First time doing my taxes here and I must admit I was quite impressed on how helpful and resourceful Mr. Torres was. He was able to answer my questions and had me done in less than 30 mins! I will definitely be coming back here again I would recommend checking him out next time you do your taxes!

Angel Torres is a joke. My mother went to file her taxes with this guy. All wrong. She took out of her 401k because of Covid and he told her she had to pay $1200 to the IRS which is NOT TRUE. She luckily talked to the lady I do my taxes with before paying and found out she is actually getting money back. She called to talk to him about the situation and he spoke to her a bit and than hung up on her, she called back right away and was told he had magically disappeared from the office. In other words….don’t go to these people. Who knows how many people they have screwed over.

Edwin Medrano has had my taxes for two months and is claiming that they are not able to get the MD tax software to complete my taxes. When asked to speak to a manager he says he is the manager. Well I thought Oscar was the manager. I tried to get a discount for the inconvenience and was denied any kind of recompense. Because of Edwin’s unprofessionalism, I have only 5 days to get my taxes done! I feel so unvalued a a repeat customer for 5 years.

Their office and staff are very professional, they take time to review over the documents with you and explain as much information as you need.

I have had the absolute worst experience with this agency. The problems included but were not limited to poor quality, non responsiveness, and overall unprofessionalism. I hate leaving a small business a terrible review, but it is well deserved in this case. I will not say names, but I will say that a tax preparer at this agency billed me for filing my 2019 taxes in June of 2020, but he never submitted them. I did not find out that they were never submitted until the day that I was supposed to close on my house in December 2020 when the underwriting department had exhausted every avenue with the IRS to verify that they were turned in only to find out that they were never submitted after speaking with an IRS representative. I was told by the tax preparer that the IRS electronic filing system had been having problems, and this was a lie. The IRS told me directly that they had had no issues with their electronic filing system, and if there was an issue the taxes were automatically kicked back to the preparer with a message saying what needed to be fixed. This nonsubmittal caused us to not be able to close on our house. Thankfully we were able to submit a letter from the tax office stating that they would be overnighted and we eventually closed on our house, however, all of our deliveries and utility connections had to be rescheduled causing major problems considering the current situation with the pandemic. I will say that there were 2 agents specifically named Francisco and Edwin that were helpful in trying to get this mess cleaned up, but I would still not recommend this agency to anyone.

Ive been putting off my taxes due to a previous bad experience I’ve had somewhere else. I came here due to a recommendation and couldn’t be happier. It literally could not get any easier! Took super long to take us in, when there was only 1 other person waiting, and they also waited a long time, maybe about 2 hours. We go two separate consultants and they said different things that contradicted what the other one said. Awful service and wait times, on top of having to wait outside in the heat.

THE WORST! Save your $110, go somewhere else instead. Showed up and waited 1hr outside, just for them to tell me that the person had another appointment. Communication is the KEY whenever you are “servicing” people.

I needed someone reliable to help me with my income tax this year and friend recommended me to Mr. Torres, I spoke with Mr. Torres and he could’ve easily transferred me to one of his employees, but he did not, as a boss he made sure he got the job done right and did it himself. He helped me out and got it all take care of. Will definitely will be keeping in touch and doing business in the future with this company.

Me and my family have been doing our taxes for some time now and the service is amazing and the people are so humble.

We paid 85$ to get our taxes done last year, after waiting almost 3 hours. We never got our check. We went back and he said there was nothing that could be done for us and also didnt give us back our money. I was furious. Thiefs if you ask me. Sticking to doing my own taxes.

I just went here. I was directed to the small building. I go inside and approach the desk to inquire and the gentlemen at the desk signals me to wait. So I waited, patiently. Several more people came in afterwards. He hands them the clipboard to sign in. Yet I still have to wait? I thought that maybe there was a language barrier until the people who arrived after me also spoke English so Im not sure what the issue was but I left...

Worst service ever! Wanted a letter notorized and waited for 1 and 30 minutes, some other lady came in after me and was sent Tun right away just because she had an immigration issue and that would provide them with more Income, makes no sense don’t recommend this place to any one save your time and money and take your business else where. On top of that, the lady in the front desk was flirting with my husband, unprofessional!

I didnt like this place at all, they did my taxes wrong and while i was there the guy was more focus in providing his services (he was a real estate agent as well).

Every year I come here, I have to wait at least 1:45 minutes. Im sitting here NOW and Ive been here going on 1:30 minutes. The lady that does our taxes does an excellent job for us. My problem is with the lady or ladies at the desk where you sign in. They always skip names and tell you your next but they keep skipping your name. Ive been coming here for about 7 or 8 years and it pains me to say that next year well be taking our business elsewhere.

Set an appoint before you come. During tax season its busy...but well worth the wait. They are very reasonable and they can service aspects of my business.

We went to get our tax filed on 2-08-2014 around 7.30 in the morning and signed our names in the waiting list. Around 12.00 pm we were told that Mr Junior (who supposed to prepare our tax documents) is a son of the owner and seeing the assigned customer at his will or when ever he feels like. The front desk lady was no help either. I would not recommend any one to go- at least not to this Jr guy. It was a painful experience.

