If i could put 0 stars I would. I left a messages regarding amending my tax form specifically saying that it was an urgent matter. It took him 48 hrs to respond, not only did he not apologize for the inconvenience, he said that it was our fault when the mistake was on their end. This wasn’t a one time mistake either, last time my address was spelled incorrectly, my name was spelled incorrectly, and now he’s going to say it’s our fault that he checked off single on a married couple’s tax form. how does that make sense?!? we told him we weren’t filing single and that we were filing “married filing separately” he put that for mine but for my husband he put “single” HOW TF DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?!? point is they’re unprofessional and the price isn’t even worth it. go somewhere else?

This man Naveed Gandhi does fraud with customers. He will overcharge and will add junk to income tax to get more for clients. Not to mention his secretary unprofessional. Do not waste your time with this man. Greedy men all he cares is for his own pocket not carrying for customer getting involved in such a nasty way with IRS.

I was referred to Naveed by a co-worker, and have been with him ever since, well over 4 years now. He makes it easy, responds quickly regardless of his hectic schedule, and always, always, respectful and helpful. Hes the best! We are so lucky to have a trustworthy person taking care of us.
