They have always delivered on-time and accurately to our business, and helped straighten out a couple of past years of bookkeeping errors by our former firm. Note that good firms are very busy this time of year, so if due to your own poor planning, you are contacting a good firm days before a major tax deadline as a new client I wouldnt expect to get service from anyone.

Very unhappy with the service and professionalism from Padgett. After a few years of disappointments and issues, I will not be going back next year. They have misplaced my tax documents with other clients, mailed things to the wrong address after given the correct address, and failed to do a business return correctly when they had all of my documentation and were asked multiple times if they were sure it was done correctly. I started with one person that I met at a Chamber meeting and he quickly passed me off to someone else, without me knowing and that person had 3 chances to get it right. There wont be a 4th. With the rates that are charged, there should be more accuracy.