Appointments are a joke, you still wait along time, its based on who you know 😠

I came here last year in 2017 and I thought the lack of customer service from the front desk was maybe due to the fact that I went early in the morning or perhaps because it was the peak of tax season, but after walking out of my appointment today I realize this place discriminates against any one who is not hispanic. Both times I came here the front desk persons are always rude. The first time the lady lied to me and told me that my appointment was in the next building after sitting for almost an hour I was told that it was in the original building, she stated she did not see my appointment, but never looked and insisted I did not speak to her,but because Oscar was so amazing I came back. This time the lady had an attitude, gave me a hard time asking me who am I here to see after seeing me struggle to pull up the appointment, I asked could she just look to see, she looked right at my name as it was there the entire time. I wish I could report this company. As another minority, no company in the US should show discrimination because I am not of your ethinic group. I wish I could rate no stars. So if you are anything other than Hispanic, please go somewhere that serves all people.

Well, it will be rati that I do not come here but the income tax services are very basic that it is cheaper to use turbotax free edition.But what shocked me the most was the receptionist woman of 50-60 years old. Old woman with eyes. She acts as if she were a professional but she is very shocking. He laughed at me and my boss for something that caused him funny. And then a woman commented that she looks proffessional for being well dressed, and she said yes because she was educated. No more than the only thing she does is take names and answer calls, which is not good for that, a lot of people are angry because they called us, the Esquipiava .. A 12-year-old girl can do her job and better. No education is needed to take names and answer calls. Because I was educated. LOL.

February 12 around 1:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. The attention was professional, highly recommended Mrs. Carmen explains what is necessary. Very nice place and very efficient people who work there, including the girls at the front desk. but I go to the clients and directly to one I WISH I could read this review a little man yelling at a girl in front of us all shows the little education and that where he comes he uses bows and arrows is more that insult is so lacking in intelligence that he doesnt even do it to understand. I hope one day to meet again so that a man can teach him to respect. They should promote respect for each and every one of the clients, which here are not the mayoralties of El Salvador, cantons or municipalities. Respect the businesses, the people who work there and also us as clients.

I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants to make a change of status or something related to emigration, take my documents pay 960 pains and they did not do their job well, they had many errors and returned the package to me from emigration, I was trying to communicate with the adviser That it was Mrs. Carmen and she never answered the phone, she refused and only told me by mail that her work was already done and that she only had to wait until she had time to correct, it took about a month for them to give me a solution In that month I only received very bad attention from them. Ask how much they will charge you for the tax service BEFORE doing them. First call and they say 115. They gave me an estimate with 1099 and I had to pay as if I were doing it (all for not reading the signs) and Im going to pay for the service and they charge me $ 175 from my bank card. At the end it was $ 135. They charge what they want. They took advantage of the fact that I already had to pay for the services to charge me what they wanted. BOLD. Not for charging me what they charge for taxa but for charging what they feel like taking advantage of.EDITED 4/28/2020 I paid them the $ 135 dlls cash because they charged me my card $ 175 after they tried to return the 40 back to me but instead of returning them they charged me another 40, in total they were $ 215 in debit and $ 135 cash. I made the claim to my bank for the return of the $ 215 and the bank told me that you had said that it had been a legitimate payment so they took the money from my card. On 4/10 I spoke to Mr. Oscar directly and he said he would call me from the accounting department and they NEVER did. I spoke to him again on 4/17 and he told me to send him proofs from the bank, the receipts where he paid cash, receipts from where they charged me and letters from the bank, send them to him, I did everything to solve it but nothing. 24 I made the last attempt I texted the number he gave me and he has not answered me. I am not asking you to return the $ 135 that you charged me for anything that you can keep, but the other $ 215 is not. It would be a lot of cheek already. I do it through here because they do not answer or solve me.

He filled the immigration application for us and made a mess of us. He made a lot of mistakes, even if he didnt even give us the application to check if everything was fine, believe me, I dont recommend them at all, we had him calling and he didnt answer a very bad experience.

It is a clean, spacious place, with enough space, to serve its clients and make them feel comfortable while they wait for someone to attend them, the staff is professional, friendly and bilingual, they clarify your doubts and attend with courtesy and respect, if you call You can schedule an appointment to do your paperwork, they also attend walkins, they have a snack and soda machine, they also offer courtesy coffee while you wait, they have magazines for those who like to read, the spacious comfortable bathrooms, it has a handicapped wheels and ample parking with a security guard so you do not worry and feel protected together with your vehicle definitely very professional and careful until the smallest detail continue like this and a lot of success.

I only give 1 star because I cannot give 0 .. It is the first and last time that I do taxes here .. Very bad experience I have had Since Feb 15 I did my taxes and until today I have not received anything all because of a lack of communication so says Don Carlos ..For 4 months instead of finding out where My money was, they sent me to the IRS .. until Thanks to David He took the trouble to investigate it turns out that there was a Problem with his bank printing My check .. Oh most of the staff that answers phones need training on how to serve the customer.

They are very attentive to the service and kind about 8 years of knowing them. The only bad experience I had was with the security lord who asked him a question and he answered me in a way that was not the right one, out of respect I ignored him is an old man or maybe he had a bad day.
