. Will keep doing my taxes here from now on.
