Cris is the owner, he very knowledgeable about accounting and handle tax and the regulation of the gov. Their did go far beyond my expectation by helping me deal with TWC and labor audit, and it not even their responsibility.Irma is also very helpful, she is Cris assistant and she always followup by call and email to make sure that we stay compliant, and do the tax return on time.Now they help me with Bookkeeping, file tax return for both business and personal, and even do payroll for the whole company. Without their help I dont think that my company is at the level that we are in today. Most importantly their service is at a reasonable rate that all business can afford.

Very Unhappy... documents sent to T-account as of May 2015. didnt even know they had it. i asked. Cris said he has it but later in the email trail, he said has to look for it. Oh he likes to charge by the hour, which is fine but not every time.... especially if one becomes a client of his.... very a la cart.... Still fighting to get the documents I need to send to another CPA. Hopefully, resolved quietly.Addendum: After further discussions with Cris, the conclusion that I have come to is that there are a lot of miscommunications. But in my humble opinion, if a matter that is so important, a message on my voicemail should be left, a text message is good too. I will leave it that. Bussiness Owners Beware... I had Cris do my 2015 Business Taxes and I was not pleased at all. I personally dont trust Cris and as a bussines owner would never return to Cris. I ended with a much bigger headache than if I would have done it myself. Aside from the high taxes I payed, I also ended up paying thousands in fees and penalties. I wish this guy luck and hope he gets better at his job. I left and found some else that really knows what they are doing.
